traditional and family-owned Mexican restaurant. there are six or seven tables to eat inside and they only take cash. super burrito is like a giant burrito and the ingredients are fresh and good quality. it's not a fancy place but I like the vibes of home atmosphere. prices are 20 to 30% lower or even better than other local Mexican restaurants.

“Maria's was fantastic to work with and the food was wonderful. I lined up a fajita take out order for 14 people, for a wedding family dinner party. The communication was wonderful, no issues and the food was awesome. The quantity of food was more than we expected which made great leftovers.

“me and my wife went there on July 6th as we were spending the day in South lake Tahoe I've had a lot of Mexican food even from Tijuana and this is one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had me and my wife both agreed and they're jalapeno sour cream on point very good I'd like to say thank you from me and my wife for the best breakfast burrito we ever had“

“Bottomless mimosas and two types of putt putt. Try the nachos. Bring your own game or ask the bartender to borrow one of theirs. Great atmosphere. Local beer on tap. Love hanging out and relaxing while in SLT.

“I moved to Tahoe in 2003 and this was my absolute favorite place to eat. We moved to gardnerville 8 years ago and I really miss eating there, I wish they would open a restaraunt here. The owner was super nice and remembered his customers and treated them like friends.“

“Great food and everyone was so nice and friendly and they made sure I got everything I wanted. Definitely. When we come to visit again, we will be back here. so far The best food we've had in tahoe for the last three days. Gotta love homemade tortillas“

“Everywhere I travel I’m always looking for what locals eat and try to steer clear of the tourist traps. This place passes the test. Nuzzled in near a subway and some other place. Soccer on the TV , with full Spanish commentary. Food … our party had street tacos x 8, quesadillas, and a pork plate. Food came out fast and full of flavor. We were all smiles and silence chowing down.“

“Fast and plesant service. They gave us all good portions and gave me some extra vinegarette on the house because they saw I had my hands full with 2 kids. We fed our family dinner for less than $50! I have not been able to feed our family a dinner for less than $100 in SLT so this was a nice treat!

“First of positives, the bartenders are stellar! But just when I thought the food situation couldn't get worse, very limited menu and they don't even allow you to mix items within, for example, chili fries, or a chili dog, seriously, we can't do that? Then today there was a very limited menu outside. For those of us with food allergies, there was really nothing to eat. Definitely bringing my own food next time since all of the places are the same and none of it is good!“

Parking: Taco bell on hwy 50 has limited parking of maybe 12 parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap 2 spots near front door easy access, and plenty of room.“
