It’s so hard to find a good sheet cake for special occasions. The flavor and texture of the cake was so delicious. We chose a chocolate mouse filling and it exceeded our expectations. It's so light and airy, so soft and fluffy, and so freaking good. Sponge cakes are already good, but sponge cakes with cream are even better. Yeh's also serves slices of some of their light, airy, and soft sponge cakes for $1.70 (sliced flavors like the green tea and vanilla, but not the strawberry or taro). Whole rolls go for $15 each. Cakes start at 8 inches with flavors including vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, green tea, taro, and chestnut. You can even make the cakes into a heart shape!
