“Still thinking about my perfectly seasoned and cooked (so tender) bone in pork chop. Everyone loved their dishes. My beet salad appetizer was delicious , oysters fresh and a lovely glass of delicious Sicilian wine. Good value, great dining experience.“
“A friend was going on and on about this place, swearing by their Porterhouse steak. Stepping inside felt like stumbling upon a cozy dive-bar-meets-elegant-dining gem, with a charmingly "homey feel" that immediately puts you at ease. You could tell it is a spot that mostly only locals frequent. They gave us the nod to choose our own seat and we instantly felt at home. The waitress who greeted us was as friendly as she was eager to take our drink orders. I opted for the marinated steak over salad, while my husband ordered the marinated porterhouse. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, expertly cooked to perfection. Overall, it's exactly what they said it would be: cozy, with loads of character, and the servers are pretty friendly too. It's a dining experience you won't find anywhere else on the North Fork, a real adventure for your taste buds. Next time you're feeling like a carnivore, make sure you visit the elbow room in Jamesport. I hear they have another location, but I was told this is the best one. The verdict? The Elbow Room charmed its way into our hearts.“
“What a lovely experience at Flora! The service was impeccable. The waitstaff and kitchen went above and beyond to cater to my daughter who wanted a hot dog and the food was absolutely delicious. And also, the flower pot dessert must not be missed! We will be back!“
“Great location on the water. The service was impeccable, the waitress took order for 6 people without taking notes and nailed every meal and drink. Amazing. The clam chowder was delicious although the NY steak was a little tougher than I expected, but the side of truffle fries almost made up for it.Would return and recommend as all the dishes looked great.“
“Was looking for a place to eat after going out east, we are beyond happy we picked Pulasksi Bar & Grill. This place is impeccable, it’s definitely not outdated as one reviewer states. The atmosphere is wonderful, food was delicious and came out exactly as we ordered. The bartender and owner were so friendly, literally felt like I knew them for years. I was truly amazed at how wonderful this place is. We are making plans to take the rest of our family there for another enjoyable visit. Thank you Pulaski Bar & Grill for a wonderful lunch.“
“Very friendly and helpful when ordering. Amazing food, good size portions and good selection. Fair prices and a clean and fun atmosphere. Good choice of vegetarian and gluten free options. A must try restaurant when on the East End.Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian and gluten free options.“
“Food was great. We had the Prime Steak and it was spot-on. Waitress was so nice and knowledgeable. Very personable and caring. This restaurant is the epitome of what to expect at a 5+ Star Restaurant. Cant wait to be back in the Hamptons so we can go and eat here again. Thank you for this awesome experience.“
“My favorite Restaurant in the North Fork. Simple menu but you either need to come back 20 times and order something different each time or if you’re just visiting order the entire menu. You won’t be disappointed by a single item. Quick and consistent service. I’m shocked the food network hasn’t showed up here yet.“
“My first visit to Jerry and the Mermaid was nothing short of magical. Nestled along the seaside, this charming restaurant boasts not only impeccable food but also a breathtaking setting that instantly transports you to a coastal paradise. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like longtime regulars, despite it being our first time there. Jerry himself checked in on us multiple times, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfection.Despite the bustling Friday crowd during Easter weekend, Jerry’s accommodating nature and honesty about the wait time made our decision to stay worth it. And oh, was it worth it! As we strolled along the docks, soaking in the ocean breeze, anticipation built for what turned out to be a phenomenal experience. The food, oh the food! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with the utmost care. From the freshest seafood to delectable appetizers, every bite was a delight to the senses. But it wasn’t just the food that left a lasting impression. The atmosphere of the restaurant, with its cozy yet vibrant ambiance, added an extra layer of charm to the entire experience. Surrounded by the sound of waves and the sight of boats swaying gently in the harbor, we found ourselves lost in the moment, savoring each bite and each precious moment spent at Jerry and the Mermaid. In a world where exceptional dining experiences are rare gems, Jerry and the Mermaid shines brightly as a beacon of excellence. Whether you’re a local or a visitor passing through, do yourself a favor and make a reservation at this seaside paradise. You won’t regret it!“
“Went for lunch while in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I did a quick search for gluten free and found this place. My mother has Celiac and was over the moon that she could have anything on the menu! My shakshuka was good, she loved her chicken sandwich. But the star of lunch was the fried calamari. The place is cute and intimate, good music playing. We'll be back next time we're near.“
“Wife and I had dinner there the other night food is delicious. Highly recommend it we had burn brisket, sweet taters, and some kind of other Parmesan crusted potatoes. Definitely go back there.{ REAL FOOD }Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian tater saladGluten-free items also I can’t remember what though“
