“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“Dining at Moli is always an incredible experience! It is my favorite restaurant and I love bringing guests here. Every time I walk in, I'm in awe of the gorgeous bar and chandelier. The ambiance is great, crowded but never too noisy. Food is consistently excellent. We are big fans of the appetizers and the fried rice dishes. Great place for lunch, cocktails, and special occasions.“

“The BEST standard chinese restaurant i’ve found in the area (Greenwich-stamford), and we’ve been looking for a while. So pleased everytime i order from them. we used to get chinese once every couple months but ever since finding this place i suggest it weekly. The sesame chicken and general tsos is great.“

“The food was good. I only ordered here three times, kinda pricey but it was good.
But recently when I ordered miso soup, I found a couple pieces of tissue in my soup. I was too tired to take a picture after a long day at work so I just threw it away“

“Typical Chinese takeout place, yello fried rice versus the typical brown, the chicken was flat white meat versus the dark meat chunk style on my chicken and cashews but it had a decent flavor. Soup was standard nothing overly good or bad about it. Egg roll was crispy and fresh, I'd eat here again.“

“Really nice people who clearly care about what they do. When you want your dish over noodles this is honestly great Chinese food for a mall environment. They use a little too much corn starch so the sauces are really thick but that's the basis of classic Chinese food.
Portion size is very good for Jumbo Shrimp with Broccoli and Chicken with Broccoli for under $11 over noodles. They serve in Eco containers which is a very nice touch. Overall I'd honestly of the Town Center food court options this and the Indian immediately next door are the best options.“

“Egg roll was great. Garlic beef tasty. But less than a pint of food on top of a pile of rice in container. 🤔“

“Probably the Best (Taste Wise) and Reasonably Priced Chinese Restaurant in Port Chester NY! If there is any Setback, it's the Limited Parking as there are only Nine Parking Spaces for Seven Businesses! However, there is Ample Street Parking! There is Limited Seating as the Restaurant is not very big! However, the Very Tasty and Affordably Priced Food more than makes up for these Minor Setbacks!“

“A nice corner Chinese restaurant that has yet to disappoint me and/or make me ill. Great food at great prices. Been their customer for 6 years solid and they haven't gotten hit with the inflation gouge bug.
Wheelchair accessibility: Single floor direct "wheel in"“

“I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a baby, so I might be a little biased. But this restaurant is the BEST. Their bourbon chicken never disappoints. It’s sweet, tangy, and delicious. Coupled with their sides of rice and beans, it is amazing.
Also, the food is very cheap. One meal can cost only 11 dollars, and for the amount of food that comes with it, it’s a great deal.
In addition, the lady who runs this restaurant is extremely nice. She recognizes me and my family every time we go, even saying my name.
I love this woman. I love this restaurant. I really don’t understand the negative reviews, the restaurant is great.“

“I had the general Tsos chicken, it was crunchy, flavorful and well worth the price for the amount given. The staff is also really friendly. The design of the menu and interiors was like the cookie cutter pattern seen in Chinese restaurants all over the island.“

“If you can find a Chinese restaurant with better food and service, don’t hesitate to take the next flight out of JFK.
Vegetarian options: Moo Shoo vegetable is the best.
Parking: Should be enough parking or park across the street.
Kid-friendliness: I came here as a kid. They made a Shirley Temple for me. Great vanilla ice cream. I’m 61 now and I think the staff is the same. Is that possible?
Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Vestibule may have a door stop.“

“The food always comes out good here compared to other Chinese restaurants. I ask for extra spicy and they make it well. They make everything fast, which is helpful when you go to pick up during work. Staff at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming ?“

“I discovered this Chinese restaurant one day when I was in Port chester doing some shopping and going to the movies. I've been here a number of times now. It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines. The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetables only dishes too“
“At first it might feel like a generic take out spot, and to be fair it is, however as I waited for my order and went ahead and ordered more, I noticed something very strange. I was patient, polite but also direct with what I wanted and communicated it well. At the end, I left with a smile on my face because they reciprocated all of the things I mentioned and then some by making sure I got enough sauces and thanked me three times. It is the little things that makes you return to a business and I sure will. They have $10 card minimum but take cash. My total was $16 for a double sautéed pork and fried rice combo the side and something similar but with shrimp with lobster sauce. I was happy to leave them the $20 and was on my way to enjoy the food. Overall it was a great experience so I think anyone patient enough should give this place a try.
Parking: You can park on the lot that the store stands on or park along the street that has ample parking for almost 6 cars.
Kid-friendliness: Enough seating for people to sit and eat, wait for their food for takeout, or come and go so there is no problem to bring your kids along.“

“Without question this is the best Chinese restaurant on Long Island. This is a place you come to eat high end food, not basic Chinese food, although I do see people ordering it. They are missing the best part of this restaurant, which is their food quality and preparation techniques. For instance if you order Dim Sum, it will come to the table with exotic hand carvings of a variety of birds and animals all made from food that you will feel the need to take a picture of. Its hard to actually talk about specific dishes because they make every kind of food from all areas of China. The meat is the same as the best steak houses and the fish is always fresh. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal or bad experience here.“

