“I wish I could add extra starts to atmosphere cause, I don’t know what this place his in it’s atmosphere but I went there on a Saturday morning and I felt so calm, my stress completely disappeared I felt peaceful and I just felt so amazing, although it was very early the surroundings made me feel so awake and energetic, when I die I hope that what I felt here is what I’ll feel in heaven.“

“This is a great little donut and coffee spot. It's in a very central area. There is always traffic in and out of the store. The place is clean and well maintained.
The staff is very polite and helpful. However, sometimes, it takes a little while to get your food. Since Covid19, they removed the seats, and they never replaced them. However, parking is available inside the small plaza or on the side of the road.
Overall, it's a great spot and I definitelyrecommend it.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood, I always get cold brew and it’s always fresh and you can tell it’s been brewed correctly. Sometimes I go to different Dunkins in the area and the cold brew is too strong or too weak. The staff at this location are very nice and efficient, I always enjoy coming here!“

“Its a great place for a breakfast sandwich, or a donut, croissant. There's a small section with a counter n chairs for 4 people max, plus a lil table for 2. It has a convenience store outside bathrooms. Car vacuum ends air for tires. Gas. A drive-up Wendell Ford Dunkin' Donuts.“

“I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. “Very busy in the morning, with all the yellow buses so, be careful where your park, they have everything you need on the go, and they provide service with a smile.

Parking: There are many school buses in the, so be careful as night not blocked in.

They make the coffee so well and take extra care to small details such as mixing the flavor shots and drizzle on top of the cold foam. “Right now dunkin has a option where you can get a free donut or a 1 dollar donut with a purchase. For any coffee drinker and donut lover i think its a good price. Dunkin has more options then just coffee. You can get some juice as well for kids.“

“Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated.

I’ve seen some of the mixed reviews, and I get it...sometimes the staff might seem a little short on words. But that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly. If you take a second to talk or even crack a joke, most times you’ll get a smile back. “I go every morning to the drive thru with my family and they are so nice. They know me so well they can recite my families order. My school is right down the street and so is my wife job so it's super convenient. I even do a coffee run sometimes on the way home from school for an extra boost. The owner and manager should be super proud of their hires.“

“I don't like going in there since they let just anyone in. Oftentimes, there are homeless people (yelling, cursing, soliciting, or intimidating patrons) sitting at one of only 3 tables.

“I have been a regular customer at this specific Dunkin’ location on Fordham Road for quite a long time now, and I felt it was finally time to share my appreciation for the team here. Living and commuting in the Bronx, finding a spot that is consistent, reliable, and capable of handling the intensity of this neighborhood is rare, but this location delivers on every front, every single day.

First and foremost, the location is incredibly strategic, situated right next to the 4 train station. For anyone familiar with the absolute chaos of Fordham Road, between the rush of commuters coming off the elevated train and the nonstop bus traffic clogging the streets, you know that stopping for coffee here can feel like a gamble with time. However, this Dunkin’ has become an essential part of my routine specifically because of how efficiently they navigate that rush. Despite the heavy foot traffic from the subway and the crowds waiting for the buses, the service is exceptionally fast.

I have stood in lines that looked daunting, spanning back toward the door, yet the crew manages the queue with such speed that I am usually in and out within minutes. It is honestly impressive to watch; they run this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell the staff is experienced and they work hard to keep the flow moving so that commuters don’t miss the 4 train or their bus connection.

Beyond just the speed, the reliability here is unmatched. In all the time I have been coming here, they almost always get it right. On the rare occasion, perhaps once in a blue moon, that an order is slightly off, they are immediately apologetic and fix the order right up without any hesitation. That level of accountability and willingness to make it right instantly is something I value highly, as it saves me the stress of worrying about my breakfast during a hectic commute.

I also want to take a moment to appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the store. Given the high volume of customers coming off Fordham Road, it would be easy for the store to become messy, but they do a fantastic job of keeping the space tidy. The staff members are courteous and professional, maintaining a positive attitude even when the store is packed. It makes a difference starting your day with a transaction that feels human and respectful.

If you are looking for a spot in the Bronx that respects your time, serves great coffee, and maintains high standards despite the busy location, this is the place to go. It is easily the most reliable Dunkin’ near the 4 line. Highly recommended.“

“Great customer service! I ordered my annual work holidays gifts (~25 boxes of mixed variety munchkins) and they were so helpful. Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. Will be returning to 231st St location in future!“

“The food at Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty good and the service is fast. The place is usually empty, but it’s kinda dirty outside with lots of homeless people nearby. Bathrooms are sometimes clean. The ice cream has a lot of frost, so it’s probably been sitting out too long.“

“This is a small Dunkin' Donuts. The Donuts, drinks are always delicious. Once in a while, they don't have coconut donuts but today they I was lucky to get 2 coconut donut. The only down fall is the homeless people, are there most times. They will open the door, ask you for money and even come to the register asking for something to eat. This is a walk in and walk out Dunkin' Donuts. There are no seats to sit in at this location.“

“This Dunkin is nice, but it's located inside a very busy gas station, so it can be hard to park and go inside. They just recently started allowing customers inside instead of standing outside at the window. Their crew is very nice and pretty quick. I always enjoy my morning stops for my Dunkin decafe.“

“An easy place to stop for gas on your way back in to the city. Has a public single person restroom accessed from the outside. Get your two biggest concerns handles in one stop on your drive back to the city. Not an easy task once you get in there.“

Exit lane not well marked so stay in the right lane to exit. Restroom open and reasonably clean. Limited food available late in the day. Staff efficient and friendly.“

My iced coffee is always on point, the owner is always upfront helping out the line whether it's with being a cashier, batista, or on drive thru.
