I'm thrilled to return to 2 Paradise Restaurant after a year, and I must say, they've taken their excellence to the next level! My previous experiences were already top-notch, but the improvements they've made are truly impressive.

I ordered two chicken wraps, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. The quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation shone through in every bite.

“Yemeni food in the heart of the Bronx. Authentic, flavorful and economical. We had the Lamb Haneeth, 10/10 and also had the hummus with meat 9/10. They start you off with broth soup & salad & the bread was perfect. Cost about $20 a person and we got a few cold drinks.“

“In a diverse city like New York, there are flavors from many countries. This is a Yemeni restaurant. Although the store is not big, it attracts many diners, perhaps just to taste different flavors. It may not pay much attention to hygiene, but the chef makes every dish with care, and I think their grilled fish rice is very delicious. Maybe it’s because I love fish….“

“Service was great, the staff is friendly. Falafel pita was very good and affordable. I would come back!

Update: I was craving samosas and figured this would be the place to go. No regrets! I got the veggie ones and they were great. Not overly spicy and generous filling. The filling had a mashed potatoes texture which I loved.“

“Azal offers a reliable and enjoyable Middle Eastern dining experience, though it doesn't quite rise to the level of truly memorable. Located in a bustling strip mall, the restaurant's unpretentious exterior gives way to a pleasant, moderately-decorated interior. It's a comfortable spot for a weeknight dinner, and while it lacks some of the vibrant atmosphere of other spots, the casual and clean setting is perfectly functional.“

“Love this place. Every order is made to order. Located by the hospital so you will get alot of people ordering. I usually call ahead of time. Food is always delicious and they give u a large portion of food. Prices went up from 8 to 11 but still cheapest in the Bronx.“