“Vegetarian chicken menu items...I don't know of any other Chinese restaurant in the immediate area that offers this! I usually have to settle for tofu and veggies. The owners are really friendly too. Ni hao!
Update: new owners are choosing frozen items instead of what seemed like freshly cooked (i.e. dumplings, scallion pancakes) and cooked in much more oil. The quality of some menu items has gone down.“

“Cheapest in price but not in quality! Food isn’t greasy like other places, and it’s the least expensive Chinese takeout I’ve found in the area. Not to mention there’s only a $10 minimum for delivery when other places are at least $15“
“It was okay just think they need to season the meats and seafood a bit more. Chicken was a bit tough. But filet mignon was good. Wings are soso. Shrimp tempura was okay not worth it .the mango lemonade was very good. The soup was awesome ?.“

“I usually get fry chicken wings , either shrimp fried rice or just fried rice. Or with French fries depending what I'm feeling. Also sometimes , broccoli with white rice. Food always tastes fresh though ! Pricing is eh. They have a new lady rubbing the front , she isn't Customer Service oriented ! I can tell you that .“

“Giving Sunrise 5 stars as compared to other fast food chinese take out. They are consistent & fast every time we order from them. We normally request less salt & oil & they’re pretty reliable with our requests. Called in an order at 3:30 which is whn their lunch menu ends and they honored their lunch prices. So yup, they are our go to chinese food in this area.“

“OK I’ve been around the block a few times do not I repeat do not pass 232 Wall St. in Huntington without stopping at this restaurant. The food is beyond belief everything I ordered I ordered from every Chinese takeout and it was 50 to 100% better than any other place I’ve ever ordered from yes the price was a little higher but worth every penny it was absolutely scrumptious perfection I’ve never had so much tofu in my hot and sour soup and those ribs were so beefy to perfection I didn’t even have to use the duck sauce and yes unlike other Chinese food I wasn’t hungry an hour later! Definitely 10 stars 20 if I can give it. And the staff is so friendly and they’re really cool I love this place I’m going back tomorrow“

“Good food made fresh. Fair prices (even with inflation going crazy). Owners are always very nice and friendly. I normally order the beef with scallions or pork with garlic sauce. It’s always very good and large portions. Fried rice needs a bit more seasoning for my taste but husband loves it! I highly recommend this local small business. Only downside is that they have no online menu.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options!“

“Fairfield County Connecticut does Not have any mockmeat chinese takeout menu (the closest is New Asia- Hartford Ct which has similar mockmeat takeout offerings as this & is cheaper) so bonus points for just filling a need. Unlike other restaurants, China Harden-Rye had a whole veg/vegan menu (not just 2 lame tofu offerings like most restaurants offer) The mockmeat dishes such as sesame chikn, general tsaos, orange chikn were those fried flat, round nuggets with sauce which is OK for takeout but I can take nuggets & toss with sauce at home. I'm still searching for proper breaded seitan/tofu fried pieces that are big like non-vegan meals. There's no vegan sweet & sour pork or v- walnut shrimp which west coast vegan takeout has. && The menu says vegetarian but they claim it's vegan. Service was excellent as they accomodated my nut allergy by not putting nuts in kungpao chikn & assuring no nut oils in anything. V-beef & broccoli was delish however didnt taste like the meat-based dish & texture was excellent. Was expensive for takeout quality, we ate at the restaurant on plates & the serving size seemed smallish but food was pleasantly hot & crispy. they put relaxing musac on for our dining pleasure too. Will definitely return bc there's no other mockmeat chinese takeout place anywhere near fairfield county. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-10“

“This take away Chinese restaurant has been serving very good food for a long time, They took over from the former owner many years ago which was a big improvement for our Chinese food eating community. When I order meals consisting of steak, shrimp or chicken that primary part of the dish will be fresh and tasty. resulting in all their food getting a 4 star rating. Their appetizer are very good, might I suggest the Vegetable dumplings. The only appetizer I ask about before ordering is their Ribs. I have found it necessary to call the owner and voice my displeasure with their ribs as in "Where's the meat". One time our ribs were not up to our standards so now I ask and I will be save that disappointment if they are small.. Their soup is delicious my favorite, hot and sours soup.. My wife and I have tried just about everything on their extensive menu and it's all very good. Now that we found Leung How Kitchen we don't need to drive to Bethpage and order from a not very good Chinese restaurant: The Orient.where the food is just okay but their staff is condescending and rude. Not nice people in the service business. I suggest giving this fine take away Chinese restaurant s try.. . .“

“If you ever want to try stinky tofu, here's a place on Long Island that does it well. The tofu is fried and just stinky enough but not overwhelming. The rest of the stuff we ordered was also excellent. This restaurant has a big menu of Taiwanese staples and the service was very good. The staff was very accommodating to our vegetarian preference. They were out of some appetizers but did provide some good suggestions. The snow cabbage +bean curd sheets+ edamame dish was excellent. They also made us a dish of stir fried bamboo shoots with peppers that was slightly spicy and very tasty. Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu.“
