I recently had the pleasure of dining at Empire Jamaica Fusion and I can confidently say it’s one of the best Jamaican food experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an incredible meal.

The food was absolutely phenomenal — rich, authentic flavours that transported me straight to Jamaica. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, and the oxtail was tender and cooked to perfection, falling off the bone with every bite. I also loved the rice and peas, which had that signature coconut flavor that ties everything together so well.

Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The Owner was friendly, attentive, and eager to share recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable.

If you’re craving authentic Jamaican cuisine made with love and care, Empire Jamaica Fusion is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious dishes!

“What a nice surprise. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They decorated fur Christmas which was fun and had a good vibe. Head chef Christopher came out and asked us about the food and asked us if we needed anything . The menu is different from online because it is under new management. My tacos were tasty and my wife’s burger with Brie was unbelievable. Fun drink options and overall the food prices were reasonable. The spinach dip was fantastic just needed more bread. The desserts included the churros and the hazelnut tart. Great presentation.“

“Food? Slaps. No complaints when it comes to the chicken, crispy, juicy, and seasoned like grandma whispered secrets into the batter. Real talk, the cooks deserve a raise.

Now the atmosphere? Different story. Pull up after dark and it feels like you’re stepping into a rap video without a camera crew. Young heads posted up front like it’s their business, sizing you up like you just walked into the wrong project building. Ain’t no “how can I help you?”…more like “what you lookin’ at?”

I order online now. Not ‘cause I’m scared, but because I like my drumsticks without drama and my fries without feeling like I’m about to get lined up.

Crown Fried Chicken got heat in the kitchen, but outside? Feels like you need a pitbull and a prayer.“

“The food was good, but not completely Chinese. The Chinese flavors are very intense and particular and this time we didn't find them. The flavors are simple, but it was easy to eat. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the place was very organized and relatively clean and spacious.“

“We drove from fishkill after my mom’s chemo treatment in pok … we haven’t been here in a while because it is a drive but we were in pok and we were in the mood for different. We were very happy with the food everything was great we just weren’t happy with the service, we had to ask multiple times for Splenda, the waitress spilled the milk and I used my napkins, she never gave us extra (she had them in her apron) I had to call her over for some then she was taking the finished plates and dropped the butter knife on my mothers foot and never apologized and seen it fall and looked under the table . not sure if the waitress was a bit off her game but we decided to enjoy the food.“

“My birthday is in a couple weeks now and I just wanted to share that I’ve lived in wappingers for the last 14 years, this restaurant has easily been my favorite place ever and no other restaurant has been able to make me happier. When we first moved here I was only 7 and now that I’m going to be 21, I can’t even imagine going anywhere else for my picky eater needs. I’ve loved chicken and broccoli my entire life, my mother even tells me it was her number one pregnancy craving while she was carrying me.
