They have a whole sperate person that marks down the size, prints a ticket, then moves you down the line. So be prepared to answer that first before you're moved towards the employees that handle the Gelato flavors.

“We always saw a long line at this ice cream shop, so curiosity won and we joined the crowd. I ordered a tiny scoop of Caffe Bianco Stracciatella. It was light, smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet, portioned in a perfectly European size. Completely calorie-guilt-free!!
