“Last night was my first time here. The place has been open almost a year now and I just never stepped inside. I decided to try them because I’ve simply had it with all the other pizzerias in the area. I bought a large Pepperoni which came out to about $28 if I remember correctly. HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA I’VE HAD IN COLLEGE POINT. NO flop whatsoever. Ordered it well done and I feel like I didn’t even have to because the undercarriage was beautifully crisped. I had a great conversation with the owners. They use higher quality ingredients, it’s family owned, a few more dollars than your average pie but I definitely recommend anyone in College Point that’s never tried it or visiting to try it. This pizza is by no means average and worth every dollar you spend on it.“

“Finally got around to trying it after having it on my list for a couple of years. I hadn’t had the chance to make it out to Brooklyn before, but I’m so glad I finally did. The pizza was everything I imagined and more. We were the first ones to order, and it ended up being one of my favorite pizzas I’ve had to date. But now for the last few months, he’s gone, and the pizza was NOT GOOD the last 3 times I went over the last couple months. Only at night I have eaten here. So i couldn’t tell you about the daytime.

In restaurant business, things need to be consistent, too bad no restaurants are really like this. Because people change up all the time. One little thing can change A LOT in food prep/cooking. I know. I’ve been in restaurant business for 10+ years… hope you guys can fix whatever was wrong with the pizza. I miss it lol“

Their white honey & cheese is good but only because of the white sauce. Wasn’t a huge fan of the crust but it’s good when the pizza is fresh from the oven. Crust is paper thin. “The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

“Got the VCR 16 pie. The Cesar salad with chicken cutlet and parm garlic bread sticks. Pizza was definitely above average a smash between old world and modern style. Thin crust but not to thin. Bread sticks were classic the side garlic butter sauce is a nice complement.

The Cesar salad is as advertised incredible. 100% recommend. Dressing and cheese is perfect.
On 4 stars for service because they didnt have to go utensils at all, even when asked.

“Mario's Metro Pizza is hands down the best pizzaria in New Rochelle; and I have tried them all as a New Ro long time resident. I am a pizza aficionado and their pizza has only the top ingredient. Their cheese and sauce is amazing.

“The BEST Sicilian square sourdough pizza on the planet 🌎 their sauce is organic and phenomenal, the cheese is wonderful, olives and if you feel like it Add some sausage, and the yummiest pecorino Romano shreds just topped it off. The crispiest crust and So incredibly digestible, because it’s sourdough. Sourdough is fermented and your gut loves fermented food… Love their little gem lettuce salad with their homemade dressing. Very simple here I think we ordered 3 square pies and of course brought some home The Sicilian squares heats up beautifully Just love OPS on Himrod Bushwick Brooklyn!!!!
