Got the personal supreme Detroit style pizza (sausage, green pepper, onion) and it was literally a flavour bomb, the crispy cheese on the outside was to die for too. The server was also a gem, super friendly quick service, and the vibe is excellent - vintage films playing in the background, cool decor etc. Also really interesting cocktails! But I didn’t have one because it was lunchtime lols. I’ll be back !“

“A friend at work recommended we have an office night out here and he probably just won employee of the year off of the pick.

I’ll start out with the drinks… absolutely amazing. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to whiskey and whiskey cocktails so I was skeptical when I saw the Nonino Essence (Bourbon, rye, amaro nonino, cinnamon, orange, angostura) as it was a combo of rye and bourbon… the drink was insanely good. Perfect balance of sweetness from the bourbon and spices from the rye, angostura and cinnamon.

The pizza selection was spot on. We ordered several of the pies and all were amazing. My personal favorite was the Piccante (the hot honey is a hitter!)

Not only were the food and drinks great but the staff was just as great! Super attentive and an absolute pleasure.

There’s a piece of me that wanted to gate keep this spot because I know it’s going to be tough to be able to get a seat there soon but I have to give them props on checking all the boxes needed to make a great night out successful.“

“We’ve been here several times, and they have the best Caesar salad in the city. As for the pizzas, I’m still undecided. You can’t go wrong with a classic, but the other options seem a bit lackluster. The dough is perfect but they can work on taste.

“Low key might be your best slice in Bushwick/Ridgewood. It bests Robertas and Ops easily yet doesn't get the hype of either of the latter. They also have better appetizer options like a mint watermelon salad that we devoured before taking a picture. The pizza hits all the marks of a good pie and then goes a step beyond with a similar price point to Robertas. This is a great spot that's out of the was but absolutely worthy of the trip.“

“Have been meaning to try this pizza store for a while. Looks so clean from the outside. Wow, I was impressed! Food is priced competitively with the pizza stores in the area (both non-kosher and kosher). Seating was really nice + had outdoor seating. Slices were very good, generous with the cheese on top and had a good crust. We also got sushi. Pleasantly surprised and happy to have a gem like this in the neighborhood. Wishing them hatzlacha!“

“We went in specifically because it showed has being halal. Halal choices on our day was limited. Pizza overall was not bad.

“I work near this location and have been coming here as a regular since it opened. Also met Hakki (founder and CEO) at the Astoria location near my home. Awesome guy. Awesome pizza. I have particular menu favorites as well such as the truffle mushroom and chipotle chicken slices.“

“I've been trying to visit this spot for some time now, but there were always hours wait lines whenever I would be in the area. One lucky Sunday I got my first chance.

I was immediately greeted upon walking in ( appreciated, especially since the counter server was ringing up 2 people while answering questions of a third) and I immediately ordered what all my friends told me to get- curry oxtail slice. I also ordered a chopped cheese slice out of curiosity- I love a chopped cheese!

The oxtail slice has absolutely nothing about it beyond the fact it's served on a triangle shaped slice of bread. That being said, this is the most delicious and unique slice of pizza I've ever had. The oxtail is soft, tender, bountiful, amazingly flavorful- this oxtail tail is better than a lot of the braised oxtail I've had at different Caribbean restaurants throughout Brooklyn. I honestly wish I had a slice in hand right now.

The chopped cheese slice was equally amazing- generous amounts of meat and cheese, seasoned well, and a little bit of heat. It's as good as some of the chopped cheeses I've had around the city (can't compare to the Bronx, haven't had any there yet)

I know they've been successful enough that they've started opening other locations. Gonna try the East Village Cuts & Slices next!“

“Everyone’s right. The pizza is great. Thick, heavy, sturdy, flavorful dough. Deep tomato sauce (not the tangy fresh shit), nice orange oil from the cheese and the pepperoni is good.

Update: a year later and it’s still incredible. I’ve noticed most pizza places are making their pizzas so thin you have to check the box to make sure anything’s in there. Not Reg’z. I ordered a Supreme last week and thought my arm was going to fall off bringing it home. I LOVE REG’Z“

“The BEST Sicilian square sourdough pizza on the planet 🌎 their sauce is organic and phenomenal, the cheese is wonderful, olives and if you feel like it Add some sausage, and the yummiest pecorino Romano shreds just topped it off. The crispiest crust and So incredibly digestible, because it’s sourdough. Sourdough is fermented and your gut loves fermented food… Love their little gem lettuce salad with their homemade dressing. Very simple here I think we ordered 3 square pies and of course brought some home The Sicilian squares heats up beautifully Just love OPS on Himrod Bushwick Brooklyn!!!! We brought our son who lives in Louisville and this time brought our daughter and boyfriend who live in San Diego and their rock star Pal who is on a tour with THE WHO. “Went for a late dinner last night at the location in Dyker Heights and so glad we did. We had the specials: Rigatoni with braised shredded Short ribs and Reggiano Parmigiano and Escarole and white beans sautéed with fresh garlic and Extra Virgin Olive oil w roasted Atlantic Salmon. It was delicious! This restaurant never disappoints and the food is always consistent and on point. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes dining here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend La Villa in Dyker Heights!“

“The food is excellent it’s delicious and healthy at the same time and having a vegetarian/ koshered diet has really contributed to me being healthy and in shape and shredded . Mr and mrs erivk are great people and I can’t get enough of the grilled eggplant and their salads and the desserts are a temptation of their own. I have friends that make fun of me sometimes for eating so much from a koshered spot but they don’t know what they’re missing out on😋“

“Rated them on grubhub, and making sure I rate them here. Esca’s is hands down the best pizzeria in the area (including Howard Beach). Every time we’ve ordered from them we’re impressed. Usually we get a mushroom/pepperoni pizza and their outrageously delicious chicken parm garlic knot, both of which are always awesome. Today I tried a La Norma pizza and am once again impressed. Awesome work all around from the chefs to the delivery guys. They always cook good food and always deliver with a smile. “There’s so many pizza spots in the area, but Chiara’s is for sure one of my favorites. I just love how creative they get with their specialty slices/pies - you for sure won’t find the same thing elsewhere. You could never go wrong with one of their traditional slices (especially the margherita) since their sauce is so good. The owner Neal is a cool dude and genuinely enjoys seeing his customers happy. Be sure to check their Instagram for what special pies, lunches, desserts they’ll have for the day!

“I am obsessed with this place. I’d gatekeep it if I could but it seems that other people already know about it. I live for their brunch menu and their dinner menu. I love the blueberry pancakes for brunch and the tuna carpaccio for a dinner starter is amazing. Try this place if you love great food, good vibes and Italian food.“
