Baskin Robbins in Brooklyn

“Baskin Robbins has always been one of my favorite places for ice cream. No matter where I am, I’m always happy when I spot one because they have such a huge variety of flavors to choose from. My all-time favorite is Jamoca—I absolutely love it.

Recently I discovered that they can turn the Jamoca ice cream into a milkshake, and it quickly became one of my favorite treats. The flavor is rich, creamy, and perfect for anyone who loves coffee-flavored ice cream. Honestly, it’s so good that I could drink one every other day!

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the price. A scoop of ice cream might be around $3.50, but when you turn it into a milkshake, the price jumps to around $7.60 for a small, which feels pretty expensive. I’ve also noticed the price can vary depending on the location. At one place a medium was around $7.16, and at another location even the smaller size was around $7, which was surprising.

The quality and taste are definitely great, and Jamoca is still my go-to every time. I just wish the milkshakes were a little more affordable.

Overall, if you love coffee-flavored ice cream, the Jamoca milkshake is absolutely worth trying!“

“What a lovely classic ice cream parlor! The service is top notch, we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. We never waited more than five minutes to get our ice cream.(And we went 3 days in a row, 4 if you count the airport location.) You are handed a menu when you arrive so reading all of the options occupies the wait. The ice cream is fantastic, our favorites were the rum bisque and the butter pecan!“

“Ice cream is a beautiful thing, and it isn't done more beautifully than Baskin-Robbins! Every flavor they have is delicious. They are the only place where I have waited for 45 minutes and been completely okay with it, because I loved what was delivered after the wait. Also, there are times you can go and not have to wait too long. If you are ever in downtown NY very late on a week night, that's your best shot to get Baskin-Robbins! Either way, Leopold's is worth it, and they also have online ordering!“

The selection of 31 flavors means there’s always something for everyone, whether you stick to classic mint chocolate chip or try one of the rotating seasonal specials. The ice cream is consistently creamy, and the waffle cones are crisp and fresh. Counter service was cheerful and patient, happily offering samples to help narrow down choices even with a couple of people waiting in line.

It can get a little cramped during peak evening hours, but the staff handles the line efficiently. A super reliable spot for a solid dessert with family or friends!“

“This place recently went through renovations. As of now, the inside is more welcoming, much nicer atmosphere and it can seat more people than before. As for the service it is ok. The quality of coffee served is ok, sometimes it is horrible. The staff is nice however they definitely need more training.“

“Ice cream is great the prices are to high for me 5 dollars for one scoop of ice cream is kinda ridiculous I can go to key food and get a gallon for that price plus buy a box of cones they need to lower the price on this ice cream cause they will be losing it of customers including me“

“This place has incredible ice cream. Everything has a super fresh, homemade taste. They have unique, natural flavors with a tropical vibe in vibrant colors. Don’t let looks deceive - it has a real hole-in-the-wall look to it, but that adds to the charm - this place is legit. Friendly staff but a long line. Be patient, it’s worth it.“

“We only came for a glass of love potion, they only have it for a limited time, and we were lucky to have been looking for it since February, which is when it comes out.The service was more or less fast, but not friendly, they probably already wanted to leave, they were serving as fast as they could, the place looked clean, and they kept cleaning.Precious $$$ for the ice cream portion.“

“Good location to grab standard Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins items with a decent seating area to enjoy if you're so inclined. The parking is awful here though, even if you pop in for a minute, good luck finding a spot.Note: No meat here to respect the neighborhood.“

“Ordered two custom cakes for my daughter’s birthday party and both came out exactly as requested. Begum took our order in person a few days before I needed it and even called me to confirm and clarify when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. The app didn’t work for me for what I wanted and I did have to make a trip to the store in person to speak with someone. But when I did they were very helpful. Pretty sure she charged me a few dollars less than what it would have been had I ordered through the app. All in all a good experience and my daughter loved her cakes.“

“I would give 3 stars due to lack of pre-packed ice cream, only 1 left. I gave 4-5 stars for the hard working employees trying to keep up with everybody. The lady worker i had was great. I notice her packed the fresh ice cream down and wipe the tub too. Thanks“
