“The Tavern has been in business a long time. Used to be called The Clam Steam Tavern. Was and maybe still is, a popular country music venue. My dad was a country and western singer and played there a lot in the 50's. Maybe even in the late 40's. A nostalgic band stand and dance floor is still there and looks like it is in use. The food is standard bar food but very good. I do not eat seafood however my wife does and really likes the clams. Enjoy eating on the outside porch. Will be back this summer.“

“Did the $35 Thursday and sat in the bar. Half price drinks and app specials. For $35 had a choice of 2 salad, 3 entrees and 2 desserts. Everything was fabulous. Seabass over risotto was stunning and the pork chop was stunning. We'll be back!“

Friendly staff, too, and some entertainment on the TV. You can bring your own food. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but maybe there's some spot nearby we didn't know of that would have been better than street parking“

The design of the bar is superb and feels high end and classic with diverse textures and seating that allow you to sink in and sip,chat and munch. “This place is to die for! The food is excellent, the drinks are strong. The ambiance is “ecclectic meets English cottage” feel with plants all around refreshing the air, lots of framed picture and paintings, mirrors, and music. The front of the restaurant has window seats! The food is varied: I had a burger, one daughter had the chicken teriyaki, another had the classic Cesar salad with grilled chicken and the last of our group had the Tuscan salmon. Everything was prepared perfectly, the burger was deliciously medium-rare, the chick teriyaki was cleverly wrapped around a carrot and scallion then cooked, and it’s hard to mess up a Cesar salad (which they did NOT). This is a perfect spot for a girls dinner out, gives awesome vibes for first date, or just a pleasant place to come for a refreshing meal.“

“Love the Irish pub atmosphere. Would highly recommend Ryan's Wake for a private party. We had 50 people who were very comfortable in the space. Private room has its own bar which was great. All the staff we worked with were friendly and accommodating. We had appetizers, since party was 6-9pm. Great working with Jared, as he helped me with party planning suggestions. We brought balloons and some decorations. I was extremely happy with Ryan's Wake private room. Plenty of room to mingle! Great job Ryan's Wake!!“

It's also conveniently located near most of the airlines I fly with, which makes it an easy stop.
