“We actually never went to this location before, but had greatly enjoyed their prior second location in Port Washington. Expectaions were right on point. Food was excellent from appetizer to the main course. Maybe it's weird but I kind of respect even the small things like when a restaraunt offers to chose to serve in house brewed ice tea as opposed to something pre processed. The Brisket from todays specials list was perfect. This restaurant is 45min drive from home and well worth the trip. Thank You, we will be back.“

“Darin, the owner is a very nice lady. I discovered this place in 2021 when the local police officer said they have the best food in town, especially the best burger.

As a SAIL or I choose to come to the town dock from time to time to get some things in town that are very convenient. Nick behind the bar Megan Tiffany are all very personable and quick to serve.

I foolishly has as old man walked out the door without paying my bill on a Tuesday. I had come back and paid with cash on Wednesday and Thursday Daren the owner connected with me to make sure I knew I totally forgot. She could not have been any nicer!“

“Vietnamese food was something that took a long time to get to Nassau County. I use to only get it when on business trips. Now I come here as often as I can. Every item on the menu is excellent. Beef Pho is so good! Atmosphere is nice and clean and the service are great too. I'm going again today!“

“We celebrated our anniversary at Bijou in Melville last weekend & it was our first time dining there. I was impressed that they have the kitchen behind a glass wall so that you can see just how clean they keep it! Our waitress was excellent, gave us some great suggestions & was all around a very attentive server. We started with drinks. I had the Lychee Martini & he had a drink called The Beckoning Cat. I LOVED the Martini & he said his drink was good but not his favorite. It was a Sunday night so we each only had 1 drink. Next we had an appetizer. We got the Fried Chicken Bao Buns. I was a little disappointed that it came with 3.... since that made it hard to split between the 2 of us... but I ended up having 2 and he had 1 because he could see how much I enjoyed the first one. They are DELICIOUS - the buns were pillow soft and the chicken was cooked perfectly crunchy, and they also had pickled onion & carrot on them. Next I had the the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice & the Blue Fin Toro roll. The crispy rice has Spicy Tuna, avocado, jalapeno, tobiko, wasabi cream & sweet soy (recommended by our server) which was delicious & just enough to fill me up along with the sushi roll. The Blue Fin Toro Roll has mango, cucumber, tobiko, wasabi mayo, chutoro, scallion, yuzu miso & tempura crunch - MIND BLOWINGLY DELICIOUS!! This was the BEST Sushi Roll I have ever eaten in my entire life!! He had the Marinated Wagyu Skirt Steak, which comes with shisho chimichurri & soy demi glace, and a side of Loaded Roast Potatoes. I forgot to take a picture... whoops! I tasted both & they were also delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly and we both enjoyed the marinade quite a bit. The potatoes were also very good, though nothing to go crazy for. Finally, our waitress asked if we wanted to order desert but we were both too full, so we decided to pass even though there were a few I did want to try. Then she came out with a fresh berry tart with a sparkler as an anniversary surprise!! Well, I had just enough room for that & it was also delicious!! All in all, a great experience and we will be returning in the future, for sure!!“

“Salted is our go to in the village, we live up the street & are frequent customers.. Service this time was slow, could definitely tell they were understaffed. It took several requests to get water & even when we did get it, they only brought us 1 which wasn't even even enough to fill all our glasses! We ordered a Cos Amigos regular margarita & it came w/ salt & pepper on it?! I really don't like pepper but it was too difficult to get anyone to change it so we wiped it off. We also had a glass of wine & the pour was super small... I was there the previous Thurs for lunch & all our glasses had a generous pour, which is the usual case so was surprised by this. “I just had my wedding at the Heritage Club, and the day went perfectly. I met with Mindy when touring the venue, and she was very helpful in explaining all the details, and she remained hands-on throughout the whole process. Everything was set up beautifully, and the events progressed seamlessly. Guests told me that this wedding was the most "on time" and organized wedding they have ever attended. The maitre-d helped make sure everything was going according to plan, and he even made sure we were looking at the right cameras during various events. Janet, the bridal attendant, was also incredibly helpful beyond words. When my husband's button popped off his tuxedo jacket, she sewed it back on within seconds. When lipstick got on my teeth, she appears with a q-tip and some floss. She was always around to help carry my train or give me a glass of water (with a straw!).There was a moment when I was walking with my full train, but by the time I reached the end of a hall, Janet had magically bustled the dress without me even noticing. From a guest-experience perspective, the Heritage Club also went above and beyond. Everyone raved about how full they were from cocktail hour, but then were still amazed by the quality of the seated dinner and passed desserts. The venue itself is also beautiful, with each space having its distinct characteristics. The ballroom in the daylight is breathtaking and airy.“
