She was also rude and made me show my ID again after he checked out. An older lady named Medina was very unpleasant to deal with today.“

“#1 BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!!!! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is awesome, if I could give 100 stars, I would!!! We had a wedding reception here and I cannot thank the staff enough, for making everything PERFECT!!! We had a major snafu with the wedding cake from a different location, the Chef fixed it up and made it look beautiful to match the bridal colors, it was awesome. One of the managers, used to be a wedding planner and she made sure the cake table looked amazing. We were trying to save the top tier of the cake for the Newlyweds, we were struggling and the busboy/waiter helped us get it and preserve it. I cannot say enough fabulous things about the Peppermill, we love it and I will recommend it to everyone!!!“

“My wife and I walked into the restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the decor is. Quite different from other units. Our waiter was ADRIAN. From beginning to end, he provided excellent service. My wife ordered the Cobb salad and I ordered a skillet breakfast. Both were perfectly presented and delicious. I went to the men's bathroom and I found it spanking clean. So I went to talk to the Manager to congratulate him for the excellent job he is doing with the entire restaurant. By the way, the Apple Cobbler is OMG delicious!“

Came in and ordered from the happy hour menu, a sampler of 3 items on the menu. Catfish nuggets were fried to perfection and seasoned to the fullest. Chicken strips fried hard, and served piping hot out of the kitchen. Everything was on point. A young woman named Rachel was my server, she was pleasant, professional and attentive. The staff, other servers work together as a coordinated group to make sure customers glasses were full, refilled and need were met. Everyone from the servers to kitchen staff were pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend and will be back.“

While walking down Fremont Street with my family, we wandered into the Fremont Hotel looking for a quick bite. I expected average food court options… but the hotel and food hall were shockingly clean — like something you’d find in a high-end Beverly Hills mall.

Right at the entrance was Craft Kitchen, and the menu instantly caught my eye: comfort food classics + Hawaiian-inspired dishes (these tugged at my island roots immediately).

I tried the Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Bowl, my wife ordered the avo toast, and my daughter went for the garlic fries.
Everything looked artisan-level — not “food court food.” This was Fast & Furious-level souped-up comfort food, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.

Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and I left both impressed and a little sad I couldn’t try more.

So glad I stumbled into this place.
Craft Kitchen is now my new favorite affordable off-Strip dining option. Highly recommend.“
