“Lately I’ve been ordering online and picking up at this location. I love the use of location sharing, when I pull up to the speaker I’m always greeted and always told in the sweetest way that my order is ready for me. The last time I had to know who the voice was behind the friendly and welcoming end. Their name is Karim. What a lovely individual! I think it’s just such a nice balance between the use of technology and the personal touch. I hope this location values this type of customer care and service. So much that I have to leave a review. The other employees are kind and attentive as well. One time I came in and the only chocolate frosted donuts had sprinkles. I have suck a picky kid and happen to mention it and they went out of there way to grab me one for Ron the back without sprinkles. One of the sweet workers told me how they didn’t like sprinkles either. Thanks guys!!“

“Its Dunkin. You know what youre getting. Always quick at the drive thru here. They do seem to be sold out of things from time to time. Maybe my timing is just bad. They're open 24 hours so I really dont want to fault them for anything. People working the window are always nice“

“Love this DD. Right over the bridge. Unlikely place to find friendly, personal service. We go twice weekly on way back home from Manhattan. They remember us, our order, joke with us. It's delightful in such a hyper urban industrial area.“

“I go everyday, the only question I'm asked is medium or large.... they know my regular order without asking... And if I want anything additional... by the time I order. Some else (staff) has completed my order. The staff is friendly, accomodating and very kind.“

“I ordered online and they never get my order wrong. The food is fresh and my coffees are always hot and just as I ordered. It's clean and the people who work there are friendly. Also at the same time you can get gas and other necessary items since it's located in the BP store. I recommend this place.

Parking: You can park for a few while you get your orders. It's better if you do the drive thru.“

“This is a great little donut and coffee spot. It's in a very central area. There is always traffic in and out of the store. The place is clean and well maintained.
The staff is very polite and helpful. However, sometimes, it takes a little while to get her food. Since Covid19, they removed the seats, and they never replaced them. Parking is available.

“This is my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood, I always get cold brew and it’s always fresh and you can tell it’s been brewed correctly. Sometimes I go to different Dunkins in the area and the cold brew is too strong or too weak. The staff at this location are very nice and efficient, I always enjoy coming here!“

“I don't like going in there since they let just anyone in. Oftentimes, there are homeless people (yelling, cursing, soliciting, or intimidating patrons) sitting at one of only 3 tables.

“I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. I would definitely go back.“

“The Marble Hill location is very convenient. It is smoothly run and the staff is very efficient too. The coffee is fresh and tasty and the turnover of foods is great, but there are too many wandering young people hanging around inside and not necessarily eating donuts, this shop is already small. Please fix that and keep up your good work!“

“I go every morning to the drive thru with my family and they are so nice. They know me so well they can recite my families order. My school is right down the street and so is my wife job so it's super convenient. I even do a coffee run sometimes on the way home from school for an extra boost. The owner and manager should be super proud of their hires.“

“The food at Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty good and the service is fast. The place is usually empty, but it’s kinda dirty outside with lots of homeless people nearby. Bathrooms are sometimes clean. The ice cream has a lot of frost, so it’s probably been sitting out too long.“

“It's a small space and it's cheap coffee. Designed to give you the rush you need to get out of here and get to work.You don't want to sit down here. Actually it's not a sit down place, there are no seats. If you're looking for experience, Starbucks is the place.Like all extremely fast food services based on time, the quality can be bad. That's just part of the job. You're not at Starbucks and not at a diner or local coffee shop where quality is a big indicator.You're at the coffee equivalent of McDonald's. Which isn't a bad thing if you're only looking for quick coffee, quick snacks and quick service.Keep in mind, please speak slow when adding things to your order to give the cashier's time to put it in the system when taking you. They're not just cashiers but they also have to put things physically on their screens as an order on top of listening to you at the same time. They're multitasking. For example:"Can I have a medium coffee..""Medium coffee.""With 2 shots of caramel..""2 caramel..""And almond milk.""Almond milk.""That's all."For your own sake please take your time. It makes your day faster. I do it and I get great service all the time.“