“Found this local gem on Google. Just what we were looking for on a cool fall afternoon. A plain small diner style place with good food, nice people, and fair prices! I had a mushroom and Swiss burger with well done fries. Cooked a perfect medium as requested. My friend ordered the Western style omelette with cheddar and home fries. I’ll put it this way, not a crumb was left on our plates! Good coffee. It was Halloween and the costumed waitress was applying temporary tattoos. Very fun. This is not a fancy place and it’s small, but you get that small town charm and good food. Nothing to complain about here.“
“Love lane kitchen is a staple of Mattituck like Love Lane itself. Great food, cocktails, atmosphere, and service. Prices are fair. Unfortunately, this place like the rest of Love Lane becomes horribly overcrowded with tourists over the summer or weekends in pumpkin season. As a small restaurant, it gets CHAOTIC and completely ruins the experience if you try to sit down for a meal during these times. Rule of thumb - don't go in the summer or on weekends!“
“Came here the first time I visited Rivehead and now I make sure I leave time to visit each time I come back! I l always order sandwiches because they have not yet disappointed! I've brought my whole family as well as friends here and every single person has LOVED it. The place is family owned and it looks probably a lot like it did when it first opened. So cute and old fashioned. Also, I love their egg creams and their chocolate shakes! Definitely worth ordering. Everything is reasonably priced and just perfectly made. It's just nice to have some simple foods perfectly made! Highly recommend to anyone in town for the day. (Hours are unpredictable so just give them a call before heading over, but honestly it's part of the charm, it's a family place!)“
“Visited On the Docks for dinner during a quick getaway to Aquebogue and was really impressed with the food and service. I wish I could remember our server’s name, but he was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, without being annoying. The food was great too. We had the oysters (which were very fresh) and duck wings to start and then split a fried seafood platter and everything was delicious and well prepared.“
“What an adorable spot! The servers were very kind to allow us outside seating and turned the lights on for us. Our server was super helpful and cheery and enjoyed the night with us. The seafood penne a la vodka had plenty of lobster in it and they were kind enough to oblige our request for a different sauce for the steak. The merengue key lime was also delish! I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews, such a nice gem in Hampton Bays!“
“The Ribs were amazing! They’re consistent with each rib serving and they age them to its precise time when the tenderness is supreme and the taste has fully seeped into the bone. Therefore creating a chemical reaction that repels the meat from the bone, hence what we all love and know… the meat falling right off. Service is great. 10/10 experience!“
“I have been going to Riverhead Friendlys for 25 years from Albert the manager and his successor Ritchie and of course seeing Oscar grow from all positions to the manager now was an awesome privilege. With that said, the crew at Riverhead Friendlys never disappoint. Me and my family will keep coming back for the next 25…..Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome at this Friendlys location…..“
“Clean, crisp, and inviting space with locally sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. Seared sea scallops were some of the best I’ve ever had. When we enjoyed our first meal there all the tables and bar was full and you wouldn’t have known it as the team seamlessly delivering a fantastic experience.“
“Truly a hidden gem. Being a native North-forker, this is a great addition to local cuisine. The food, the setting and service are outstanding and worth every penny. Having eaten here several times, every meal (the beef bourgeoned, duck and penne ala vodka) has been outstanding. One note of criticism that hopefully ownership will hear, the menu says "crispy half duck", which one would assume means a "half duck" that includes breast, thigh and leg all in one piece. What I got was two leg quarters, or the back half of the duck leaving me to think the chef was saving the breast meat for something else. While it was delicious, I felt gipped, and if the server had told me "no breast meat" I would have ordered something else. So maybe something to think about for the future........“
“Food is good and staff is nice, staff is young don't expect great service in the sense that they know the menu in depth. Friendly and kinda however, and also have a fun trivia night most Wednesdays. Don't buy their ramen though, ramen is my all time favorite food, I get it whenever I can. I live 5 minutes away from this place and never get their ramen cuz it's not very good. Great place for a burger and beer and to just hang out“
“The Patio is a true gem! It combines fine dining cuisine with the warmth and comfort of a local neighborhood spot.Every dish is thoughtfully crafted, flavorful, and made with fresh well-sourced ingredients, and the staff is always professional and friendly. The chef and manager Pietro Bottero is dedicated and passionate and it shows throughout the excellent dining experience. We started with perfect raw clams and oysters paired with ice-cold martinis. A standout was the tuna sashimi with a yakitori sauce, perhaps the best I’ve ever had. We split the fresh mushroom ravioli which has an amazing rich cream sauce-truly wowed by this one! The braised short ribs were the grand finale, moist and tender. I wish I took photos, but was too busy enjoying my experience at The Patio!“
“We had the pleasure of dining at Stone Creek Inn and it was truly exceptional. The culinary offerings were unparalleled, accompanied by an inviting and intimate atmosphere! The staff displayed remarkable professionalism and hospitality, ensuring a high end dining experience that will leave a lasting impression!“

