“My elderly dad was having a fit about his Beef on Wek sandwich not being right, after I explained to him that it was, but two different management people very patiently worked with him on it three different times and tried to get it to what his expectations were. I was losing patience and never really got to eat my meal because I was attending to dad. I just wanted to thank you (at the Avon location) for helping me through this and not making it worse! When I said I needed to be GF the waitress (Melissa) made it a point to answer all my questions and explained how most could be gf free easily. It was the BEST Meal I've ever had, if only I would have had room for their gf dessert- next time!“

“Just had another lovely dinner at Galene. Every time I go, I try a different dish. This time I had the foil/broil haddock and it was delicious and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is gorgeous with views of the lake and an elegant atmosphere. The icing on the cake was our server, Piper, who will greet you with sunshine and genuine warmth. She’s attentive and responsive, and she helped make our night perfect. I hope she is our server next time because she makes the experience top notch. Her lovely demeanor and attentive service puts a perfect finishing touch on a great meal.“
