“Went here after previous experience at Mamajuanas a few weeks ago. Was not disappointed at all. 🤩💯

Seated quickly even though we were earlier than our reservation. Staff were attentive and accommodating, seemlessly making space for our wheelchairs. 👍♿

Appealing restaurant ambiance with great art on the walls. The food...omg the food. So many things to choose and something for everyone. 🖼️😋

Had the grilled octopus and it was divine....charred in the right places and tender. Came with brussel sprouts, broccolini, and carrots....just Yummmm! 🐙🥦🥕

Had two rolls, with one having octopus in it (Yes, I love octopus). There were two different kinds of plantains and drinks. My choice lemonade sangria and a Pina Colada that came in a pineapple. It was delicious. 🍣🍹🍍

Yes, there was dessert. We got the platter which had strawberry shortcake, flan, tres leches and a hot chocolatey cake. Almost to pretty to eat. 🍰🍓🍮

“Flame Restaurant in the Bronx is hands down my favorite hibachi spot. From the delicious food to the amazing staff and relaxed ambiance, this place is a 10/10 every single time.

I order from here about four times a week (yes, seriously), and the food is ALWAYS consistent. Same incredible flavor, same quality, every single order. They have never messed up my food, and I never get tired of it.

And the prices? I honestly can’t believe how affordable it is for the quality of food you get. The portions, the flavor, the consistency — you would expect to pay so much more.

If you’re looking for hibachi that never disappoints, this is the place. Highly recommend to everyone.“

“My goto for Chinese and Japanese take out in Throggs Neck. Their food, drinks and noodles with duck sauce reminds me of the old Hawaii Sea on Tremont. I always order from them and I am never disappointed. But this review is not for the great food but for them going above and beyond to please a customer. A friend of mine caught a fresh yellow fin tuna and I wanted to make my own sushi. They sold me their sushi rice which is awesome and included all the condiments I needed to make the meal with my family a success. I also purchased some shumai cuz theirs are the bomb. Thanks to the awesome staff for helping me make it all possible and suggesting what saki from the liquor store next door to make my authentic Japanese meal at home. Most places would be stand offish but they actually applauded me and asked me to show them pictures when I came back. So I’m gonna do one better and write this awesome review and post the pics from my meal here ❤️🫵🏼💚🐲“

“This is basically my local sushi spot and it's not bad. I've also enjoyed their Katsu and Teriyaki.
Most of what I've had was pretty good however the location is meh. I'm probably getting 3 rolls tomorrow. This isn't a dine in kinda spot, I've packed up my order or had it delivered.“
