“The chipotle on Montaque is probably one of the oldest and one of the freshest. I am saying this because there are other Chipotles newly opened and the quality is very different. I have never had an issue with any my orders. Always like my first chipotle experience. The staff are very nice too.“

It’s rare to see this level of dedication in a high-traffic restaurant, but this GM clearly led with heart, discipline, and pride in their team. “It’s not too often that you walk into a restaurant 2 minutes after they’ve just opened with your picky fiancé (lol) and get the service, the great conversation, and upbeat attitude portrayed by Kadejah and her staff at the kings plaza location in Brooklyn.“

“I'm not sure why everyone else has a bad review but I personally had a pleasant experience. The portions are ok, but I think that's every chipotle I've been too that had ended up being on the smaller side. However, there is one worker over there that is amazing, she makes the experience that much more wonderful. Me and my girlfriend are always happy to see her and I have a feeling she knows who she is. Overall, food taste good, as mentioned, portions could be unfortunately on the smaller size but everything is good

“Limited food selection. Not so nicely set up room. It was clean ok. Food was also ok. Except not much to choose from. The boy with the glasses was really sweet and nice. Helped with the order and paid attention when I was inquiring about the food.

“Honestly deserves more credit than it gets. Yes, it’s busy, being right in the Fulton Street Mall, but the staff here is clearly well trained and keeps things moving efficiently even during peak hours.

What really stands out are the portion sizes. They’re consistently generous, noticeably more so than many Manhattan Chipotle locations, which makes a big difference for value. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate that the sauce bottles are always filled, a small detail, but one that shows good management and attention to customers.

The only real downside is that the rewards system machines can be flaky and aren’t always working, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, that’s a minor issue compared to how solid everything else is.

Overall, I genuinely don’t understand why this location sits below a 4.3-star rating. Given the portions, cleanliness, and consistently solid service in such a high-traffic area, this Chipotle easily earns 5 stars from me.“

“My go-to, home base Chipotle. This staff knows how to cook 👌 food is always on point.

Staff is also always cool despite being constantly slammed non stop. Always been treated with respect there. The place is generally clean enough for such a high volume location and I tend to eat at the restaurant most of the time.

“Servers are helpful but Chicken is almost charcoal at times ..theyre overcooking the meat or reheating it the place is decent but they dont reload the food bins either they scrape the very edges of the food bins to give you the food you order. It's like just a few changes from being a great Chipotle lets hope for improvement.“

“I forgot how incredibly satisfying a chipotle burrito can be. I got the veggie burrito made vegan with 2x pinto beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, tomatillo salsa, corn, guac and lettuce. They honestly have some of the best tasting guac you can get, all of their veggie ingredients are so fresh and you feel so good after eating it. I love their sofritas too, but sometimes I'm craving the guac more, and it only comes free on the veggie one. Would be nice to see a healthier whole wheat or corn tortilla option available in the future, and have more of a vegan-centered menu with vegan cheese, sour cream, and a seitan / plant-based meat option.“

“Court st. Brooklyn location and maiden Ln. In manhattan is the best to me when it comes to clean store, employees are pleasant and the food is delicious. I ordered a bowl and burrito and it was full of everything they never disappoint. Also the music and vibes are calm/ relaxing.“

“I just came from there and the young man name London or London was my server. He such a nice young gentleman. He served me good portions and made me laugh. He deserve a raise and bonus. It's hard to find good people like him. He's a good asset to your company. Also, you guys need to add more honey vinegarette in those cups. Those small ounces doesn't go all over our chipotle salad. It's beyond ridiculous!!!! Do better!“

“I placed an order and the app says ready for pick up 7:50 p.m. has been waiting till 8:05 and saw the guys making the order at that time while it's already says ready for pick up. Asked the cashier, she told me that there is an order ahead of me they have to make and that's it. Food is ok but customer service is not good“

“Bad energy at this location. Employees are actively shutting the store down 30-40 minutes prior to the closing time listed on Google. I get it, I used to work in the service industry...we all want to go home. However, closing hours are listed for a reason. There's a lot of anger when it comes to serving. If you want to be angry at a customer, be angry at the ones ordering food while taking a phone call or a facetime — not those of us who are quick, efficient, and focused. Be better.“

“I saw the bad reviews and was afraid to eat at this specific spot I guess they changed their establishment. The place was really clean some guy was putting the work in for like 30 minutes. The lady serving the food wasn’t mean at all. The music was really chill. The best part is the food was delicious, I received extra sour cream.“

“We ordered for mobile pick up and it was ready by the exact time. Once we got into the store, pick up was very easy and the worker was very nice. Our burrito bowl was loaded and did not skimp out on guac. Our bowls did have little meat but everything else was an amazing portion.“

“This place is great but I really loved he food except the sour cream I asked for a little bit she put a lot and then when we where paying the total was 56$ but she said 66 dollars and said the drinks are free and gave like 5 cups even though we didn’t ask for it but it’s ok I don’t need a refund“

“Its a reliable location they always have good meat, but staff arent always very warm service giving. The portions are somewhat proper and theyre not too skimpy. They'll throw in a two pieces meats after the scoop, sometimes. Clean space.

I always get the chicken but i'll look for the picture. Tried the smoked brisket its aight i just stick to chicken.“

“They ran out of peppers and onions. I told them I'd take them raw or wait for them to cook them. They said no they literally don't have any peppers or onions at all. They also ran out of salad dressing. Those two things are major reasons I love Chipotle, and they were out of both.“
