“Had breakfast this morning there and it was delicious! I had the buttermilk pancakes and they were fluffy, airy and delicious. Eggs Benedict had a delicious hollandaise sauce and the brioche French toast was very bread pudding in the best possible way. Drinks were fine, too!“

“Hamptons Chutney is a staple for us especially on busy weeknights because they have great vegan options and a tasty menu. The thali plates, chutneys and crispy masala dosas filled with spiced Indian potatoes, olives, spinach and more this South Indian-inspired café is a must-visit for plant-based dining in the Hamptons.“
“It is one of the best and most upscale wineries on Long Island. The wine selection is very large with some great roses, whites and reds. They also have a very delicious sake cider. The service was also great and the view was beautiful. We are red wine lovers and loved their Cabernet and Franc. Their signature rose is also delicious.“

“went with 2 other people, and one of the burgers was undercooked (she asked for no pink and there was a lot of pink). the cheese part of the mac and cheese was pasty, like it was a bechamel sauce with extra flour on instead of a mornay sauce, aka they did the flour butter and milk but added no actual cheese to it. the fries were tasty and the burgers were well seasoned. i wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.“

“Great food! And it’s always consistently good. The employees are always polite, my orders are always slightly modified and they always go above and beyond! The appetizers, burritos, tacos are all recommended. Haven’t had the salads yet. The chips are always fresh. Definitely stop by.“

“Good food, friendly spot, big fan. Been coming here for years. Here's my 1 suggestion: for the takeout ...why not offer online ordering? I have to call for take-out, which usually results in the line being busy (in the summer). If I can't get through I have to go elsewhere, which stinks because I live close by. Then, if I do get through, have to provide my credit card info, which is very 2006. Maybe ownership simply doesn't need the takeout biz and prefers it this way, and that's fine, but remains frustrating nonetheless. Just my .02 cents.“
“Best wines overall I’ve had on the North Fork. Service in the tasting room was exemplary. Kind of a rustic European vibe. Their Gewurtztraminer was excellent as was the Gruner Veltliner, a real surprise varietal for Long Island. It’s not really one woman either. The winemaker’s daughter has a distillery on the property. I tried her bourbon, which was a bit young, but destined to be a real treat with more ageing. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.“

“Stumbled by this bistro in Southampton and decided to go in for lunch. To our pleasant surprise we had a wonderful meal with excellent wine pairings suggested by our server, we loved our lunch so much we decided on having dinner at their NYC location the next evening, needless to say it was magnificent! Looking forward to trying the other locations….“

“Our first time at Commander Cody’s. We had the fried oysters, baked clams, shrimp cocktail, cole slaw, mac-n-cheese and cheesecake. My partner is in hospitality and i am a big foodie. The food was enriched with culture and you felt the soul, being a hoppa- I respect that. It was incredible and left me wanting to come back one more time before we head go back to Brooklyn. We will definitely make this our “go to” when we come back!! Thanks you Commander Cody for the photo op!“

“Sat in the new beer garden area, and the roof top was partially open, since it was a bit overcast. Great area for a party or bigger group. Had the avocado toast- I am never disappointed! Home fries are crispy and cooked well, honestly the best breakfast place out east!“
“Stopped in for lunch yesterday. It was a beautiful, cool shady spot on a quaint island porch. The lunch was all home-made and fresh even down to the English muffins. The dessert case had a plethora of delicious freshly baked treats. We sampled a bunch and one was better than the next! Definitely a must visit!“

“Greenport Distilling and Bar is no longer in Greenport. It has recently reopened on the site of One Woman Winery at 5195 Old North Road in Southold. In addition to great cocktails based on their own gin, vodka and bourbon, you can also opt for a variety of One Woman wines.
They are open every day except Tuesday from 11:30AM to 6:00PM. On Fridays, they stay open for Jazz Night from 6:00 to 9:00.
The musicians vary from week to week but they have all been good. What does not vary is the quality of the cocktails, wines and delicious snacks. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The newly renovated barn provides an impressive and comfortable environment to relax and enjoy.“

