“I was here yesterday, ordered Chicken Karahi, Kebabs, Chicken Tikka with Naan. Everything was delicious and closer to the perfection. Raita and special Spicy Onions made things more delicious. “Come here daily for salads, burrito bowls, Greek bowls. Pop Salad and El Diez menus are a great deal under 10 dollars (guacamole is free) they even have a combo with chips and drink for $10. Portions are big. You can customize everything, and it tells you in the app if anything has gluten, dairy, or nuts. Hard to review a restaurant that has this level of variety, but the healthy dishes are definitely as good as anywhere else for less money and faster service. The fast pass subscription gets you money discounted on every order automatically so it pays for itself if you come regularly which isn't a problem at a place that has everything and is open until almost midnight every day. The benefit of Wonder having everything is that the entire family can get whatever type of food they want from one location and you don't have to agree on what to have for dinner or lunch anymore. No need to wait on a line at Chipotle anymore.“

“Ordered combo over rice that comes with fries and salad. I didn't get the salad but did add corn and red onions. I had them put white sauce, green sauce, hot sauce, and Hunchos sauce on it. It was amazing. Definitely the best halal food I've had in a while and there are a lot of good ones in the Nassau area. Go to Hunchos. It's open late.“

“I came here for lunch. I ordered the mix over rice (lamb and chicken) that came up to less than $10. An addition of 6 will increase the price to over $10. The food was a good serving and pretty good. You can ask to put the sauce on the side or on the dish. The server was generous with the sauce. There is one seating area/table available indoors. The store is located across from a gas station.“

“I saw a lot of hype about this place on social media and me and the guys happened to be in the area so we thought that we'd give it a try, because who doesn't love Afghani food?

We had the onion rings and chicken shawarma loaded fries as an appetizer and that was really good. Juicy chicken and really good sauces drenched over the fries that somehow managed to stay crispy.

We had the fried fish platter with rice, the grilled lamb and grilled chicken chunks with rice, and the chicken kebab and beef kebab with rice. The kebabs were good and flavorful. The fried fish was crispy and delicious. The rice was excellent. Salads were fresh. The grilled lamb pieces were ok. The grilled chicken chunks looked well seasoned but definitely we're dry and unflavorful. Highly not recommended. I am not a picky eater but this chicken was not good. It left a lot more to be desired from the presentation.

Unfortunately that was my order and i shared with the guys and they also agreed with me. Thankfully they shared back their plates which helped make up for my not so great meats.“

If I lost my car, my home, all my money, was expelled by my school and broke both of my legs, I would use my arms to drag myself to this Shah’s location. Nothing can beat the union of rice, chicken, salad, and white sauce, and at this Shah’s location, this iconic dish is perfected. I would also recommend trying the falafel, which is crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. There is no Shah’s in my city, but it is worth a trip to taste this food. The halal restaurant in my city can’t even make falafel correctly. Shah’s is very fairly priced; for about 12 bucks you can get a platter big enough to bring some leftovers home to your family, and a soda as well. The service is very pleasant as well, and this particular location has a cozy interior setup with booths to enjoy your food in tranquility. As long as a Shah’s Halal Food restaurant still stands somewhere in the world, there is hope for humanity.“

“Plenty of parking at the outdoor mall strip. Clean vibe - courteous staff. They take card or cash. They also have lunch specials available where you can get a platter with a can of soda. We got the chicken rice platter 8/10 and the combo rice platter 9/10. Their lamb is really good and I recommend it. Their white sauce is not the best I have had but decent. Their vegetables were fresh. Overall I would go back and recommend.“

“Angela the owner is a wonderful lady and the food was great. Very decent sized gyros for the price. Typically the lamb meat is cooked with onions mixed in but when I informed Angela that all three of my kids don’t like onions, she very happily and without hesitation grilled up fresh lamb by itself. I highly recommend this place not only for the great food but a chance to meet with Angela and her very friendly and bubbly personality!“
