“Went there yesterday with four. Hands down to the chef. The clams were awesome. Excellent broth with sausage and jalapeño. Forget about the chicken eggplant and pot roast. A must go. I would eat there every night.“

“Saw a sign for taco's and wanted to grab a quick bite to go for me and two friends. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. I was greeted by a very nice man who explained the menu and made great recommendations. I asked approximately how long it would take as I had my dog in the car. He replied about 10 minutes, so why don't you bring the dog to the patio and I will bring her a bowl of water. I food was prepared exactly as I ordered it and they didn't chinz on the ingredients. I'll be back.“

“Had lunch today as first time visitors with my family of 5 (3 young kids). We had the best experience! Our waitress was so friendly and attentive! She might be our favorite waitress ever. She gave the kids activities and toys to keep them busy. The food was great and the dessert with candle for my daughter’s 5th birthday put our experience over the top. Brownie sundae was fantastic! We can’t wait to go back. So happy we found this spot.“

“May 30, 2024. I had a delicious prime rib dinner at lunch. It is so hard these days to. find one that is tender and juicy but this fit the bill. Friendly staff and friendly patrons.“

“One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. We ordered an assortment of appetizers and everyone hit. Unique, artistic, and delicious. All of the serving staff were attentive and our main waitress made excellent recommendations, including the wine pairing for our entrees. Speaking of the entree, perfectly cooked and seasoned filet. Melted in our mouths like butter with a phenomenal side of puréed potatos. Dessert was a revelation. I personal haven’t been a big fan of rhubarb pie, but their strawberry rhubarb pie with pistachio ice cream made me a believer. Also split their incredible warm chocolate cake with Carmel sauce. If you are in the area and you are looking for a special meal, this is the place. Hats off to the chefs!“

Just stunned in the best way at the effort, details, and accommodation. It was more beautiful than we could have imagined. All of the food was delicious. We keep hearing how everyone especially loved the shrimp tempura passed app! We highly recommend going for event menu extras like oysters, clams, and other apps. The lawn space and outdoor bar area were beautiful and we were lucky to have amazing October weather on top of it. We recommend Cowfish for any event with their wonderful catering team, great food, and atmosphere!“

“went with 2 other people, and one of the burgers was undercooked (she asked for no pink and there was a lot of pink). the cheese part of the mac and cheese was pasty, like it was a bechamel sauce with extra flour on instead of a mornay sauce, aka they did the flour butter and milk but added no actual cheese to it. the fries were tasty and the burgers were well seasoned. i wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.“

“Hellenic in East Marion was incredible! This was my first Greek meal in 5 years since before my diagnosis. I haven't been able to eat safe from cross contamination gluten free Greek food and today I was sooo happy! Hellenic makes their own gluten free pita bread. It was so good that I bought some frozen gluten free pita to go. We went to the farms today so we just kept driving but it will be a great place to go before or after taking the ferry to Connecticut in the future as it’s on the way. I wish it was closer to central/western Suffolk. I can’t wait to go back.“

“In late June, we arrived for a late evening dinner. Other customers were finishing as we were seated. Our waitress who had an out sized personality, Sandra, greeted us warmly. It was our worry that the kitchen might be shutting down but we were assured that we could be accompanied even at the late hour. this concern was made even more complicated by my dietary restrictions that the chef met wonderfully . We enjoyed an excellent dinner, joined by our server, Sandra, who regaled us with tales of her family and the area. Sandra was a very experienced server. My wife, Denise, who was at the time undergoing chemotherapy, appreciated her warmth and sensitivity. All in all it was an excellent experience and we look forward to our next visit to Mattituck when we will certainly visit your wonderful restaurant again. Denise and John“

“I want to rate this 3 stars out of 5. The food is amazing but customer service not that great. My family was in from out of state and wanted to get take out and I instantly thought about this place. my fiance got the food and came home and my order was missing the cheese on the burger. So, I unfortunately couldn't eat with my family and neither did my fiance because he had to eat his food while driving 20 minutes back to get my food fixed at the restaurant and then 20 minutes back. However, I would still recommend you guys to other people. I would just suggest checking your order before leaving“

“We visited the Pearl for an early dinner last Sunday. We had an unbelievably terrific meal! It was a great menu too. The appetizers were amazing! Everything at the Pearl is made from scratch & the presentation of each dish was beautiful! My favorite appetizers were the Burratta and the Shrimp Saam. I had the meatballs which had to be the best I’ve ever had. My Grandson had the ribs which fell off the bone & melted in your mouth. Everyone was very pleased with their choice. The staff were so nice & the chef Jessica amazing! She took the time to come out & talk to us and make sure we were satisfied. It is obvious that she loves what she does & takes great pride in her meals. The Pearl is our new go to restaurant in Greenport. We can’t wait to go back!!“

“I had my engagement party here, it was about 100 people and it was absolutely amazing. I don’t think it could have been better. I had tables set up under the canopy that was taped off for only my guests and a blocked off a section at the bar because I had an open bar for everyone. The people that set up and served food and drinks were outstanding. The food was delicious. The live band was awesome. The view was beautiful. Anyone that’s ever been to this beach knows how awesome it is. I’ve been here a couple of times and have always had a great time and that’s why I wanted to have my engagement party here. Thank you Meschutt Beach you’ve made a very memorable day for my fiancé and I. plus all the family and friends that have never been there before who said they will come back to this beach because of what an absolutely awesome time we all had dancing, drinking, eating and watching the sunset at that beautiful beach. “We were in Greenport for Mother’s Day, and stumbled in here. The smell from outside was amazing. We ordered the half Brisket, Ribs and sausage with large fries, I was worried the food would be drenched in BBQ sauce, this was not the case. We were grateful the food was seasoned and sauced perfectly. The fries for us were crispy, some would say over done but perfect for us. We liked the atmosphere, service initially was a little slow but it was Mom’s Day. Oh two last things, if you order the sausage it is very hot, good but spicy hot so be prepared. Portions were decent, two of us ate from what we ordered and had a box to come home with.“
