“By far my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. I’ve eaten there a few times now and each time is better than the last. Don’t sleep on their orange wines and definitely don’t sleep on the spicier dishes. For my money better than uncle boons / fish cheeks. So so so good! Also fantastic service always!“

“This restaurant has a beautiful ambience and great service. The Purple Blossom Dumplings were works of art, to the point where we hesitated to destroy them by eating them. And they were tasty, too. I had the sautéed chicken ginger for my main course, and it was flavorful without being too sweet, and had a nice mix of vegetables, chicken, and rice. I loved this restaurant.“

“Good place for Thai twisted food. We got Krapow burger and Thai tea. Burger was good, the spicy was kicked! But the Thai tea was quite fade for me. The restaurant was cute and cozy. They have few tables, inside looks so clean. They have cute merchs as well, like some shirts and tote bags. I want to go back and try their holy basil stir fried and crispy pork belly.“

“this place is indeed really really amazing. our food was amazing, and pretty spicy: we only got one item that was listed as the least spicy, and it wasn't too bad, but it was still pretty spicy. they can't change spice levels, and most items are spicy, so only go here if you can at least handle some spice! food tasted great, some of the best seafood I've ever had tbh.
however, I will say: this place is very small, and you will most probably have to make a reservation or wait a bit for a table, and the prices are VERY HIGH. more than doubled what you'd normally pay for the dish. it's up to you to decide whether that's worth it for you, but me personally, I'd only go once just to try it.“

“Food here smells good, but we ordered on seamless and our order is 20 minutes late. We are still waiting on it and the tables are more or less empty but they won’t let us sit down.

Update: the food was absolutely delicious. We had to eat it while walking and they didn’t give us silverware so we ate like savages but it was GOOOOOOOOD!

“Came with a group of four and were sat down immediately. The place itself is very vibey, as it has a lot of old school Thai decor, which really made the place feel unique. They have chairs that are from the movie theater and project videos above.

The food itself is also really good, definitely have a lot more Thai dishes offered here that aren't offered in other Thai restaurants in America, which is refreshing. The food is well flavored and you really can't go wrong. Will say a lot of the chairs, while very aesthetic for the space, are pretty tall in comparison to the table and can make eating a bit uncomfortable.“

“In my 15 years in NYC, this is the best Thai delivery I have ever had. Everything was delicious - we got pad see ew, crab fried rice, gaeng dang, Kanom jeeb, and crab Rangoon. It was all absolutely excellent! Flavorful, fresh, well seasoned, warm when it arrived, each dish as good as the last. This is a new favorite takeout spot and we’d love to go in person sometime as well!“

“By far the best Som Tam I've ever eaten outside of Thailand, and I've tried quite a few. Very fresh and aromatic papaya, and just the right blend of lime and fish sauce round it all out. I also highly recommend the Sai Ua, a Chiang Mai sausage with herbs. Simply delicious in a stylish and very well-kept ambiance. Highly recommended.“

Food was delivered hot and fresh, with good ingredients and so much flavor. “4:15PM on a Sunday summer afternoon is a great time to visit this small restaurant because there was only one other couple in the place in addition to us - though by that time delivery orders were going out the door on a regular basis

We both thought the food (pad Thai and Drunken noodles) was delicious and very well seasoned and the portions generous. Also, the fact that they had great air conditioning on a hot July afternoon was a welcomed plus!

The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating, but for me to rate this restaurant with five stars, they need to spend a little less time, talking among themselves and a little more time checking on their dine-in customers“

“We had our favorite duck dish last night from Amarin Cafe. I had pre-ordered it, because it often sells out, but arrived an hour early because I was looking at a clock I had not yet set back! They graciously agreed to get started on it right away, so I walked around the block, and it was done.“

I ordered the Thai Pinto Lunch Set w/ Drunken Noodles (with tofu, no egg), coconut soup, and spring rolls. I'm vegan and they were really accommodating with swapping out animal flesh for tofu and removing the egg. Plus, they even let me get Drunken Noodles which weren't even on the lunch menu The outdoor seating set up was really nice and the food was served astonishingly quickly - probably in less than 10 minutes and all 3 courses arrived in a stack of lidded ceramic bowls which was extremely convenient because I could choose to keep whichever dish I wanted hot without waiting for anything else to arrive. The servings were on the small side which was perfect actually and still a great value for about $15. All the food was fresh and the service was very friendly and attentive. The crab fried rice had a good portion, and it’s purely flavorful.
The Hakka noodle was a bit dried but it came with a bowl of soup. The pork belly was very crispy, not a lot of flavor but it had a good balance with the noodle which is a bit spicy.

“Why I love Holic…I come for lunch and dinner so often. The decoration is beautiful. This is my local spot and I am SO lucky. I’ve tried all the Crown Heights spots and this one beats them out of the water. Let me explain…their portions are amazing. Their food is FULL of veggies and meat. THEY DO NOT SKIMP. I love beef but I feel like the Asian spots I go to don’t have amazing beef. Holic has the best beef I’ve ever had at a Thai spot. Their lunch special is an incredible deal. I get a veggie full soup (coconut or tom kha) and a noodle or fried rice dish. Also, I tend to come solo because this is my local spot. They treat me with so much respect. One time I came with some allergies and the owner saw me and brought me a hot tea. Seriously they treat people so well. At night the spot becomes a cute vibey spot with a little bit of a night life flare. I don’t drink much but still love the feeling of being here. I like the staff here, they’re lovely Thai ladies who are great at customer service. They always check on you to make sure you’re satisfied.“

“Amazing food for the price. The lunch special was 11.95 and it comes with 2 sides. I got the green curry (chicken), tofu soup and vegetable spring roll. Spring roll was your usual the but the tofu soup was great and very flavor. The green was curry was INCREDIBLE. Full of flavor with a hint of spice. The chicken was nice and soft. Very filling and absolutely worth the visit.“

“When I say this is the best Thai restaurant in the US, I mean it. I’ve been coming here since 2020 during Covid when the entire street used to do outdoor dining. Everything in this restaurant is 100/10 but their mango salad is to die for. I usually come once a year now since I moved out of state but best believe I always come back. I’ve brought so many people to this restaurant since & every single one of them falls in love with the food. My most recent visit was July 18th. I brought my little cousin & her mom. After my little cousin tasted the food she was like “I love Thai food now” she ate everything & was asking for more🤣🤣
