“The Tavern has been in business a long time. Used to be called The Clam Steam Tavern. Was and maybe still is, a popular country music venue. My dad was a country and western singer and played there a lot in the 50's. Maybe even in the late 40's. A nostalgic band stand and dance floor is still there and looks like it is in use. The food is standard bar food but very good. I do not eat seafood however my wife does and really likes the clams. Enjoy eating on the outside porch. Will be back this summer.“

With only two bartenders, they quickly and efficiently made drinks, never making the wait time longer than 5 minutes which was impressive given how packed it was! Unbeatable cocktails made by real mixologist's and a rad atmosphere! They have events and live music scheduled regularly and more people need to check this place out. I'm pretty sure the pizza is smuggled in through a prohibition era brick tunnel that connects DeFazio's to Albany Distilling. Go get some tasty pizza a few cocktails and support a unique local business.

“Went for the Galentine's brunch. By the time we got there (11:30, event started at 10) they were already out of the bracelets that they advertized? I wouldn't have gone if it was just brunch...food was mediocre, had no seasoning. You also couldn't get like eggs on the side or anything. I probably won't be back and that's unfortunate because it's so cute.“

This place has some of the best cocktails I’ve had, easily rivaling overpriced drinks in Manhattan - shout out to Tom!
If you have no idea what you want to drink, no worries, talk to the bartenders, they’ll help you, might even whip up something creative on the spot.
Monday nights belong to Brian the bacon guru, baby I eat pork again when I roll up here on a Monday (I pay for it later too, well worth it, lol).
The patrons are some of the most diverse and amazingly chill group of folks I’ve encountered since moving from the multicultural NYC life - Bx to be exact - to the parts up yonder.
The owner, Joe, is one of the kindest humans, and honey like attracts like, because his team definitely match his energy, they are hands down, some of my favorite people up here! Special shout out to Victoria & Corrine ❤️!

“We stopped in to our first time tonight at a little before 6pm. Promptly seated, great menu, cool atmosphere. Natasha A was our server, and was exceptional. Sweet, bubbly personality, great recommendations, and attentive without hovering. Food was awesome. Shrimp ceviche, Birria fries, and burritos were all delicious. Large portions. It's also conveniently located near most of the airlines I fly with, which makes it an easy stop. “Out of town working, read the reviews, previous review guy walks out because Fox News was on. I was all in. I wish there was more of him around. makes my visit that much more enjoyable . if you are looking for food this is the wrong place. If you’re looking to drink and hang out and have a good time, this is it. Darts pool, Jamison and Guinness and other beers but no Bud Light. “12/10 dive bar experience (solid pours on the drinks, disgustingly good mozz sticks, and a pool table with a good crowd) EXCEPT for Juan Picasso...This absolutely sorry excuse of a human being, after being asked to jimmy open the locked women's bathroom by myself and another woman when a younger woman had been in there for over half an hour with no response, became clearly embarrassed to find her sitting on the toilet with her pants down. He then decided to try and hide his blatant embarrassment behind unwarranted anger and project those feelings onto me, saying sarcastically "Thanks for making me open the door..." before walking away?!Listen, you douche canoe, I'm sure by now you realized that the woman in there actually needed a little assistance - I only wish someone had made YOU clean up the vomit on the floor. Pick on someone your own size next time, eh? Your attempt to hide your personal insecurities and your inability to handle your "big feelings" behind a facade of machismo is laughable at best and incredibly sad at worst. “We had our book club here and it was fantastic. The upstairs room is so beautiful and stylish. The food was DELICIOUS and very unique. Highly recommend the biscuit flight and whipped ricotta. Cocktails were fresh takes on old classics. Staff was very gracious. I can’t wait to come back for dinner!“

“Ordered from Uber eats. Actually read what they are trying to do and I loved it. Cheap meals that are extremely tasty. I just got the chicken curry and it's seasoned very well. The spice was great for me but for some it could easily be to much. If you ever have to turn it down for a broader reach please keep an option for the original.“
