“The food was soooo delicious. My husband I were cwlebrating our 6th Anniversary and had a WeekDay Luncheon Date. Totally Superb down to the very last drop. We ate every buttery morsel. We each had the Grilled Salmon, Lobster and Shrimp Trio with Mashed potatoes loaded with Lobster Sauce on top and a side of their broccolli which was insanely delicious!!! We will most definitly coming back. Staff was very attentive and friendly and very accomodating. Thank You for such a wonderful experience!”

There’s usually a line, which says a lot about how good the food is. The owner or manager is always kind and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The atmosphere reminds me of Queens—casual and lively. While there’s seating available, it’s more of a grab-and-go kind of place, and I always take my food to go. Highly recommend!”

“Been here just a couple times prior. Ordered a bunch of pizzas thru Grubhub, the order got messed up and was wrong. Called and spoke to the Manager Angelo, he took care of everything and did the right thing and because of his actions I have been back several times and will continue to use Pino’s as my go to restaurant for all things beyond pizza.
This is the type of service that keeps businesses going!!! Thank you again! Pino’s is lucky to have a great staff!”

“We had a Mothers Day celebration Sunday at this fabulous seafood restaurant. There were 15 of us- 9 adults and six children between 5 and 12. We traveled an hour to get there. The food was delicious- fresh, tasty and the portions were so large that everyone took a doggy bag home. It was served by a great staff including Angel who was our server. The owner, Donna, was very cordial and friendly. Everyone had a great time. We can't wait for our next family dinner to return. This is a must restaurant if you are a seafood lover!!”

“I first tried Porky Cochinita after being recommended by my brother. Let me tell you how amazing this place was, and from great tasting food to amazing service it was all the best. I called about an order for 30 people and actually messed up the date of the order. And I went into panic mode, but they handled it like professionals without making me feel bad about my huge error! I received stellar service when I called and initially placed my order. And great communication via text. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and they handled my catering order so well. I cater food a lot and have had varied experiences, and this has been one of the best. If you love tacos, burritos, etc this is your place!! Don’t hesitate, just do it!”

“Best Halal food in Deer Park. I ordered the fish over rice and it was absolutely delicious! The dish came with salad, bread and rice with extra white sauce. Personally, I prefer King Halal over Naz and Shah. Some people think that Naz, Shah and King Halal are the same. Trust me, King Hala is much delicious. I also would like to mention that you get the same taste every time you eat it.”

“I’ve been going to this deli for 30 years,, At least 4 or 5 owners I know of, The latest owners continue the great tradition of the perfect,, two egg with meat,,breakfast sandwich and platters,,French toast is good,,never tried the pancakes,,home fries are good.. Always fresh rolls, good service,,normal wait times, For breakfast,,this place is the best!!!”

“Great place to enjoy peanuts and leave shells on the floor while you wait for a seat. You can even have them at your table. The warm bread with honey butter is the next event to fill your stomach before the actual meal starts. Chili is a great appetizer. I think most of the side dishes are fine. Steaks are good but whatever you do, stay away from any sirloin. Even prepared at medium, it tastes and chews like shoe leather and not the rich Corinthian leather kind. I've been there numerous times, but I guess the visits are spread out enough that I forget to avoid the sirloin. My default cheap nature guides me to sirloin and I regret it after the first bite. Ribeye, NY strip and anything else is fine. I'm not sure I know what their “road kill” cut is or how it tastes.”

“Super friendly service, the BEST bagels on Long Island and a warm, cozy "greasy spoon" atmosphere - Avenue Bagels has the small town charm so hard to find these days. Always clean and comfortable if you choose to sit in and stay, it almost feels like hanging out at a friend's house - my mom and dad (Bob Walsh and Margie Holly Walsh go whenever they can - and they sold me, too. Avenue Bagels is the BEST! <3”

Just be warned that the online ordering system on their website is not connected in store, they will not receive your order and you will have to re-order in store. Also none of the employees speak English, but that’s pretty expected for anywhere with authentic delicious Mexican food!”

“I ordered the egusi with chicken and got the egusi with meat. At first I was disappointed but then I tasted the food and I knew that THEY knew that I didn’t know what I NEEDED lol. It was soooooo flavorful. I’ve tried 3 different Nigerian restaurants in NY and have been let down by all. At first I was going to add this restaurant to the list but it did not disappoint in the slightest. Flavor is A1. Portion is size is A1. And food is not overly priced. Can’t wait until they add more food options. Good job representing the culture.”

“First off we didn't have Sushi. We went there for lunch and our food was fresh, delicious and wasn't expensive. The servers were very polite and attentive and the food came out in in less than 5 minutes after the appetizer. Sitting is limited but we had no problem around 1 pm for lunch. I love the Bento box and had the lunch special. Comes with miso soup, ginger salad (which is mouth watering) and i had the chicken Katsu, with battered vegtables (eggplant and I think pumpkin). My wife had the Chicken Udon soup and it was tremendous. For the appetizer we had the pork Gyoza (similiar to dumplings) and they were light and very tasty.”

“Well I have been waiting for a good Jamaican spot for a longggg time I been here 2 in 48hours. I went late last night. We got a jerk chicken and the pea soup. The pea soup was prob the best I have ever had. Has no meat in it but the dude that worked there said trust me u will come back for it and we did. It wasn’t finished wen we can back the next morn but we got stew chicken and it was good . The festival that they had was like a little knot and it was awesome! Unlike every other Jamaican spot they greeted us. They were not nasty and rude. They didn’t make me feel bad for giving them my money. So glad that they opened deff a 5star place. I will drive past every spot that I live by to go further down the road to come here !!”

“If you’re a mapo tofu fan, this place makes the most authentic mapo tofu we’ve ever tasted. I can’t vouch for too many other dishes as I haven’t tried them, but the mapo tofu is perfectly mouth numbing and flavorful. This place does spicy right. It’s even better than the places we’ve had in queens. The broccoli in brown or garlic sauce are also very good. This place also makes good spicy chicken and meat dishes from what I hear. Great for vegetarians and vegans as well.”

“Listen, I don't know about the pastries, the cakes and all that stuff...but I can say they make a delicious bagel. Plain bagel with cream cheese is what I was craving and they did not disappoint. The airy bubbles on the outside of the bagel that make it crisp with the soft and airy inside. With just the right amount of cream cheese that gets warm and melty from the heat of the bagel.”
