“I wish I could add extra starts to atmosphere cause, I don’t know what this place his in it’s atmosphere but I went there on a Saturday morning and I felt so calm, my stress completely disappeared I felt peaceful and I just felt so amazing, although it was very early the surroundings made me feel so awake and energetic, when I die I hope that what I felt here is what I’ll feel in heaven.“

“This is a great little donut and coffee spot. It's in a very central area. There is always traffic in and out of the store. The place is clean and well maintained.
The staff is very polite and helpful. However, sometimes, it takes a little while to get her food. Since Covid19, they removed the seats, and they never replaced them. Parking is available.

They make the coffee so well and take extra care to small details such as mixing the flavor shots and drizzle on top of the cold foam. “Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated.

I’ve seen some of the mixed reviews, and I get it...sometimes the staff might seem a little short on words. But that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly. If you take a second to talk or even crack a joke, most times you’ll get a smile back. “The Marble Hill location is very convenient. It is smoothly run and the staff is very efficient too. The coffee is fresh and tasty and the turnover of foods is great, but there are too many wandering young people hanging around inside and not necessarily eating donuts, this shop is already small. Please fix that and keep up your good work!“

“I don't like going in there since they let just anyone in. Oftentimes, there are homeless people (yelling, cursing, soliciting, or intimidating patrons) sitting at one of only 3 tables.

“I ordered online and they never get my order wrong. The food is fresh and my coffees are always hot and just as I ordered. It's clean and the people who work there are friendly. Also at the same time you can get gas and other necessary items since it's located in the BP store. I recommend this place.

Parking: You can park for a few while you get your orders. It's better if you do the drive thru.“

“I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. “I go every morning to the drive thru with my family and they are so nice. They know me so well they can recite my families order. My school is right down the street and so is my wife job so it's super convenient. I even do a coffee run sometimes on the way home from school for an extra boost. The owner and manager should be super proud of their hires.“

“Great customer service! I ordered my annual work holidays gifts (~25 boxes of mixed variety munchkins) and they were so helpful. Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. Will be returning to 231st St location in future!“

“This Dunkin is nice, but it's located inside a very busy gas station, so it can be hard to park and go inside. However, this Dunkin’ has become an essential part of my routine specifically because of how efficiently they navigate that rush. Despite the heavy foot traffic from the subway and the crowds waiting for the buses, the service is exceptionally fast.

I have stood in lines that looked daunting, spanning back toward the door, yet the crew manages the queue with such speed that I am usually in and out within minutes. It is honestly impressive to watch; they run this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell the staff is experienced and they work hard to keep the flow moving so that commuters don’t miss the 4 train or their bus connection.

Beyond just the speed, the reliability here is unmatched. In all the time I have been coming here, they almost always get it right. On the rare occasion, perhaps once in a blue moon, that an order is slightly off, they are immediately apologetic and fix the order right up without any hesitation. That level of accountability and willingness to make it right instantly is something I value highly, as it saves me the stress of worrying about my breakfast during a hectic commute.

I also want to take a moment to appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the store. Given the high volume of customers coming off Fordham Road, it would be easy for the store to become messy, but they do a fantastic job of keeping the space tidy. The staff members are courteous and professional, maintaining a positive attitude even when the store is packed. It makes a difference starting your day with a transaction that feels human and respectful.

If you are looking for a spot in the Bronx that respects your time, serves great coffee, and maintains high standards despite the busy location, this is the place to go. It is easily the most reliable Dunkin’ near the 4 line. Highly recommended.“

“I was the only one waiting to order. No one was at the register. The woman was making someone order, and the other customer server was cleaning the mess. Finally, he stopped cleaning and took my order. I received it quickly it tasted good but was not well put together.“

“This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations in The Bronx. You can taste the love they put into their drinks and food. The inside is super spacious and nice. The staff is also super hospitable as well. It's also very convenient next to the medical college and the hospital.“

“This is a small Dunkin' Donuts. The Donuts, drinks are always delicious. Once in a while, they don't have coconut donuts but today they I was lucky to get 2 coconut donut. The only down fall is the homeless people, are there most times. They will open the door, ask you for money and even come to the register asking for something to eat. This is a walk in and walk out Dunkin' Donuts. There are no seats to sit in at this location.“
