“Haiku is one of my favorite casual spots in Bronxville. I really enjoyed the kani salad.. it was fresh, light, and flavorful. The shrimp and rice dish was delicious, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying. The sushi is always fresh and consistently good. I also love the relaxed, casual atmosphere. It’s a comfortable place to enjoy a nice meal without feeling rushed. Friendly service and good food keep me coming back. Definitely recommend“

“A hidden gem on the UWS! The lunch omakase is less than $40, and even the premium omakase is only around $60 including tip. Honestly, that’s cheaper than many regular restaurants in NYC, especially for omakase.

We went as a group of six and had such a fun, high‑energy experience from start to finish. The vibe is lively without feeling chaotic, and the staff clearly loves what they do, which makes a huge difference.

The omakase was AMAZING, especially for the price. Every piece felt thoughtful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Starting with the 13 initial pieces was perfect, and we loved being able to add more afterward. It made the whole experience feel flexible and indulgent without pressure.

“This was a great experience! We were just at Kollection grabbing some kbeauty products.. when we wanted to eat somewhere. We had no wait, and the ambiance when we walked in was so chill. The table lamps are nice. The Bossam was AMAZING! I highly recommend that dish!! Especially with friends! I would do it plain. The seafood pancake was PACKED with seafood! It was light and fluffy! Corn and cheese was everything you would want.. creamy. And cheesy! I would have like a bit more corn I guess. Fun family dinner night out! The servings are good! “Just stopped in after seeing on Introvert Girl TikTok. Small spot, seems like they mainly do take out but there are plenty of tables inside, seating for 25. Ordered a spicy salmon roll with tuna nigiri lunch combo and a spicy crab roll - the bill after tax was $19!! Ok, but what about the quality? Amazingly fresh and the chef cuts the tuna so it's perfectly tender, was almost close to Toro consistency but clearly not toro. And it came out with the quickness, maybe 6 or 7 minutes and I had it in my hand and there were two other customers that were waiting inside when I got there that also were served and left before I even got my food. Can't praise this spot enough. Can't wait to try and order a huge platter for the next family gathering.“

“We were five seconds away from getting hangry and we found this place. we both got the scallion pancakes and the pork ramen. Let me tell you the broth came out hot and plentiful. It was savory and rich. It was such a perfect end to our day. The scallion pancakes were pan fried and not deep fried, which we preferred. They were crispy and soft in the inside. I couldn’t recommend this hidden gem enough.“

“The CRAZIEST thing has happened!!!

I have never experienced such high-effort service before. I was out for an early birthday dinner with a few family members, my uncle in particular, enjoys his drinks with ice (lol who doesn’t.) However, after he ordered his signature coca-cola, we were told there was no ice left. Understandably, my uncle was very upset and made it clear to the worker.

Just then, as we were receiving our sushi order, a very kind man named Michael noticed this concern, and told us he was going to the store to get ice. He went out of his way to leave the place, go to CVS, and FREAKING PAID FOR A GIANT ICE PACK JUST TO GIVE MY UNCLE AN ICED DRINK. He basically paid for our drinks if you compare prices. I have never experienced or witnessed this type of outstanding service before.

At first, we didn’t believe it at first, we even bet 5 bucks because we swore we just misheard him. 5 minutes later, he comes back with a giant iced cup just perfect for my uncle to pour his cola in. When was the last time you’ve experienced this?

And on top of that, he served us ice cream dessert on the house!!! We spoke to him for a bit, he even recognized us and where we sat all times we ate here in the past months. He is a very kind man. Shoutout to Michael!!!!!!“

“An unexpected seafood find in Mamaroneck! This place has it all—fresh seafood, prepared seafood, a sushi counter, and seafood cooked to order.

I usually prefer a Connecticut-style lobster roll, but since I was taking it to the pool, I went with the Maine-style cold lobster salad. It was delicious! BIG chunks of lobster, just the right amount of mayo, and a buttery roll toasted perfectly—crispy, golden, and sturdy enough to hold all that lobster.

I also tried the Lady Dragon Roll (I believe that was the name), made fresh while I waited. Shrimp tempura inside with spicy salmon on the outside—so good!

There are a few tables inside and outdoor patio seating, making it a great spot for a casual seafood lunch. I also noticed they run specials, so check their social media. The day I visited, a lobster roll with fries and coleslaw was around $29.95.“