“Nice little sandwich shop in Mattituck. We hit this place before going to a couple wineries nearby. The woman behind the counter was quite nice and told us about her few favorite sandwiches. We ordered fries, the game day, and Charlie's brother in law. Everything was tasty and fresh. The game day was delicious but could have used more sauce and honestly a little less chicken. Charlie's brother in law was perfect. Nice and lite. Fries had great seasoning/batter but unfortunately stuck together a bit. Will return!“
“I visited Diggers many times through the years. I always enjoyed the food and ale. What I don't like is the parking in the back. Seems the foreign folk circle around and park their cars when customers leave. It happen to me this visit. Parking was full but Diggers was empty... You decide.“
“Classic no-frills diner with a great breakfast. I love their home fries which are soft and crispy at the same time. Great eggs over easy and they do a nice poached egg as well. I haven't been for dinner, but it's a staple in the breakfast rotation. Can be chilly when the doors open, so dress warmly in case seated by the door in the winter“
“Ate at Joe's last night. Took advantage of prix fix dinner for quogue theater goers. The salmon was perfectly served, generous portion; the broccoli fresh and not overcooked. And all professional wait staff, including the runners and bussers. How refreshing; a trained and experienced staff.Vegetarian options: Dinner was served with two sides. Many to choose from.“

“One of my favorite eateries in the Hamptons, and definitely the best Greek food around! A friend works at Westhampton Library and she and her coworkers would rave about this place, so I gave it a try and my expectations were exceeded! The hummus is so creamy and not too heavy on the tahini, a personal trait I really appreciate. The tzatziki sauce was some of the best I've ever had out too; it had a great garlic to creaminess ratio that's hard to find. I had a falafel gyro that was absolutely wonderful, it's my favorite thing to get there ever since. Everything was fresh and came with plenty of sides. My father had a lamb gyro, my sister had a beef gyro, and we all shared a classic Greek salad. There were plenty of leftovers and we loved the fresh ingredients in everything. The menu is expensive and reasonable, we can't wait to go back to try more!“
“5 star food 3 star service It's nothing to impress by looks, but the food is superb. Just outstanding! The seating is very tight if you dine in the upper dining area. We will definitely be back, but I would request the lower area. It's spaced much better. The evening we went, it was packed house and our server could not keep up. She was nice, but it was difficult to get her when we needed something. Our appetizer plates weren't cleared before our meals came and we were 4 people at a small table. My chair of if I moved at all, backed up into party next to us. But again..the food is unbelievable! That will bring me back for sure.“
“This is actually called Tiki Joe's, it stopped being the Beach Hutt a few years back. Google, if you are reading this, please update your map. It's a great addition to a beautiful beach. Tiki Joe's has a restaurant, ice cream stand, beach shop, bar and live bands at night. There is plenty of seating and parking but you need to pay to park if you come before 5 pm during the summer. The only down side are the bathrooms. Only 2 stalls and one sink for the women, which is challenging for a place with a bar! Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.“
“Had been wanting to try this place out for a while. Decided to go for my birthday dinner. The restaurant is really cozy and the staff welcoming. My cocktails were delicious. And the appetizers yummy. When it came to our main course, my chicken breast was dry and my husbands duck was way over cooked. Although. the flavors were there. We shared dessert and it was great. We will definitely give this place another shot.“
“I have chased authentic Irish eateries from Manhattan to Montauk. For eastern suffolk this feel is pretty authentic. Food is good and closest your get to authentic that far east. Service could be better. I've been there early with no rush and when they are busy and service is just slow and forgetful. I'd recommend mgmt consider bringing sessions to the environment.“
“We were going to drive through Riverhead and decided to stop somewhere for lunch. After googling restaurant options we chose Kenny's based on the location, menu and mention on News12 East End. Right away we knew it was the right location. It was a warm, inviting place with seating at tables or the bar. If the weather was not rainy we would have been able to enjoy outdoor seating with views of the golf course and Peconic River. Tim, the bartender introduced himself and asked us our names. He presented us with the regular and specials menu. The menu is very extensive and I was surprised to see how many specials there were. The sliced steak & smoked Gouda melt was a very big sandwich and delicious. I just wish I had taken a picture that reflected how thick it was. Tim was very attentive and friendly with all the clients. It's definitely a place worth returning to.“
“So today Sep 24 my family went for brunch and it's absolutely delicious, we got eggs Benedict, French toast, and the eggs sandwich. Big portions, the hash browns are so good. The service too, our server was so kind to us I can't remember his name. Love the colors it's so cozy and warm. Of course we are going back. I do wish they had more options in the menu but it's fine.“
“Such a sweet place with the best food we've had in as long as we can remember. I had the Eggs-in-a-Hole with the creamiest grits and best roasted tomatoes. The brioche bread was light and toasted perfectly. Hubby had the Crab Cake Benny on a biscuit that included fried green tomatoes and the best lemony hollandaise sauce. Even the decaf coffee was super tasty. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. Just the feeling you want when you go to wine country. We will be back.“