“They had almost everything like any other Dunkin donuts store. It's a small location, so I assume it would get packed rather quickly. Customer service wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but still a good job. For anyone that's counting calories to lose weight, you want to think another place, cause the sell amazing food at a high calorie price.“

“I am a person that goes to DD daily. This was my first time at this location. Being a creature of habit I ordered my regular order of green ice tea and a croissant stuffer. This was the first and only time I had my drink made perfectly. He actually squeezed the lemon in my cup instead just placing them in my tea...that little thing made a big impact. “It was National Donut Day, new staff was being trained and with physical distancing due to COVID, I must say they are doing well. Service slower than usual and it's hard for staff not to be close. They all had their PPE on! Customers stood apart using the guides on the floor.“

“Very fast and cool employees. It's right next to a police station and cops visit inside most of the time so you'll always feel absolutely safe. Especially convenient that it's right next to a train station. So if it's ever raining, you can immediately go underground and can take either direction of the trains.“

“My husband and I stopped at this Dunkin Donut in the morning while taking the kids to school. It is very convenient because it's at the gas station where we get gas for the car, then we get on the Major Deegan Highway.

“This Dunkin is nice, but it's located inside a very busy gas station, so it can be hard to park and go inside. They just recently started allowing customers inside instead of standing outside at the window. Their crew is very nice and pretty quick. I always enjoy my morning stops for my Dunkin decafe.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin donuts we have two of them in Pelham parkway one on the north side of Pelham parkway and one on the south side. The one that I absolutely love is the Dunkin donuts on the North side they know me and my family very well, they treat us amazingly and they always remember I will orders. “Great customer service! I ordered my annual work holidays gifts (~25 boxes of mixed variety munchkins) and they were so helpful. Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. Will be returning to 231st St location in future!“

“The cashiers at the Dunkin’ place were very kind and made the orders very quick. It is the Fall season and the theme is wearing black. I ordered a hot coffee for my friend and got myself a hazelnut iced coffee. My friend appreciated the delicious coffee and the iced coffee was delicious. “Always fast, hot food and super fresh donuts. The ladies do have a preference to the people with manners. If they don't like you, or you rush them they make their accents heavier and ask you to repeat yourself a few times. Is funny when is not being done to you.“

“An easy place to stop for gas on your way back in to the city. Has a public single person restroom accessed from the outside. Get your two biggest concerns handles in one stop on your drive back to the city. Not an easy task once you get in there.“

“Been picking up 2 XL hot coffees w/various sides (usually hash browns or bacon wraps), almost 5 days a week (work days), every week, probably for close to a year now.

Only reason I went out of my way to put in this review now, is because recently I've been ordering close to their closing time of 7pm (my work shift has been changed temporarily), and even though I'm putting in my app order at like 6:45pm, when I walk in at like almost 7pm, my order is there, ready to go, coffee's not burnt or muddy, all good; and, the employees are pleasant and polite.

So based on something like 200 orders (or so) that I've made, paid, and picked up, I don't get a lot of the low reviews here. It's a coffee shop. If you don't like it, then get your watery coffee at some truck somewhere where they get their water from the fire hydrants, or, walk 45 seconds across the street to the bodega where, if you don't time it right, you get muddy burnt coffee for $2.50 a cup. I find that the product is good, I get plenty of points (app orders) for free hash browns, and the coffee is fresh, not muddy and burnt from sitting in the carafe for an hour.“

“Great location, right off the highway. There is a gas station there as well. Plenty of parking. The drive-through was busy, but parking and going in took no time. The employees were very friendly. The drinks were perfect. The store was clean as well as the restrooms.“

“I have different dunkins I visit throughout the boroughs of NYC and this one is close to home, the staff knows me, knows my order even before walking through the door. My iced coffee is always on point, the owner is always upfront helping out the line whether it's with being a cashier, batista, or on drive thru. “I was the only one waiting to order. No one was at the register. The woman was making someone order, and the other customer server was cleaning the mess. Finally, he stopped cleaning and took my order. I received it quickly it tasted good but was not well put together.“

“I recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts location and had a pretty good experience. The store was clean and well-maintained, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, managing to serve a long line of customers swiftly. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a glazed donut, both of which were
