“The best place to get wings in all of Vegas, CANT stress how authentic they are.However, I haven’t been here for a few months and was super bummed to discover that they no longer serve Sweet n’ Sour. Would love for them to come back some day :(“

“Wonderful ambiance, service and the drinks, food was amazing. Would highly recommend to all. Bartenders were great. Waiter was extremely attentive. Only negative was when last evening a middle aged guy comes in with a baseball hat, shorts, tee shirt and sneakers. Why serve him? I saw a few others wearing non collared shirts. I thought the dress code was business casual? While the majority of patrons were dressed appropriately for this type of restaurant, about 5 percent should have been asked to leave. Great experience, and the price supports reflects that. Great place“

“We were excited to get a reservation and celebrate our special day. It was an extremely busy day at the Golden Steer but they should be use to that right?Food excellent. Wine and other drinks fantastic...We were seated 30 minutes late but ok....busy... Our service from Chris was lacking from start to finish. Left us feeling that we were bothering him by asking questions about the menu, pricing and history of the restaurant. Have had much better service from chain restaurants...Towards the end of our "experience" Chris was no where to be found. Disappointing. Especially for the grand that we spent.“

“From the outside it looks like a somewhat gloomy and dark restaurant, but if you enter you won't regret it. The atmosphere is characteristic, a little kitsch but very welcoming, even very cold given the air conditioning set to ice age mode. The service is attentive and friendly and the food is average by American standards, with the possibility of taking both classic burgers and vegan dishes and typically American breakfast dishes. I had a gigantic omelette but it wasn't much, but the hamburger was excellent. PS the portions are supersize. I think I might go back.“

“Best restaraunt experience I have had in a while! Surprisingly busy for a Wednesday, but we are in Vegas.. The food was spectacular. The spice level and flavors in the Spicy Miso Ramen were powerful yet perfectly balanced. The Pork Bao Buns were light and fluffy pillows of joy, and the fried Brussels and Cauliflower was unexpectedly memorable. The highlight of this meal was the service. The waiter was quick, thoroughly and not intrusive while always being right there if I was looking for them. Chef Daniel and Cody stole the show though and I can not say enough kind words. Bantering with me and the other guest while getting rocked through service and crushing it was awesome. It was an inclusive experience I will be looking forward to coming back to.“

“It was very crowded the day we were there but we were quickly seated by the front house, our server was very attentive and quickly served us. My wife and I were waiting on others but we decided to split the lobster Mac-n-cheese while we waited... Along with the deviled eggs... We were delighted with the Lobster... Perfectly done... The fresh pasta and creamy cheese sauce with an ENTIRE LOBSTER, both claws, split tail and chunks throughout... Just perfect!“

My wife and I planned our wedding in Las Vegas and saying we had anxiety trying to plan things for our 40 guests from 3000 miles away completely blind would be an understatement. Devin was incredibly detailed and took all our stress away immediately. She carefully broke down options, gave recommendations and took care of every thing for us. There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.“

The best starter in the world has been invented by Carson Kitchen. Get the Fried Chicken Skins. They are a heavenly pleasure complemented with honey to drizzle or dip as you fancy. I loved the deviled eggs. Plain simple and fresh with some fancy caviar atop. The warm spinach salad was good. I it seemed not to wilt as I'd expect. Maybe we should have let it rest a bit. Still good. The polenta and Mexican corn was ok. It has a vinegary pickley profile so if you like that as I do, it's for you. If not, maybe pick another dish. Drinks were perfectly prepared. The service was polite, prompt, and friendly (thanks Kendal). Management was present and involved with each dish that came out of the kitchen. The chefs kept up with the busy pace and put their heart into everything. Come here. We did- IMHO lunch is better in terms of having the same great quality food without the frenetic dinner vibe. “Want to feel like Bugsy Siegel in old Las Vegas? Hugo's Cellar is just the place to make that dream a reality. When you arrive, they give their female guests a long-stem rose as you are welcomed into the establishment. The ambiance is classic old-time Vegas and many of the staff have probably been there long enough that, to them, it's just Vegas. Salads are made table-side as are desserts like Cherries Jubilee and Bananas Foster. Steaks are well seasoned and cooked to order. I have seen some reviews that refer to the staff as a bit smug, aloof and off-putting. I think these guests are not used to being served by professionals who know their craft and are not going to make compromises in quality and service just because you might have a specific expectation. Go in there with the attitude that the chef and servers know how to provide the best experience and just let them do their thing. If you go in there with a Burger King "Have it Your Way" expectation you will be disappointed. I will be back the next time I'm in Vegas. Love this place!“

