“We’ve been coming here for years. The menu is standard, the beer can be really refreshing, and it’s the right place to go if you want to meet locals. It’s a friendly spot, and the outside seating is lovely!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids and a playground right in front so you can let them play and have your beer!”
“Great pizza to takeaway. A delicious range of ice creams to eat in. Perfect for the beach and cooling down on a hot August evening.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly”

“Bar Mario has been on our list for a while. Glad we got to step in. The staff were super warm and welcoming, especially Natalie!! We sat at the bar and enjoyed our conversation with her along with some of the specials and recommendations for the night. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, so delicious and comforting. Highly recommend the lasagna. A lovely spot, so happy we finally got to try. Will be back soon!”

“6 Restaurant provided the perfect birthday dinner.
Led by creative flavour— the textural experience of the prix fixe & wine pairing really stood out.
Our server massively brightened the evening with her thought and care.
Can’t wait to visit the next time I’m in town!”

“After having brunch here I will definitely be back for their dinner service.
Definitely worth checking out. Tried the biscuits & gravy, full 2.0, pancakes all were solid renditions of the traditional meal with a twist.
Callout - The French press is a full French press not just a personal sized one”

“The food was amazing. I regularly think about the whipped ricotta sourdough. We ate a fair amount between 5 of us and it left me wanting to come back to try the rest of the menu.”

“Such a great spot! Not just because of the quality masa, delicious fillings, and casual atmosphere, but they also carry great agave spirits (I had some Amatiteña blanco during my last visit, and even the price point was... *Drum roll ... On point (Thank you! I'll let myself out).”

“Lived nearby when this unassuming place opened and we were very impressed. Excellent food and very professional service each time we went which became often. Not surprisingly this great restaurant has outlasted its notable nearby neighboring spots. We always felt welcome and got good value for the money. Now I wanna go back soon!”

“Honestly, a stunning gem of a neighborhood restaurant. I loved their beet salad with dates, the dates were so soft and juicy. The pork chop was very good, but just a little bit dry for my taste. The desserts were smashingly good, we had the olive oil cake with cream in a prune sauce, as well as the coffee mousse. Would highly recommend!”

“Legit Chicago dogs in NYC. The sport peppers are real and the tomatoes are sliced. Physically it's just a cute little hot dog stand, but there's a few outdoor seats. Recommended.”

“Great, inventive food, and attentive service. It is, however, very loud inside due to the bare walls. Please install sound insulation panels on the ceiling and the wall.”

“Sal Tang’s serves favorite Chinese comfort food and snacks and is a popular destination in the Cobble Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn.
It was busy when we came here for Sunday dinner and was unable to accommodate us inside even when it was raining (we had booked for outdoor dining).
Our group shared some appetizers such as scallion pancakes and cucumber salad with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. The cucumber salad was light and very refreshing.
We then ordered four dishes and shared them family-style. We had beef and broccoli, crispy branzino with black bean sauce, their signature sesame chicken cutlets, cumin lamb over rice, sautéed pea shoots, and shrimp fried rice.
Overall, the dishes are decent and with good portions. The dishes are served in a timely fashion, and we enjoyed every single dish that was presented to us. We had a lovely time here. With good food and awesome customer service, you won’t be embarrassed to recommend this place to family and friends.”

“Hart's has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn. I arrived right at opening (5:30pm) and was seated at the bar immediately. It's super convenient if you're coming off the A/C. The playlist was great and the vibe was calm and unhurried.
The food is where Hart's really shines. The roast oysters with vermouth butter and horseradish were the standout of the night, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick. The savoy cabbage with serrano ham and borlotti beans was homey and comforting. The clam toast with pancetta was deeply savory and something I'd come back for on its own. The seafood rice was the one dish that didn't quite land for me. Not bad, just the least memorable of the bunch.
Highly recommend”

“I recently had a delightful dining experience at Leland Eating and Drinking House in Brooklyn. Starting with a refreshing porter beer from the tap, I then savored the incredible Japanese sweet potato, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The highlight of the meal was the Porchetta Sandwich with ZA'ATAR CHIPS. Encased in their soft and freshly made bread, the sandwich was a symphony of flavors, perfectly complemented by the crispy and tasty house-made chips. Each bite was a testament to their commitment to using high-quality ingredients and crafting memorable dishes. The cozy ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, making it a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy exceptional food. I look forward to returning to Leland Eating and Drinking House to explore more of their enticing menu offerings! 10 star review!!!”

“My boyfriend and I visited Inga's on the Sunday after Valentine's Day and loved every moment of our dinner! We live down in Cobble Hill so the 20 min walk was easy and I loved approaching this beautiful warmly lit corner restaurant on a cold blustery night. I had made the reservation a few week prior and we were greeted and seated almost immediately at a little two top. I remarked on how impressive the acoustics were for an open dining room with intimate tables and was grateful the music wasn't too loud so we could hear each other (though the music I did catch was pretty cool). The mixed vintage decor and antique light features add to the nostalgic impression that you're being hosted in someone's dining room.
We started with cocktails: I ordered the martini and was very happy with it as a perpetual dirty gin martini lover and my boyfriend can't remember what he ordered, but it was also enjoyed. We had the scallop crudo, poached shrimp, and octopus to start, all of which we loved (the shrimp with the green curry aioli was my favorite). And we shared the Guinness short rib with a side of fries--also so good and every texture was on point! Next time we'll try to save room for that chocolate cake I've seen photos of online and to also try out what looks like to be a great wine list. We also want to have lunch at the bar and order the burger!
We left Inga's with a soft snow falling outside and I realized we were on Cranberry Street where Cher's family in Moonstruck is supposed to live. We wandered to the water feeling very lucky to be in love and alive in this amazing city with such amazing food.”

“cameriera italiana con capelli corti. scortese e molto maleducata. non tornerò piu. non ha saputo ne servire il cliente oltre al fatto che dovrebbe farsi un corso di corretto italiano prima di parlare con un cliente in quel modo. pessima pubblicità al locale. peccato e mi dispiace ma non tornerò più.”

“Last night I celebrated my Birthday at Kennedy's Restaurant and it was Fabulous time!! I absolutely love this restaurant the atmosphere is so beautiful and elegant I almost felt like I was on a cruise ship * We had a great table by the window overlooking the beach * and I totally felt like I was away on vacation somewhere which put me and my guests in a great celebratory mood. I love the fact that the chairs were very comfortable and cushioned and there were no stairs to use the restroom which was a big plus for my elderly aunt. The food was absolutely delicious we shared the fried calamari platter and scallops risotto for appetizers. The porterhouse veal chop was absolutely divine! We ended the night with a birthday's cake and the live guitarist/vocalist chimed in and sang happy birthday! It was all above and beyond what I could of asked for and me and my guest all had the best time ever! Special thanks to our server Daniel and the Hostess that made us comfortable. Can't wait to go back🥳”
