“We love coming to this subway location because not only do our sandwiches come out perfect and neatly wrapped, the gentlemen behind the counter, I believe his name is Nick, is always very kind. He actually recognizes us when we come in now as well which is nice“

“What an amazing place! The owners and staff are lovely and super helpful. The food and smoothies are always on point and they’ve recently expanded their menu 🤤 They offer specially curated items for sale. They are all so unique, it’s hard to resist picking some thing up every time I go in there! Highly recommend 10/10“

“Me and my husband went here last night. Their food is phenomenal. Everything is hot and fresh and their service is friendly and quick. The strawberry lemonade is absolutely delicious and I would pick it over Starbucks açaí drink any day. One of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had. Cheese & bacon fries crispy and delicious. Cajun rubbed boneless wings were 👌🏼. You guys rock.“

“I have been to this location many times but today I was very disappointed with the sun bread not as fresh as usual. The lettuce was brown I asked for different lettuce. Tomatoes that were white in center not ripe ! I got 2 giants and 2 regular Mikes way and not enough juice on I feel dry. For the price of theses subs I think you should make sure sandwich person knows how to make!“

“I ordered 2 sandwiches through Uber Eats but only 1 sandwich was delivered. I was not happy at all and wasn’t receiving much satisfaction from Uber Eats customer service so I called Jersey Mikes directly. They wanted to make the situation right so they offered to delivery a sandwich to me themselves. I took them up on the offer. About 20 minutes later a nice man was standing at my door with my sandwich and a couple of goodies for the trouble. I appreciate this gesture so much. My faith has been restored in good customer service because this was that and more. Because of this experience, I will be a forever customer at this Jersey Mike location.“

“Update: The store called me back & refunded my money. Thank you Lisa!Ordered 2 sandwiches via the app & both were made wrong like the person making them didn't pay attention to the actual order, just threw them together. This could be problematic if someone is allergic to the ingredients, thankfully we aren't. I tried to call the store & got hung up on, no one would talk to me. Poor, poor customer service!“