“Definitely an “off night” I'm sorry to say. First time ever in all these years. Tuna appetizer was tasteless & warm. Sent it back. That was a first. Ordered wings instead. They came 5 minutes after ours in dishes. Sauce was diluted & flavor was off. Steak Fajita main was off as well. Guac was thin & tasteless, steak was raw & sour cream was missing. Going to just say it was an off night. Hope this is not a new pattern. Time will tell.“

“Amongst all the mediocrity out here, Cilantro’s really rises to the top. The food was great, it was well packaged for takeout, the place looked nice and clean inside, staff was a delight, and if you like hot sauce, I highly recommend trying the red stuff. It’s delish, and it’ll also give your pucker a facelift - if you catch my drift!“

“We arrived shortly before 3 and they were nice enough to let us in even though the kitchen was about to close. The absolute BEST burger I have ever had. I got the western burger and it was incredible. Service was friendly and fun. We loved everything about this quaint, local “un-Hamptony” spot. Brought me back to the good ole days of East End life. Too bad places like these are disappearing out east.“
“East End Clambake catered my daughter’s and my mother’s joint birthday party in my backyard in July. I cannot describe how amazing and wonderful they were every step of the way. We ended up renting chairs and tables as well as went with the The East End Lobster Bake package, with fried chicken (the only catered who offered this as an addition to lobster!) Patricia coordinated everything and really made it so very easy. I can’t remember the two women who came to the event along with the chef but they really out themselves, our 60 guests were truly delighted and the food was incredible. No one left hungry, that is for sure!!!! They really know how to run a smooth operation and all of the staff were so lovely to work with. They are absolutely the best!!!!“

“Great atmosphere and food presentation beautiful. Feels so bright and classy. Love it here. Lobster roll pretty good but honestly not much lobster, basically just bread topped with lobster. Tuna Steak was pretty good very simple. Chicken sandwich had flavorful sauce. Fries good too, but overall atmosphere is the best part!!“

“Love their portions, great prices and flavor.
Parking is in the back. Not a big deal. Sometimes I get to park in the front. When the food is good parking should not be a problem. They might be slow for some ppl but they have to remember is just 2 ppl working. Husband and wife.“

“It was a wonderful evening in many ways! We arrived about 15 minutes early. We were escorted to our table. Turned out that we requested another one and we were then seated at another table. Server immediately came to our table. We ordered cocktails- Sag Harbor Sangria which was amazing. Fabulous appetizers- which were shared among the three of us- Brussel sprouts, shishito peppers and Salad. The main course was delish Halibut! Our server was very attentive throughout our meal. She personally suggested an Apple dessert! Amazing to say the least. In all it was a wonderful evening!“

“Solid NYC Chinese food out east! Regular menu that you could have picked up in Brooklyn and brought out with you. To level set - very good takeout, not Michelin rated. Go with the classics - pork fried rice, lo mein, etc etc. Ordered a few times before reviewing. Very consistent.“

“Few can pass on freshly baked goods from a bakery, and after a visit to Ye Olde Bake Shoppe, I suspect you will be among the regulars here. The aroma when you enter surrounds you and creates an initial frenzy...what to eat, what to eat. And when you see their offerings, you need restraint as everything is deliciously decadent. Folks do line up to get their cinnamon buns. These are light and airy dripping in icing. Their donuts and croissants are amazing. They bake an excellent variety of bread and pretzels, and these are so flavorful. Cakes, cookies, and cupcakes abound. Take your pick-they will each be delicious. If you don't see your favorite do ask as you just maybe minutes away from the next tray coming out of the oven. And right by the door are treats to feed the ducks at nearby Lake Agawam, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your goodies from Ye Olde Bake Shoppe.“

“Fantastic food. Freshest fish I’ve had in Hamptons. Food NOT oversalted which means that they use quality ingredients. Spreads all tasty and homemade. Service first rate. Five stars all around.“
