“This place needs renovations, but it has was you need: - decent sized restrooms (old but clean) - a Tim Hortons for your coffee needs - an Arby's for your dining needs - inexpensive massage chairs ($1 for 3 minutes, $5 for 15 minutes) to help your back from all that driving - a dining room full of tables, instead of eating in your car When you're tired, this place is great for picking you up and giving you a boost!“

“Balanced Bite is in the former Flourish location on Broadway in Lancaster and oh my goodness !!! their food is FABULOUS!!!!! All vegan. No processed oil, sugar or salt.... Their breakfast sandwiches are divine! Everyone who works there is friendly and fun and in the back is an incredible chef who went to the NYC Culinary School and rumor has it he was offered a job in a Michelin Star vegan restaurant in NYC and turned it down to come work in Lancaster! Their vegan Buffalo Wing soup is out of this world!! I always order their meal prep. Five awesome meals...big enough to share! Always delicious! Their hours are limited to Friday & Saturday. They have a great breakfast & lunch menu. Plus a deli case full of wonderful vegan things like vegan "egg" salad, "chicken" salad made from chick peas, hummus, "cheese" for nachos..they also have amazing smoothies & great coffee. Nice selection of healthy baked goods like muffins and cookies and fantastic sour dough bread! It's a tiny place with maybe 6 tables and chairs...it's charming. For healthy eating that tastes phenomenal... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!“

I don't know who raised these polite, friendly young people, but they give me hope for the current generation! Also the location is quaint and the food is delicious, with generous portions. Super friendly staff, comfortable seating if you want to sit and chat, and you can easily call to order and pick up if you're in a rush. “A must try!!! Just stopped in because we searched local cafes - best decision!! I had the jalapeño cheese bagel and my nephew had the everything bagel. Both toasted with cream cheese. They were so soft and flavorful. I also had a cup of coffee. Everything was an AMAZING price. Staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back.“

“A friend shared on FB a few weeks ago about the great food! While visiting family from MN I wanted to see the new Niagara County Produce because when I moved in 1988 it was a plastic building! Today I had the D$ and it was delicious! Fellow travelers coming to the area for a family visit, to see Niagara Falls orenjoy Six Flags at Darian Lake, stop in for a sandwich, pizza or meal to go.
