“Paul's Pizza &Pasta is a very busy neighborhood restaurant. It has many varieties of Pizza and Pasta. They also have sandwiches, soup and salads. The portions are large and worth sharing. They have several lunch specials at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit.“

“This is what going out to dinner should feel like! The owners are absolutely amazing, the food is so delicious that you don’t want it to end! The ingredients are fresh and top notch, everything was seasoned perfectly and didn’t overpower the taste of the delicious ingredients.
The owner is so talented and you taste it in every bite. We were a party of six and were celebrating my birthday, every one of us were blown away at the quality of our meals. They went above and beyond to make it special. The service was top notch and we have found our new favorite restaurant. What an absolute gift to have this fabulous restaurant in the Hudson valley. Looking forward to the next visit, and certainly feeling so grateful for such a special place. Thank you for my gift and making it such a special evening, the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. All of the pasta is homemade and superb! Everyone enjoyed everything immensely! Thank you again!“

“We played at Anthony's last night for a private event. If you are looking for a very clean, friendly, great food, and an absolutely beautiful place to have your event, we highly recommend it. Anthony is a great guy, and the staff was amazing too! It's very spacious. Even the restrooms were very big compared to most places. Not to mention there were 3 types of soap in the bathroom. We hope to play there again!“

“One of the very best small town Italian meals I've ever had. Terrific food, ranging from Italian classics to exciting specials I haven't seen before. (The roasted peach focaccia was out of this world.) The service was excellent (thank you, Donna!), as well, and the value/portions are impossible to beat. 10/10 would recommend!“

“This is THE BEST pizza!!! I won't go anywhere else, even if they were closer than Vesuvio. Not only is the pizza (regular & sicilian) great, the owner is so nice! Definitely a 5 star rating! ***I forgot to mention the prices are great too!!!“

“I went to Pomodoros for lunch with some family members, and overall it was a really good experience. Everything we tried—from the salads to the entrées—was well prepared and flavorful. The sausage rolls and the burger especially stood out, and everyone at the table seemed to genuinely enjoy their meals.
It is a little on the pricey side, but honestly that’s pretty typical for dining out these days. Considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, it felt worth it. I’d definitely come back again.“

“My husband and I stopped in while on vacation in the area, just looking for a quick bite. We were pleasantly surprised! It's an unassuming little place, and the woman behind the counter was so kind. We got our food to go and went across the street by the water to eat. Let me tell y'all...It's been two months and I have been craving that chicken Caesar wrap every day since. It's too bad we live 1,000 miles away. If we're ever back in Hudson, I know exactly where our first stop will be!“
