“Overall, Haiku is pretty good, they are consistent and I like them. To my understanding, there are 3 locations around me including the White Plains, Scarsdale and Bronxville locations. I have found that the Bronxville location ONLY charges me for a lesser substititution. I ordered a sushi roll and opted out of TUNA for a substitution that is cheaper in price, and I was charged a fee, again, only at this location, as I have done this at the White Plains/Scarsdale locations and no additional fee was charged. I cannot see why I was charged a fee, like I said, the replacement that I opted for is lesser in price than tuna and I believe the sushi is made fresh everytime, so I would say it was an INCONVENIENCE fee, but in this instance, I don't know if that can be applied, but who knows. Again, only at this location. Just a heads up for fellow customers.“

“Delicious! Edamame to start was perfect, hot & fresh. Pork Ramen was very comforting…broth was flavorful, noodles tasted home-made and the soy marinated soft boiled egg was to die for. Service was attentive as well. Very nice ambience too, casual but cozy and very clean. Five Stars!“

“A must visit every time for me in New York! It’s my 4th visit and I love it every time. Excellent food and service, they were understanding when part of our party was late to the reservation due to travel delays and tried their best to accommodate. They even gave me tea and crackers while waiting for my friends! Gratuity is included in the price (like how they do it in Japan) which is surprisingly refreshing and touching for NYC. The value is unbeatable for omakase and definitely a must try if you like sushi and want to try an authentic and quality omakase experience without breaking the bank.“

“Had a fantastic time for our first experience here. Every piece was fresh, my ginger plate never empty (and I never had to ask), and the price is unmatched for the quality.

My favorite pieces were the botan ebi (shrimp), hotate (scallop), and the chu toro. I’m honestly surprised that shrimp made my list, as it isn’t typically a nigiri I enjoy. But this was so fresh, so delicate, and raw — as it should be! I also ordered the special hotaru ika (firefly squid) and kinmadei (red snapper). The ika was particularly unique, but the snapper was my preference of the two special items I ordered at the end.

Husband loved the chu toro. Shoutout to the toro handroll as well.

The sake we ordered — Kikusui Junmai — was light, crisp, dry, and slightly nutty, just like I like it. It paired excellently with the menu.

A group of girls next to us were celebrating a birthday and the sushi creation they made for the birthday girl was stunning. I saw it had toro and caviar and a few other things I couldn’t tell from my vantage point. They finished it off with a quick spray of gold glitter. A beautiful touch.

We are eager to go back and to bring our friends! What a gem to have in the neighborhood. Go go go!

“We were first time been osaka sushi last night , it was very cold outside , but restaurant was very warm , the waitress was very nice and friendly , we didn’t know how it was work about ayce, waitress was very patient to tell me how it is works, we had 3 round sushi and kitchen, everything was great and delicious , we recommend more and more people come to try this sushi spot. “This place has the potential of being staple in the harlem neighborhood. It more of Americanized Japanese food that they serve. Which is not a bad thing, this is good place if you want something different but still stay in the familiarity of dishes. Their prices are very fairand give good portion sizes. “I just found PJ Sushi in Fort Lee recently (first heard about it on Facebook), and I've already been back twice in one week. Their lunch special is PROBABLY the best sushi deal around. Plus, the owners are super sweet. I called in a pickup order today but ended up deciding to eat some sushi right there in the restaurant. My baby started fussing and I had to feed him, and the owner noticed and was so kind. She even walked me to my car and helped me get my takeout settled while I put the baby back into the car. It was just such a thoughtful gesture. Definitely coming back whenever I can!“

“I just finished a fabulous Hawaiian poke bowl that I would recommend to anyone. A perfect blend of crunchy spicy and succulent. The food was a huge hit! 🤩 The specialty sushi disappeared instantly 🍣, and the MVP pizza pie — with pesto, marinara, and vodka sauces over melty mozzarella — was the star of the night. 🌟 BH the food kept coming.

“I had a wonderful date night yesterday at Osaka. I randomly had a taste for hibachi so I searched and came across this location in Tarrytown. Although it was a 30 min drive from home we decided to try our luck. When we arrived, to surprise it was jammed packed however they say us down and we had drinks while we waited. The hostess was very attentive during our wait and even provided edamame on the house because the wait was quite extensive due to 3 birthday celebration which were lagging at each table. Once we were seated the food was made fairly quick and my partner and I enjoyed our meals. The noodles were a bit salty but overall my I really enjoyed my meal and my partner even told me my pick was a great choice! I will be back soon!“

“I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.

Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)

Also the presentation is outstanding, and don’t forget to try their amazing Thai ice Tea which is homemade. 100% recommended. 🫶🏻

“Was looking for a place to grab dinner and found this place online so decided to give it a try, and this place did not disappoint. Located in an area that makes it easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, Enbu was a nice surprise to stumble upon. The first thing I noticed were the bright colors and very nice water feature, which were nice touches to the decor of the restaurant. We split a pineapple cocktail that we enjoyed, it was sweet but just strong enough to do the trick. For an appetizer, we split what I found to be my favorite food there, the pork gyoza. They were absolutely delicious, and might be my favorite gyoza/dumpling I’ve ever had. The ginger they used for my salad was a tad bit strong for my liking, but I still also enjoyed it. For our entrees, we had the hibachi steak and mixed vegetables and the salmon teriyaki and broccoli, both of which were served with rice. We would both say they were good, but arguably nothing you wouldn’t find from another Asian restaurant. In the end, for the price of everything I’d say it was still very worth the visit and would recommend to someone else looking for similar food in the area. Perhaps we’ll be back to try out some stuff off the sushi menu in the future“

“One of the best “clean food” spots in Fort Lee. Prices are among the lowest around, and the food is consistently good. The menu isn’t very complex, but they really nail what they do offer.
