“We asked for a table off of the beaten path and the manager was very accommodating. Brenna was our server and she was very attentive without smothering us. The kitchen paid close attention to my food allergies and we were able to truly relax and enjoy a wonderful dining experience. I would highly recommend this if you are in the area.“

“Came here for the birthday special $50 off an entree the week of your birthday! Everything was excellent and tasty! Pictured we have: French Onion Soup, Candied Bacon, Chophouse “Chopped” Salad, can’t remember what this was called, 8 oz. Filet Mignon medium well, Mac and Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes. I would recommend trying this place if you get the chance. Service was great!“

“I have been here a number of times. I always get atleast a 2" thick piece of prime rib. I know exactly what I'm getting, warm outside, cool inside bunch of hot au jus! I took our whole company to eat and everyone was delighted and impressed! as always thank you for a great experience“

“Went to the Amherst NY location for my birthday on September 30th, our waitress Rachel was fantastic! She’s extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. The manager is also excellent. My hubby ordered a blooming onion that Rachel reordered on her own, the second one was perfect! The manager even came out and spoke to us. We weren’t and didn’t complain at all but they made sure our visit was memorable and it was. I highly recommend this location, food, service and staff was excellent! “Had a great time last Saturday night for dinner- lovely space, excellent drinks, and the food was terrific. I was happy to find somewhere that had a nice variety of options. My Beau had the king cut ribeye which was deliciously cooked and additional blue cheese was provided. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. He expected the veggie to just be steamed broccoli but it was a fresh and wonderfully cooked medley of 7 or 8 vegetables. I ordered the McRib and upgraded my fries to truffle fries. The pork was perfectly cooked, their house bbq sauce delicious and the bun was nicely toasted. Fries were perfectly cooked well seasoned. The only minor complaint was they seemed a bit understaffed when we arrived, our waitress seemed to be the only one working the dining room but was perfectly friendly. Will return!“

“On May 19th, I visited the Buffalo, NY location and wanted to recognize a few exceptional team members who truly made our experience memorable.

First and foremost, Garrett in the kitchen consistently goes above and beyond. We have visited this restaurant many times, and he always takes such great care of us. He knows exactly which cuts of meat we prefer, how we like them prepared, and ensures the gauchos bring our favorites frequently. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction never goes unnoticed.

Our server, Leanna, is hands down the best we have ever had at this restaurant. She is incredibly attentive, always making sure we have everything we need. If something is missing, she goes out of her way to get it for us quickly and with a smile.

During this visit, we also met a new gaucho, Sergio, who was a wonderful addition to the team. He is friendly, personable, and always smiling when interacting with guests—something that truly enhances the dining experience. We look forward to seeing him again on future visits.

Lastly, I would like to recognize the manager, Tim. It’s always appreciated when a manager takes the time to visit each table, check in with guests, and ensure everything is running smoothly. His presence and leadership clearly contribute to the outstanding team dynamic.
