“We've been driving by for far too long to admit. We decided to give it a try and we're glad we did! Great menu, great food (burgers tonight) great bar service from James, fun crowd (light early on a Thursday). We'll be back; we're looking forward to karaoke on Tuesday and the upcoming jam sessions on Wednesday.“

“My wife and I have dined at the Saddle River Inn many times. The food and service is outstanding. Last night we had crab cake and agnolotti with white truffle cream sauce as appetizers. They were both delicious! I enjoyed the Long Island Duck with lo mein, bok choy, shiitake, scallion, crispy rice, orange hoisin sauce as my entre'e. My wife had a pork chop filet special. While she enjoyed the combination of flavors in the dish, the pork was very "chewy". When she mentioned it to our server, he said that he was aware of it. He said that it was a new dish and had to be "tweaked". He offered to replace her meal but she declined. We shared strawberry cheese cake for desert, which was excellent. Without asking, the cost of my wife's entree was taken off our bill. We were pleasantly surprised by this gracious gesture, and plan to be back soon.“

“An absolutely abundant amount of choices, that All sound so delicious. What an incredibly unique menu. We were definitely overwhelmed on what to have. We had the taco Birria pancakes and mozzarella stick hamburger with mozzarella cheese fries. Both were delicious. The service was great, even though we got there just before closing, they didn't rush us. The inside reminds me of a 50's style dinner, so cool. We can't wait to go back and try other things with friends. Highly recommend if you like unique and creative foods.“

Delicious French Martini's served in regular sized martini glasses, not the tiny ones lots of restaurants have switched to and are using to price gouge you! A great Expierience every time!“

“It is always such a great experience, the service is excellent and the food is amazing. My mother, husband and sister all ordered the short ribs special and they all agreed it was over the top delicious. My other sister had the Halibut and she was very satisfied with her dish and I had the duck which is always amazing.“

“When you travel, you seek to find outstanding restaurants. Sometimes you win, other times, you don't. The Hudson House is a great find, a winner at every turn! From our initial greeting by the owner, Matt, to the great staff who didn't miss a beat, to the most critical part, the food, there wasn't a moment of regret. We started with a couple of tables shares. We had cheese plate with 3 cheeses, homemade fig jam to die for, fresh thinly sliced honeycrisp apples, delicious grapes, and an oil-infused crustini. Perfect start, followed by the burrata and pumpkin seed salad with carmelized pears and sweet potato chunks. I didn't think it could get better after this. I tried the sweet potato and fennel soup, very warm and hearty on a cold night, and the taste was just as I hoped! A beet and farro salad with radishes hit the mark! My partner had a fresh halibut that was cooked to perfection, served on ramen noodles and baby bok choy, with an array of fresh mushrooms, with a gentle but flavorful broth, but not enough to be called soup. To me, one of the best fish dishes I've tasted in a long time. Our guests, the wedding couple, ordered duck breast confit, and hanger steak. The duck, one of her favorites, was tender, most, cooked properly and seasoned well. It was a hit with her and her mother. The hanger steak was the choice of the groom, a very picky eater. He couldn't stop reaching about how amazing it was! Sadly, we were so full, we couldn't eat dessert. All the desserts are homemade by the owner, and they sounded unbelievable. But I'll have to return another time to speak to them. Finally, ask to sit in the jail cell. The pictures tell only some of the story. It's a wine cellar, a hidden romantic getaway, a reprise of days long gone. Or have a seat at the bar with the locals. Or just come and see the beautiful tin ceiling and walls. No matter what you do here, you won't be disappointed.“

“Nico is the top bartender in the area, super knowledgeable on all the beers and food and goes the extra mile for you. Furthermore, the GM Sal is a great guy who also knows all there is to know about local beers and the food at Shannon Rose. Overall a great spot for all types of drinks and food! 10/10“

“I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and wanted to pick up some brekkie. I found Bagel Nosh close by. It was a Tuesday at around 9 am. I called ahead for pick up and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and piping hot. I ordered a sausage and cheese on a toasted everything wheat bagel, which hit the spot.l. Some places will only give you one sausage patty even when you don't order it with egg but this one came with two. The bagel itself was pretty good and they have more options than most places. It's a pretty heavy/greasy brekkie but you get a bang for your buck here, and it's nice for a once in a while treat.“

We were amazed with the quantity and quality of food.Topped it up with Fried Orio ice cream, again absolutely on spot.It is a small takeout place with a 10 seating spots. After tasting the food I wasn’t surprised to find that the owner is a five star banquet chef with very high aspirations.“

“Food is great Vietnamese pork on a brioche roll was very good, as was the Asian glazed salmon. Only negatives were that my party of 5 was seated in the beer garden when there were booths available in the main restaurant and the waiter had the personality of the wooden fence around the place, he definitely did not want to be at work today. Also took forever to get our drinks, and food was brought out by the kitchen staff so besides taking the order and refilling water I don’t really know what his purpose was. I’d eat here again but if service was poor again I’d drop this place to 3 stars. Also there is no bridge view, there’s a high rise construction view ?“

