“Oh. My. GOODNESS! Hokkaido was absolutely fantastic today. I walked with a 6 top and a baby and they accommodated us within 10 minutes, thankfully it wasn’t busy at that time. We ordered appetizers and entrees that the table shared and not one single negative remark was spoken, everything was absolutely fantastic. I got the octopus tonkatsu, which was warm, pillowy, smoky and creamy with a little chew from the octo-bits. So, so good. I also got the tom yum seafood ramen, which had a lovely balanced level of spice without being overwhelming and unpleasant, almost like a spicy seafood boil with noodles! The person next to me even said “I could see myself spending $300 here easily, i wanna eat everything on the menu!” I will gladly be returning or ordering from here in the future, and for authentic ramen in the WNY Orchard Park/Hamburg area, I highly recommend!“

“I had the vegetable ramen . Broth was creamy in color but it had good flavor . Overall food was good . It’s a little weak on veggie options . No veggie dumplings, no miso soup and no veggie fried rice almost all Japanese places have most of those on the menu . Still a good place for ramen imho“

“Had a great couple of lunches here. I've tried most of the staples and everything has been delicious. Its a little small inside and an awkward layout but there's always been tables available and the gentleman (presumably the owner) is always very kind and attentive. Great place!“

“I just want to say your waitress Sarah H is absolutely amazing, I can not stress that enough. I do not leave reviews but I HAD to let it be known even though I’m sure it stands out everyday. She had went above and beyond and I say this with an understatement how she went out of her way countless times to occupy our two children. The levels she went to is beyond what words can even explain. You guys truly have THE best employee we have ever witnessed at an establishment and I truly hope it is recognized and appreciated that you truly have a diamond in the ruff! “If you’re ever in Buffalo Ny. this is the best Japanese cuisine. The cook is very nice.. and all other staff are very friendly. The teriyaki chicken over white rice was amazing..me & my wife enjoyed a wonderful meal there. And we were amazed on how the food was properly prepared and it was so awesome too..“

“Bad bad experience. I was served and finished my dinner before my wife got any of what she ordered. Flagged down several people with restaurant uniform on and was totally ignored. Asked for the bill and waited ten minutes before I had to flag down a person to pay. We’ll never go back, ever!!“

“This place is the bomb. The food was out of this world. The wait staff and hostess were fantastic. As was the owner.
My main complaint is that we had set reservations and wanted it to sit us at the first table near the door in the middle of where everybody walks in.
There were plenty available tables and if we're going to make reservations, I want to be set somewhere that it feels like you knew we were coming.“