“Ambience of this place is sophisticated and fun. You walk into the bar and have an open view of the entire dining room while a singer belts out lounge sounding songs and two dancers do their thing. You may be tempted to take a video or photo of the restaurant but may find like we did that you can't take photos inside. Once seated, enjoy the entertainment. we ordered the greek salad, chicken tenders, the burger, filet mignon and the big sundae. All the food was great especially that huge sundae! We will be back to try the other dishes and get that sundae again.“

“I popped on for lunch today and had the barbecue shrimp which was yummy, the Hawaiian Tuna Poke which was delicious although the chips they use weren't my favorite, and the banana cream pie that was pretty good. The staff was great. I'm not sure if I'll go back again, but I'm glad I tried it.“

We had made our reservation through Amex platinum and requested outdoor seating but unfortunately wasn’t able to get it. But it was still beautiful inside. The food was incredible. We got a couple dishes that we shared and for the salad they put it on two plates for us since we said we were sharing. The service was phenomenal and the fruit and seafood was so fresh. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our waitress was amazing and so kind. The atmosphere was incredible. Drinks were yummy. The food though... WOW!! I love a place with bone marrow. The Bone In Prime Ribeye bursted with flavor. The caesar salad was refreshing and the In the Round desert was rich and delightful. Great for date nights, group dinners (saw many large groups), dinner with family and/or friends. It was loud, but the decor...I loved the ambiance. They have quite the selection of wines. I enjoyed a glass of Peju which went well with my steak.“

Kind of a an odd location with not much else around it but only a short walk from Fremont Street so if you’re staying downtown, a great lunch spot.Cool sandwich names and a comic book/ toy themed atmosphere with lots of seating.I had the Reuben-ish which surprised me a little cuz I thought it’d have both corned beef and pastrami, but nevertheless it was super delicious. I later realized a classic Reuben only has the corned beef. I had it with sliced sour dough instead of the rye and it was dee-lish-ous.My buddy had the GW Patty Melt which was surprised us cuz it was made with ground beef instead of a patty but we wouldn’t have been surprised if we read the menu description!If I’m in the area I’d definitely eat their food again. “Everything is always top notch...except for the girls in the front. We live in LA and visit at least 4 times a year. Sometimes even twice per visit because we love Craft Steak so much. I still give this place 5 stars because of the food and service by the wait staff but the girls in the front have to go. The last two visits we've gotten attitudes from the girls in the front and a few eye rolls in the mix too. Next time I will get names. If I was running this establishment I would get rid of them and start fresh. We celebrated our anniversary here and we were disappointed once again by the girls in the front. Not a great way to start off but everyone else after being seated made our day feel very special.“

“Carson Kitchen is definitely a place I will visit again when I'm back in Vegas! This place has such a great atmosphere with very yummy food. The restaurant offers dishes tapas style which I loved personally because I'm a huge fan on eating meals family style. Hard to choose a favorite but if I had to choose one, I'd definitely get the baked mac & cheese again! Our server was friendly, however, it did take a while for us to get our order taken and for our food to come out. They had seemed to be understaffed when we went.“

“Outstanding Plant-Based Adventure LisaD and I thoroughly enjoyed Blackout “Dining in the Dark” from the moment we stepped into the darkness until we stepped back in the light. We were pleasantly greeted and safely guided to our table. It was pitch black, and it felt a little bit like walking through a haunted house, without the ‘haunted’ part. The waitress, who wore night vision goggles, explained in detail where the table/chair was, in addition to everything on the table (water Glass, fork, plate, knife, etc.) She also recommended that we tuck our napkins into our shirt to avoid a mess. We could hear conversations around us, and they had music playing at the perfect volume to add to the ambience. Communication between one another and to the waitress was also an interesting experience since we are so used to eye contact and body language. It was all new, but fun and exciting. All seven courses were silently placed/removed from the table in front of us, as well as the trade-out of utensils as needed. We were given the basics as to how to eat what was in front of us, (utensils or hands) but no clues as to what it was we were eating. We started with soup, followed by jicama ‘tacos,’ puff pastries, and so much more. Each course was unique and delicious on its own. It was hard to decipher what we were eating without seeing it, and using taste, touch, and smell alone. Everything was so fulling that we were stuffed the fourth course, but we kept going. After the last course, we were shown a menu of what we ate, however we were not allowed to take a photo of it. We got about half of it right, but were shocked to see some of the things we ate as well. (Nothing weird! It was all upscale and plant-based.) Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and food. I definitely recommend it to any curious souls out there.“
