From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and jovial “welcome to Subway” from both gentleman behind the counter, who I came to know as Jay and Darren! Their service was quick, friendly, efficient, and super courteous — the owner even happened to be there and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right!

And my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! Jay made it exactly how I ordered and it was bursting with flavor and bountiful ingredients…talk about a bellyful! Absolutely awesome value for a full meal of a sub, chips and a drink!

“Food is decent. I mean for me it's an average steak sandwich. But again I'm from NYC so I'm pretty picky with things like this. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worse. What I did notice is that taste varies by location. This location is decent but not the best one I've eaten at. Best thing for me is they're usually pretty quick, in and out if you're using the drive thru. Staff is always friendly and the place seems well kept. Never too crowded and always space to dine in. They also have space to dine outside. I frequently go here.“

Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. “A Buffalo institution and one of my must visit place(s) if I'm in the area. Personally, I like the original Anderson's location on Sheridan (in Tonawanda) better than the other locations. But this one is not bad. Only got a twist of chocolate and vanilla custard this time but I've had majority of the items on the menu. The custard is always creamy and flavorful. Try one of the special flavors, like pistachios or strawberry, if they have it. You won't regret it and it's worth the calories.

“Tried Mattinas pizza for the first time ever and it was very good. We ordered a Chicken Finger Sub and also a Pizza. The chicken fingers were very thick and meaty and seemed as if they may have been made in house but definitely good quality chicken fingers and at the usual price. Their pizza was very good and almost was reminiscent of Boccis club pizza, which in my opinion is a great thing. Their sauce was flavorful, and they had generous portions of topping.(I wouldn't have minded extra sauce and cheese, but it was good how it was). You cannot dine in which I was not expecting but was fine. The staff were friendly and constantly cleaning/ scraping the ovens between each pizza. I definitely recommend trying them out if you have never. They are worth it.

“I asked for my pizza well done,but they already cut it in half. I asked if they could cook it some more but when they took it out of the oven a lot of toppings leaked out of the middle of the pie. When they put it in the box the pizza paddle stuck to the pizza and half of the toppings slid off the pizza and into the box. If I didn't already pay for it I would have walked out. I've been there about a dozen times and never had a problem. It's going to be a long time before I ever go back if I ever go back at all .“

“I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.“

Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. “Do you want fast food but think McDonald's, BK, etc are too healthy? Then Checkers is the spot for you! Everything is fried in lard and delicious. Their fries are second only to Five Guys and, just like the aforementioned restaurant, you can get a huge cup of them if you want. Plus, Checkers drive thru is open until 3 AM for the late night munchies.“

Pro:
1. It is very cheap, I mean averagely you only spend $20 or even less for one dish. And good portion.
2. It is a classic Chinese flavor, not too spicy, not overly sweet. Just good.
Cons:
1. It is quite small. You may need to wait long if you come at rush hour.
2. Not many choices, I order like 15 dishes one time and that's basically everything they have

“I went thru the drivethru today and got the $7 meal. I asked for ice tea but they said that was an upcharge so I sighed and ordered a soda. When I got to the window the gentleman there had a big smile and handed me an ice tea, he said I sounded so said he asked his manager and he said I could get an ice tea! “This is an update to a previous bad experience i had. The owner reached out to me and spoke with me, he was genuine and wanted to know who made the food to make sure they are trained better.