“Our absolute favorite, go-to restaurant. The service is great - the owner is welcoming (even once escorted our toddler to the c-store next door to buy some candy) and all the wait staff is great, especially Jason who is incredibly kind. Food is excellent quality and fairly priced for how good it is. Pastas are cooked perfect al dente. Great meat dishes especially the pork chop french cut. The desserts are quite good as well - love the coconut cake. Because it's not huge it isn't quiet but we've never found it to be uncomfortably loud and it has a great ambience.“

“We had a wonderful experience having our post-wedding brunch at Mint Premium Foods! We worked closely with Alberta, who created a beautiful, personalized menu with our food and drink selections. The owners stayed on site during the event and were very detailed oriented. Ben and the waiters were attentive and responsive to our requests and even helped move tables so friends could sit together. Alberta played soft background music from the bride's culture to add to the atmosphere. The overall vibe of mint is unique and you feel like you're at a shop/restaurant in the Mediterranean with it displays of gourmet cheeses, olives and bottles of wine.The food at Mint is absolutely delicious, plentiful, perfectly cooked and attractively presented! For our customized brunch, we had four courses: For appetizers, we had family style cheese & charcuterie boards and calamari, followed by individual choice of specialty salad, individual main course and family style desserts (Baklava, Pannacotta, Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee). Everyone raved about the food, from the outstanding cheeses to the Wagyu meat burgers, sandwiches, salads, Moroccan chicken, risotto, etc. We highly recommend Mint for a meal or a place to host a special event!“

“Wowsa what a meal!!! Friends had posted beautiful pics of their meals from their tasting menu. It's cute: half the restaurant is a traditional dining room and the other is take out fish and chips. You can have a delicious meal a la carte or the tasting menu. I could not convince my husband to do the 15 course chef's tasting menu. But we did do the tasting menu with wine. Every dish was light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. We enjoyed the wine pairings which were different (portuguese and spanish wines rounded out some American and South African wines). I am excited to come back to try more of their traditional menu and their namesake (fish and chips). Well worth a visit.“

“Lynch’s is fortunate last minute find for a belated 50th birthday treat✨✨✨Ms. Lauren reserved a table for us last night 25 minutes before we reached Lynch’s. She was considerate and explained on the phone that only the small dining room is available.During dinner, she checked on us twice if everything’s okay!!Lynch’s staff were very busy running back and forth for their diners and yet Ms. Brenda asked us if we’ve been served (We did not have to call her attention.). She immediately took our her order pad.Water, warm bread and raisin bread were immediately served. We were hungry and welcomed the complimentary bread.Not long after, our Ceasar Salad and Chicken Wings were in front of us followed by the Chicken Barley soup. My guests were pleased with all the food.Our Seafood Fra Diavlo (fresh calamari, clams, scallops, shrimps) and tender Mixed Grilled Meat (beef, chicken, sausage) with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and perfectly prepared mixed vegetables were all delicious?.Their dishes’ portions are generous and reasonably priced. “Went for a nice breakfast. Tara was very nice and attentive and quick turnaround on the food. Eggs were good and had flavor. “My friend and I had heard of this diner's unique offerings and we decided to pay a visit to try them. Everything we had was fantastic and perfectly prepared. She really enjoyed her caramel latte, as did I with my black coffee. Both variants of the French toast were amazing, and the additional toppings really added something interesting to the mix without being overpowering. We opted to get the maple syrup which is an extra $3 each, but it's well worth it. My friend loved her eggs and home fries as well, and only brought some home because she was too full to finish it all. My short rib and egg tacos were phenomenal and we're the perfect blend of breakfast and lunch influences. I absolutely loved it.Customer service here was amazing. The diner was very clean and the staff was accommodating and quick. We never had to look for a staff member when we needed something. I would definitely recommend anyone check them out. He cut me a small piece and passed it over to my plate.Now I need to say, that food is the one thing families have come together over and have since the beginning of time. Back in 2022 we lost mom. When I took a bite of that tuna sandwich, I was immediately transported back to 9 years old eating mom’s tuna.In short…thank you for causing some of the happiest tears I’ve had in a long time and for the trip back in time with a simple and delicious tuna sandwich. It’s just how mom used to make, which is no easy accomplishment.“

Outdoors is okay in the summer when it's crowded. But it's always crowded here, especially in the summer. They close the parking lot when it gets full. Be prepared to park somewhere else like the boy scout camp on the other side.“

When you are asked if you want your martini served in a martini glass that's a problem. I asked for stuffed olives and was served plain. She corrected it later after I asked.
