“We usually stay at PH for a few nights before heading to off strip lodging and always stop here. We've met many, friendly servers here over the years. We enjoyed grabbing a bite and drink on the outside section of the bar, when weather permits. Usually a friendly crowd, and a decent view of the strip if you like to people watch. We've tried several dishes and soups her over the years and keep coming back. We don't generally visit chain restaurants, but this is a must visit for us when here.“

“After finding the Pan Asian Bistro Recently I was so impressed by the Flavor and Quality of the food I had to return this evening. This time I brought my son. To start off we had the Silver Tip Tea Hot. If you have not tried this tea you are truly missing one of the wonders of the tea world. If you research this tea you will find it considered the finest most expensive tea in the world! Now For the food. I had the Indonesian style Goat Curry with Rice and Roti. I ordered the dish Mild it was so full of flavor and the meat was fall off the bone tender. The Roti was unlike any I have had before it was light and delicate and full of flavor. My son ordered the Duck with Panang Curry he loves a good spicy spicy dish and thoroughly enjoyed this! I don't want to forget that we also had appetizers, Crab Rangoon which was wrapped in a light delicate wrapper , and Chicken Satay skewers which my son and I absolutely loved. If there is a Finer Pan Asian Dining Experience in Las Vegas I have Yet to find one! This is the BEST IN LAS VEGAS! I want to Thank Chand and his beautiful wife, for an Incredible Dining Experience.“

“This was excellent and my favorite meal I've had in Vegas! The chefs put a lot of work into the noodle's and the effort shows. The servers are very nice and gave us great recommendations on what food to try. I had the Eggplant Tofu and some Egg Fried Rice, both were phenomenal! The wait was also pretty quick and our waiter came back to check on us making sure everything was good. As well as that, unlike some restaurants in Vegas, they don't add transaction fees or tips before you pay. We got that a few times and it isn't fun. However, here they let us choose and left a great taste in our mouth. Recommend to all.“

Don’t let the humble food-court setting inside the SF Supermarket fool you—Big Dan Xi'an Taste is a wonderful place for authentic Northwest Chinese noodles.
We had a very nice meal here. I’m usually a bit sensitive to sour flavors, but the staff was wonderfully accommodating and let me know I could order the Cold Noodles (Liangpi) with less vinegar. It was perfect—the noodles had an amazing, springy texture. We also ordered the Qishan Noodles with Minced Pork, which was robust and deeply flavorful, and a Chinese Hamburger (Roujiamo). Everything was delicious, authentic, and the portions were very generous.
If you like a kick, the chili oil sitting on the tables is spectacularly fragrant—be sure to add a spoonful!
The shop itself is quite small and stays very busy, but the staff handles the crowd flawlessly. They are welcoming, polite, and keep everything organized, clearing and cleaning tables fast. I recommend this place if you are in Las Vegas and craving authentic hand-pulled noodles. We will definitely be back!“

“Very good quality Dim Sum in a cafeteria/food court type atmosphere. The portions and prices are fair. The employees are friendly and serve you fast. We started receiving our dim sum dishes after just 5 minutes. We continued to order additional dishes each time our server stopped by to check on us. The food came every few minutes, so we never reached a point where we had finished everything and were waiting for the next dish. We arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday. Update: Came on a Friday at 11am. Every dim sum dish arrived quickly and was fresh and delicious. This is our favorite dim sum restaurant in Vegas.“

“Overall, a solid spot. Mushroom broth was good (I’m vegetarian). Selection is slightly less for vegetables and portions were a tad bit small. But they have all the usual suspects for the meat. There were some interesting options too like this bamboo mushroom. Service was fast and good. Spot was huge and it’s upstairs.“

“Didn't want to cook tonight so I ordered from Chop Chop Wok Las Vegas, just down the street from our place, and had sushi delivered! My husband and son were pleasently surprised that I found a place that actually delivered sushi. The Miso Soup was really good, and the Edamame appetizer portion was huge. 12 different types of maki rolls, using different combinations of Tuna, Salmon, Crab, Eel, Tempura Shrimp and Tobiko. Plus 4 different vegetarian rolls (one I had never had before, a scallion roll, YUM!). Two of the rolls were too spicy for me, but my husband enjoyed them, and one roll had the Tempura Shrimp with avacado, Crab, Eel, and Tobiko. Great meal, wonderful company, all while watching the Olympic Pairs Figure Skating then Women's Hockey.“

“Incredible place too delicious 🤤 mixture of Chinese and Japanese food. Great service from Jose who gave us each 2 glasses of water . At time to time he came to our table check up on us too see if we wanted more refills of water filled up in our glasses. Louie was our server very kind and he was efficiently on time serving the food too us that we ordered off the menu from the start. We ate the spicy 🌶 Mongolian beef 🥩 with onions 🧅 , breaded crunchy pork, sweet and sour chicken, honey 🍯 walnut shrimp 🍤 tofu. Each entree we ordered came with a side of fried rice 🍚the food was filling. We as much as we can and took the rest home in a leftover to go box too eat for dinner the next day. We will be coming back to eat here again in the near future.“

“Good solid Chinese food at reasonable prices and generous portions. We tried our usual kung pao chicken, chicken lo mein, and mapo tofu. The food was really in minutes for take away. My only disappointment was the mapo tofu being too bland (no hua jiao, and with peas). Menu has a variety of other Asian dishes such as Singapore noodles, pad thai, HK dishes.“

“Grilled Kalbi and crispy fried pork chops were ono (delicious)! Kalbi meat was tender and the Kalbi seasoning was perfect. The crispy fried pork chops was tender with a crunchy coating. It also came with a ponzu-like dipping sauce which made the pork chops even better. The rice was too hard, kind of like fried rice style. Kim Chee was good. The restaurant is in the California hotel and the service was excellent. All the staff there were really nice and so courteous. If you’re in Vegas you should try this place.“
