“Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated.

I’ve seen some of the mixed reviews, and I get it...sometimes the staff might seem a little short on words. But that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly. If you take a second to talk or even crack a joke, most times you’ll get a smile back. Not every day is going to be full of sunshine, for any of us... but this location still delivers solid service and quality.“

Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. My school is right down the street and so is my wife job so it's super convenient. I even do a coffee run sometimes on the way home from school for an extra boost. The owner and manager should be super proud of their hires.“

Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. First and foremost, the location is incredibly strategic, situated right next to the 4 train station. For anyone familiar with the absolute chaos of Fordham Road, between the rush of commuters coming off the elevated train and the nonstop bus traffic clogging the streets, you know that stopping for coffee here can feel like a gamble with time. However, this Dunkin’ has become an essential part of my routine specifically because of how efficiently they navigate that rush. Despite the heavy foot traffic from the subway and the crowds waiting for the buses, the service is exceptionally fast.

I have stood in lines that looked daunting, spanning back toward the door, yet the crew manages the queue with such speed that I am usually in and out within minutes. It is honestly impressive to watch; they run this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell the staff is experienced and they work hard to keep the flow moving so that commuters don’t miss the 4 train or their bus connection.

Beyond just the speed, the reliability here is unmatched. In all the time I have been coming here, they almost always get it right.
