“Started off with the calamari, which was heavily battered but the calamari was tender and they had a lemony tarter sauce to dip it in. I had an everything burger which was charred grilled and delicious with sweet potato fries, and my wife had the quiche with a garden salad that she enjoyed immensely.“
“I wanted diner food for breakfast and this place delivered. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, sausage, french toast, coffee, oj home fries all perfect and exactly what I was expecting. French toast was fluffy and delicious. The scrambled eggs were hot and the toast was buttered. Sausage and bacon plenty. The home fries were excellent and the coffee was hot and not burnt“

“The absolute best sushi by far in our area. Also has a varied and extensive menu so that all of your guests will have choices. You have a real feel when you're here that this is the community place to eat and socialize. A real one of a kind restaurant and a must visit when in NWCT.“

“Kingsley hits all the right buttons. You can sit and eat at the bar if you are feeling social or get a cozy table for two by the window. The chef often comes out to chat to locals and visitors alike and she has no problem taking opinions or praise. The bartender will recommend a cocktail if you ask he is attentive without lurking! All of this plus wonderful food, most of which is sourced locally. There are some permanent items. I love the big bowl of mussels with crusty bread for dipping; last visit they were in a saffron based broth. I highly recommend !“

“My family is of Guatemalan decent, so it is nice seeing an authentic Guatemalan restaurant in the area. Many dishes are very similar to Mexican food so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Have been here probably 10 times for both dine in and take out. Never an issue.Food is freshly made each time. Very good flavor and portions. Very reasonable prices. You can feed a family without breaking the bank. The place is very casual and food comes out fairly quick here. If you’re local or passing through, this place is worth a shot.“

“We decided to explore an area we don't visit very often. This is the first time for us both here. We are glad that we came. Next time, when it's a bit warmer and not as windswept, we will explore town. The fare was awesome, and the adult beverages were as well.Next time, we will get a little crazier, although Nicole did love the Lump Crab Cake sandwich. We definitely recommend this, laid back environment with great music, fare, drinks, and hospitality !!“

“I experienced wonderful moments at this place over the course of a month. I used to come to this establishment in the evening to relax after a demanding day spent at the art residency. Amazing people, fantastic food, excellent beer. I hope to return there someday and reconnect with the 'old' friends. Wishing Lantern lots of relaxed evenings. Paul from Czech republic ;-*“
“The food at Morgan's is unbelievable. You must get the wings, steak and clam chowder, if possible. Really anything there is delicious and you can't go wrong! It's pretty quiet during the week. If there is a wedding there during the weekends, it can get crowded since a lot of wedding guests head there to eat.“

“As you enter, the unmistakable smell of burning wood hits your senses. Reminded me of Posada de la Villa in Madrid (which has been in operation since 1642). Plenty of dishes on the menu are cooked in wooden oven. Excellent ham and cheese appetizers. I believe this is a farm to table concept.“

“Excellent all around. We started off with local beer on tap and a plate of aranci. Chicken trombette and steak neo with afresh greens and balsam side salad were perfect. Finished with an espresso and ordered a hot cheese pie to go. Cozy, clean environment. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Quality of food and quantity of food was very reasonable. Full belly, Happy heart.“

“We love to stop at the Boathouse for a nice Sunday lunch on the patio. We usually have our little dog, Bo with us, and it's of nice that they allow dogs on the patio for lunch. We stopped there this past Sunday, and the staff was wonderful, and very accommodating to us and Bo! Thank you, we enjoyed our lunch. The food and service is always great.“

“Just a really great find. An old fashioned stand alone diner in a great little town. I’ve been there twice and had a really nice young girl server. She was very friendly and informative about local attractions.Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps to get in and the bathroom wouldn’t be wheelchair accessible.“

“We had dinner for two in the main dining area next to the roaring fireplace. Beautiful and charming decor. Food was perfectly prepared. We had the duck and the fisherman’s stew. My husband said it was the best duck he ever had. The fisherman’s stew was delicious. The saffron broth was amazing. Charlotte’s is a special place for any celebration. We will be back. Desiree our server couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly.“

“As you enter the place, a magnificent setting, adelightful marriage of a cozy dining room and a view of the wood burning oven. Sitting in any table, you have a wonderful view of the workshop-like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. The menu has a generous selection of many types of meat and fish. I would strongly recommend it to anyone.“
“I've lived here 20 years and tonight was my first time here. The Millerton Inn is beautiful and decorated nicely. I must say I was surprised that the portions were small. Orange Chicken was delicious but the amount of chicken was a small breast with an attached wing. I was told in the past it was much larger. The short rib was excellent served on rice with no vegetables. At $32 dinner should come with something. Dessert chocolate souffle was amazing served warm with ice cream. Nice but pricey.“

“It's a great place to sit down and have a nice dinner. Their pizza is pan pizza so if you're looking for New York style this is not the place but they're pan pizza is pretty good. I've also had a few of their dinners and their appetizers and the food is top-notch great place if you're in the Kent area. They also have a bar and an outside patio which I cannot review as I have not been there when it's warm yet and I have not tended to the bar but the atmosphere looked pretty great on the bar side.“

“I loved Swyft! I heard about the place for a while & was not disappointed. It is a small & cozy gathering place with a fireplace. The beet salad, cheese plate & carrots were all a hit (see photo) Presentation was A+. The real show stopper was wood-fired PIZZA! (we ordered TIGER KING, the one with the chili oil on it, YUM!)“
