“Great customer service. The people who work there are knowledgeable and they have the best stock of bikes around. At 5’1” no one ever has bikes in my size. Not only did Piermont have a bike, they had 4 for me to test. Sunny also told me the size I originally thought I needed was too big and his recommendation for the smaller frame was spot on. I ended up with a 44 cm Cannondale Evo and couldn’t be happier.“

“I'll be honest - I had pretty low expectations given my picky NYC taste buds but this place DELIVERS. The food is rich in flavor, plated like Gordon Ramsay is waiting with a camera crew, and very family friendly. I have a 4 year old and 2.5 year old, and it was so easy with them. There's a huge lawn for them to expend energy and it's in a very quiet little enclosure so it's very safe. The staff are very nice - like they could easily be kindergarten teachers. “Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

“Southern baker here. Take it from someone who knows biscuits, and get a scallion cheddar biscuit, perfect bake, flaky not crumbly. Honestly one of the best biscuits I’ve ever eaten!
Classic chocolate cupcake is great, buttercream needs a pinch salt in my opinion.
Carrot cake cupcake was a hit for the hubby with a perfect cream cheese icing.

Rest assure, that is not the case. The food and service here was great. The two hotdogs with chili, cheese and cooked onions that I purchased were very tasty. The chili had just the right consistency and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The bread wasn’t stale and the dogs didn’t taste like they’ve been sitting in boiled water for a week. The food was fresh. The lady running the hot dog truck was extremely welcoming, quick and courteous. For anyone looking for a quick bite and tasty hot dogs at a very affordable price compared to other food trucks I’ve stopped at, this spot is a winner. My Dad was Exalted Ruler at the old White Plains Lodge as well as a Trustee and I am a Life Memeber. When I was in the VA hospital, we always looked forward to the parties they put on. Coffee is great, but I wouldn’t recommend the matcha, it was overly sweet and not very strong. Nice ambiance especially when the fireplace is going. Good space to work or hang out with friends, but be aware that on the weekends it can get pretty packed with the cyclist crowd - though they’re very friendly, they take up a lot of seating!“
