“Where to go for yummy, wacky, and creative flavors of ice cream and the like on a budget? Right here! I love coming here on a Sunday afternoon (minus the growing line that could quickly form) for some tasty ice cream. Usually, it can take about 6-7 minutes to receive your orer if there is only a moderate amount of patrons there (5-6). Kids love to come in and out of the establishment with a million-dollar smile after receiving their ice cream or a donut at Dunkin Donuts right next to the Baskin-Robbins counter. Only thing preventing another star is that sometimes other customers receive service at the BR counter although you are suppose to order at the DD counter. This sometimes causes confusion and people who enter after you do can get their order before you. All in all, great place for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up!“

“What a lovely classic ice cream parlor! The service is top notch, we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. We never waited more than five minutes to get our ice cream.(And we went 3 days in a row, 4 if you count the airport location.) You are handed a menu when you arrive so reading all of the options occupies the wait. The ice cream is fantastic, our favorites were the rum bisque and the butter pecan!“

“This place recently went through renovations. As of now, the inside is more welcoming, much nicer atmosphere and it can seat more people than before. As for the service it is ok. The quality of coffee served is ok, sometimes it is horrible. The staff is nice however they definitely need more training.“
“Treat after a long day at Luna park and the beach. Thankfully I had a Buy 1 Get 1 free coupon which really helped because the ice creams were amazing. The Jamoca Fudge and Oreo Cream were the bomb. 100% recommend. The difference is that the quality of Baskin-Robbins ice cream compared to that of Dunkin' Donuts coffee is a bit better. “I needed an ice cream cake for a birthday, so I asked Google for the nearest Baskin-Robins to my location and lo and behold there was one just 2 blocks from me. I called ahead for hours of operation, the staff on the phone was very helpful, he even physically cheched the refrigerator fir me, which was very humane of him. When I got there, it was just as easy to complete my purchase, I didn't see the guy I spoke with over the phone, but he has my on going gratitude and respect.“
“Hookah, drinks, bottle service, good music. That's all my crew and I needed to have a good night. Celebrated my besties and close friend 30th birthdays and we had no problem whatsoever. I liked the security guards at the door as well. The young ladies doing hookah and bottle service were nice and helped us with anything we asked for. Good spot. “I wanted to use two coupons and the employee gave me no trouble with it. My sister and I ordered two iced lattes, but she needed hers to be decaf. When the employee handed us the drinks, one was unlabeled and he couldn't remember which one was decaf. He made another one and let us keep the third. The donuts for Valentine's Day were so good (brownie batter, apple crumb, bavarian cream, jelly). They were the centerpiece for our Galentine's Day celebration!“

“I had such a good experience in which kind of surprised me and caught me off guard and making my night better . There is a new Hispanic man who was working the night shift . He was amazing to say the least. It seemed he was actually alone since the other employee got caught up so the man had to take the line make drinks and expedite the orders all while having orders with multiple items . I would have thought he was going to go crazy but he was very hands on and showed his urgency in making ur drink while still perfecting it to ur liking and emailing throughout the whole craziness. Everyone there was treated great with the same enthusiasm and respect and really made contact with his guest while bussing out his orders .“

“This is a good Dunkin Donuts. The workers are really kind and they're sharp.. If you're a regular here, they get to know you quick and kindly ask if you'll be having the usual that visit. The reason for my high 4 star review is absolutely because of the staff. This DD happens to get pretty busy and I mean, out the door busy. This is most likely because of the schools nearby and also because it's right off the train, (Q train, Avenue M). The store is not not small but not huge. They have around 4 tables for two and a breakfast bar for 4. THEY ARE A 24/7 LOCATION, SO DD ALL DAY AND NIGHT!“

I do have to say, getting my favorite flavor, Jamoca (Coffee) hits different than other upscale ice cream shops. “Rounded up from 3.5*I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews because the few times I've been here, the workers were super nice! I literally have nothing to complain about regarding their service and they are very accommodating. Whenever I order ice cream, they give huge scoops. Maybe that's why their ice cream buckets are mostly almost empty! They did get my coffee order wrong one time, but it's not a huge deal.However, I took off 1.5 stars for the cleanliness of the place. I've seen a small cockroach walking on the floor before which was pretty alarming. I can't imagine all the cockroaches that do come out at night. This Dunkin' has been around for a while now so I hope they do a renovation or deep cleaning sometime soon. This is one of the few locations with a parking lot and I'd much rather eat in the car than inside due to the cleanliness.“

“For a DD this place is pretty solid. It used to be a pizza place/front and has a outdoor courtyard perfect for an afternoon coffee or ice cream. You know what you get at Dunkin so finding one that has a nice amount of outdoor space (especially in Brooklyn) is ideal.“
