Upon walking in, there's a list of drink options they have the base of milk tea or fruit tea - whether you want a regular tea or smoothie form as well. They also had a few new additions and employee recommendations.Lots of seating and a very chill spot to go with friends. The cafe also had some board games too. They were pretty quick with their service. I certainly see why it's a busy spot for locals here!“

“Never had a problem here with service or the taste! I come here a lot in the morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are just written by people who have nothing better to do than pick out and critique the tiniest things to complain about.I saw one review that said, “They don’t even ask if you want a receipt!” Okay Karen, how about YOU just ask for one of it bothers you so much?Good work from the employees. :)“

“The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. “I went into the West Seneca Spot coffee today 12/19/2023. Wasn’t in the best of moods. Ordered a mocha hot coffee and lemon bar. The manager I believe his name is Dave took my order and started making my coffee. Maddie packaged up my lemon bar. I’m telling you, both Dave and Maddie were very professional, kind and efficient. We started talking and wow, what a couple of positive, kind and caring people they were. It was so refreshing and uplifting. By the time I left I was in a great mood, happy, felt positive and thought I had just made friends with two of the nicest people I have come across in forever! Both had smiles on their faces. It was wonderful to see two happy individuals at work. Thank you both for being so kind and caring! I will definitely be stopping in for another pick me up date! 😉 The mocha coffee and lemon bar were out of this world! “Tim Hortons at 5140 main St was the best experience at any Tim Hortons hands down. Greeted at brkft lunch time change by the sweetest polite accommodating young lady. Best first impression. Then our turkey club was super delicious, couldn't believe it came from a fast food establishment. Noted all the employees working in harmony with positive attitudes. If one employee was busy, another employee immediately stepped up. Eating there made our day. Those wonderful employees deserve something.“

“Good coffee but they need better deals. McDonalds across the street does 1.79 Large Ice Coffee. Capitalism means competing not living in price denial and charging $3 for the same product. You'd think Tim Hortons would be more aware that they are losing a price war and profit as coffee costs 50 cents a cup with labor included.“

“Had a bunch of gift cards. Figured, time to use some of them up and thin out the wallet. Staff was very receptive and engaging. Had a steak and cheese panini, vanilla iced cappuccino. Saving the blueberry muffin for later. Hostess offered to consolidate my remaining gift cards. That was very nice!“

“I go to this location pretty frequently. I picked up my drink right after I got the notification that it was ready. Typically I don’t have any issues and my drinks always taste amazing, but a couple times I’ve had the issue of not filling the cup. Yes, I got cold foam and I understand it can deflate a little bit, but you can see a cold foam layer. Take that layer out and there’s a quarter of the drink not filled up. With the amount I’m paying for my drinks, I expect to get a drink that’s mostly filled up. I can go to another coffee place that will fill up my cup because this is ridiculous.
