“My daughter wanted a custom cookie tray for her 10th birthday party! I gave them an idea and they hit a home run! They were the prettiest most tasty cookies! highly recommend! 10/10“

“Great staff. Excellent breakfast options including meat, vegetarian and vegan options. My husband had the fried bologna breakfast sandwich (not vegetarian) i had the oatmeal and almond milk latte.Vegan coffee options. Great take away meal selection.“

“Ordered this for Christmas eve pick up for my son. He has been asking for one for 3 years. He said it was AMAZING. (Didn't eat the whole thing...although he tried.) Unbelievable for the price. I got a small bite. Great flavor, icing was great, not too sweet. Would recommend for anyone looking for a delicious treat.“

“I do recommend however not today. I had asked/ordered under the DYI for all the veggies on a sandwich, my sister ordered a sandwich with dressing on the side. We told them it was for “here”. We got the food brought to us in a bag to go. My sister asked for the dressing on the side. I did not get a veggie sandwich I got a panini with feta cheese, tomato, spinach and onion with a pesto sauce. Granted it was busy, but today the young woman did not listen to what we asked for. It was based on what they thought we asked for. Or who knows maybe the cook misinterpreted the order. Even though I brought it to their attention, she said I asked for a very veggie panini and I told her I did not ( that was her copartner telling us it’s covered under the veggie panini, I told her when she the copartner said that i was thinking i had no clue how they were going to fit all those veggies on a panini but ok). she wanted to make it right, but we already waited over 30 mins for our to go meal which should have been for there to begin with, to even be brought to us. I threw my meal out, couldn’t even eat it I was so disappointed, my sister could not finish her sandwich or chips because there was too much dressing on the sandwich when it was supposed to be on the side. Overall today was a big disappointment and waste of 26.00 plus a nice tip in the jar. Will I go there again? Sure at some point, because really they do a good job. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone this yr, last time was for breakfast which was fantastic! I considered today a donation.“

“Food was great! Our server was great and attentive. We came in for breakfast and all our toddler wanted was french fries. Our waitress told us she made no promises as the fryer was not on yet and was unsure if they would be able to do it. They turned them on and got our toddler his fries. He was so happy to have his french fries. 10/10 would recommend!“

“This was my first, and second ever time going to a Tim Hortons. Mind you, I am from Massachusetts. Anyways, the fact that I got my sandwich before I had time to give the girl my card to pay for it blew me away. Both times I went. The sandwich was amazing and the coffee was like nothing else. Both very good. I am sad that I am back home to dunkin donuts. This location was amazing and if I come back to the fingerlakes this will be my first stop.“
