“Pictured is the Da Vinci, a delicious pizza that is also vegetarian friendly for those who need vegetarian options. Food is delicious and all staff, front and back of house, are friendly and professional. Nice view of the town and calm atmosphere. Most of the wait staff hired are in high school or college, making this a good place to go to if you’re looking to support neighborhood kids. The owner is a kind, respected member of the local town who goes above and beyond to give back to the community. 10/10 highly recommend.“

“Prices are different online than in the store, no one informs you. online it was $6 for a kids burger was charged $10. I paid more than I would at an actual sitdown restaurant. Staff needs to learn how to work with customers although its nit intended they come off as incredibly rude. Wont be coming back again.“

“I cannot say enough about the Library Cafe, the staff and the food! We had a 50th Birthday Party in the upstairs private room overlooking the bar. The food was delicious and there was PLENTY of it! The bar/wait staff was both attentive and quick getting to all of us! The party was perfect right down to the music which they let us pick! Definitely having more events at the Library!“

“I’d like to say and point out a server/bartender that works here at this Applebee’s in Brentwood. Each and every time I come here this employee consistently gives me and other customers I’ve seen dine here some of the best service and attitude imaginable. I don’t know what his secret is, but I love coming through those doors and seeing that his big built body is on the clock. Every other server/bartender I’ve had has been great, but then here comes Diego taking it to another level.

Especially the positive attitude that I see him giving his coworkers as well. Lord forgive me, but I would love to be working with this man because it’s one thing to be kind and respectful to your customers, but another to be that same way with your coworkers. Especially with the two hostesses that I usually see when I come in on the weekends, the curly-haired boy with the glasses and the nice girl with the curly hair. They’re always so welcoming, and Diego fits right in with them.

Nothing but professional, nothing but friendly that man is. I hope he gets recognized for the way he treats his customers and the people working around him. Shout out to everybody else in this Applebee’s for their immaculate service, INCLUDING DIEGO, because that man deserves his flowers too.“

“People it's me again and this time I'm in the Applebee's Restaurant and Bar in Hicksville NY (South Broadway Rd next to the Lowe's and I have to say that everything that I've eaten here and the beers is best the food is amazing all the meats are moist and have flavors like nothing you would expect the people here are great and I'm telling you all to come here and believe me you will never stop bring your family and friends and everyone will enjoy it they have TV's all over and you know now the world cup football (soccer) is on well you can watch it without having to distress yourself because there's so many screens you can watch it on and every other sporting events... “The new Riley’s East was FANTASTIC! Make sure you visit here and enjoy this amazing establishment! Warm and welcoming with an incredible, creative menu designed to please every palate and the most delicious, generous meals! We enjoyed the lobster bisque (loaded with huge chunks of lobster), grilled Asian style cauliflower with a savory dipping sauce (omg delicious), mozzarella and tomato panini with the largest, most delicious fresh mozzarella slices and tasty balsamic/ greenery, and the fish and chips and fries which were so tasty and generous we will enjoy them for days. This is a very special place and we highly recommend it!“

I was worried that I would not find something to eat because I am trying to watch what I'm eating, but I had a amazing salad with salmon that I can't even explain how good it was -- - totally more than I expected! It was delicious and something I am going to go back for as a staple! The service was great and the manager stopped over to say hi and see how everything was going. Totally appreciate that. If you haven't been to Applebee's in a bit, check out the Farmingdale location and get the salmon salad!“

“I was invited here for a dinner by our Boss who is also an Honourable member of this club. This is place is truly beautiful. Nice water-view! Inside of the place is even more beautiful! Nicely decorated and very Private place! The food was delicious! I’ve tried their fried Calamari and crab cake. One of the best appetizers I’ve ever had! I go here for birthdays celebrations to brunches as often as I can. Try their Malbec and flourless chocolate cake which is naturally gluten-free—in fact, their brunches have almost all gluten-free options. The coffee is smooth and just wonderful. The outdoor dining experience is as if you are at a party in Europe. They already see me often for 10 years—I love food and this gets my repeat business. Try it at least! See if it becomes a favorite of yours!“

“Have been coming here for past 20+ years. Same ladies serving for quite awhile. Hit or miss service, sometimes they are too chatty and ignore tables. Food is good if you are ordering basic diner fare; omelettes or sandwiches. The owner, a kind, older gentleman, always tries his best to make us feel valued. Heavy set mid 40's cashier is rude to customers and servers.
We will return here, out of loyalty to our neighborhood diner.“

Gyro had plenty of meat (lamb) w/lettuce, tomatoes & onions. All very fresh. Husband had Falafel which he said was absolutely delicious. We had a great lunch. “I’m a breakfast snob and I can say without question that Torkel’s Galley is first rate! The breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, the eggs, potatoes and bacon will be a memorable meal for a long time. The decor brought back fond memories of the old days of Halesite I only wish I lived closer to Halesite to frequent the Galley more often. I should note that I knew Torkel Knutson and his siblings back when I grew up on Huntington Harbor in the 50s and 60s. It was great to see him doing so well.“

“The food was soooo delicious. My husband I were cwlebrating our 6th Anniversary and had a WeekDay Luncheon Date. Totally Superb down to the very last drop. We ate every buttery morsel. We each had the Grilled Salmon, Lobster and Shrimp Trio with Mashed potatoes loaded with Lobster Sauce on top and a side of their broccolli which was insanely delicious!!! We will most definitly coming back. Staff was very attentive and friendly and very accomodating. Thank You for such a wonderful experience!“

“Had a wonderful experience at Halston's! The food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak with creamy mashed potatoes, and the meal ended on a high note with a rich, delicious cheesecake.

The highlight of the evening was my waitress... she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. That's really all you can ask for in a great restaurant: excellent food and people who genuinely take care of you.
