“I did a take out order at the East Islip location. The food was good but the super melts do not seem to have much meat on them like they use to. If the prices are going up with less portions that’s going to be a problem for Friendly’s. I would hate to see them go out of business because I love Friendlys too!!“

“Love this bar so much. My friends and I go there all the time after our gigs, and the server Joanne always takes such good care of us. The food is delicious, the vibes are cozy, and everything is super clean. A great place to have a drink or bring your loved ones!

Vegetarian options: Not a veg heavy menu, but I'm sure if you asked for options they would make something for you. It's just that kind of place.

Parking: Parking can be tough, especially on the weekends.

She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Throughout dinner, she checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything that we needed. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. The food and the atmosphere was wonderful, but Ayanna definitely may be experience worthwhile.“

“The food served here was very good, i had the sizzling sirloin 10/10. Aside from that I had accidentally left my purse at the dinner table while taking a call and my party had left without knowledge that my purse was there. Before i could notice i was already an hour away. The manager at this location and his staff were very helpful with this issue. When i found proper arrangements to get my things they secured my items and made sure nothing was taken. Very appreciated thank you 🙏“

“We had dinner there tonight for the first time and it will not be our last. Absolutely adorable back room ambiance and both the food and the service were fantastic! Bella was our waitress and she was outstanding. Patient, extremely knowledgeable and helped us explaining many menu items helping us make our selections. The food was sooooo good. Homemade cornbread to die for. I would give the truffle macaroni and cheese was a 10!!! The garlic Parmesan wings delicious and also the spinach and artichoke pizzetta. We had white sangria that was awesome as well as apple crumb pie Ala mode. Every single item was really honestly so delicious!!!! We enjoyed our experience and will definite back again!“

“We had a very nice meal here back in October. Our server, Shannon, was outstanding and took excellent care of us. The location is fantastic, sitting right on the water and made for a very pleasant meal. We had the calamari appetizer (very good), the Sauteed Flounder, which was okay and not worth $40, and the Gourmet Burger. I thoroughly enjoyed the burger. Since we came over on our boat, we weren't drinking, but the bar area looked pretty cool. We will come back again.“

From the moment we walked in the door the hostess Jen was so accommodating and pleasant to our server Anj (sp) the dinner could not have been better. Mind you the Village of Babylon was hosting their THURSDAY BLOCK PARTY SERIES so the village and Lily were packed but yet we felt valued as customers, our server never missed a beat tremendous. Of of the food and drinks are always outstanding, who knew you can get great empanadas at an Irish restaurant, well take it from me, OUTSTANDING.
If you’ve never been you owe to yourself to give Lily’s a shot, I highly recommend it.

“To start my review, I just wish there were more stars in the food and service category. Trio deserves 10 ⭐'s for both.This restaurant handles two types of food service, restaurant seating and catering for small to large parties. I've now experienced both. My most recent was a repast after a funeral. When everyone is emotional, the last thing the family needs is problems with the food service. Well, in our case, more people showed up than were originally expected. The staff at Trio didn't miss a beat. They set up additional tables in a flash and quickly had the tables set. We had buffet style dining and the selection was outstanding, with something for everyone. From soup to nuts, everything was delicious. They had fish, beef, vegetarian selections and even offered coffee and dessert. (by the way, if I had known how good the desserts would've been, I might have eaten a little less dinner.)The service is impeccable, everything is clean and fresh, the linens and tablecloths were spotless.I'd like to add that Trio is on the grounds of the Holbrook Country Club. You can grab lunch and drinks after you play, just show up and they accommodate parties of all sizes. You won't be disappointed!“

“The tasty food options are always changing, with some favorite staples remaining. The cocktails are also seasonal, which I love. Ambience is cozy and quirky. They're in between locations right now so no liquor license, but they let us know ahead of time and we were more than happy to BYOB (and in my case a premixed Manhattan—they provided me with a coupe glass and ice to shake my cocktail). Looking forward to checking them out on Main Street soon.“

We came to this spot (by the way it's called "American Standard"). I think the bar/restaurant change the name.This spot offers live music, we enjoyed a guitarist play during the course of our stay here.We ordered the alligator fritters as our appetizer and catfish poh boy with a burger that had all kinds of galore in it.The food was fantastic, very delicious. The alligator fritters was phenomenal. It's rare to find a bar/restaurant to offer alligator in this area as there aren't any alligators or crocodiles nearby. It was well cooked, not dry. The dish presentation was cute.The meal was very filling as the burgers came with fries or side salad. The poh boy came with the same option, but my mom ordered salad. The food portions were perfect.The spot also offers a wide selection of alcohol, including many choices of craft beer. I highly recommend coming here to have a good time. It's very causal.“

“Last Wednesday I was at Davis vision works and we walk to the restaurant for lunch whem we get the we were standing up for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to give us a table. finally whem someone come to us and without asking if we need a table rigth away he say is was 15 mint wait, me while the restaurant wasn't even packed it was a lot of table empty and even like that he was going to make us to wait more. really bad service and rude attention. we have money to pay it wasn't like we were asking for a free table. people are really racist at this place. “We've had great experiences at Nu. It's a quiet spot, usually, and the food is really great. We always get filet mignon or their pork chop, which is fabulous. Their wine list is great, and the service is always top notch. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to service. I like to have great service but also be left alone, which is exactly what they do. The servers have always been attentive and professional. They know what to recommend and can advise you on the menu. I have to repeat. Their food is GREAT! although I do always order the filet mignon. It's the best .“

“I had an issue on uber eats where my food wasn’t made correctly from a separate location. I called and honestly wasn’t the kindest at first because I thought I wasted my money. Both the worker at the front and Kevin the owner were so so kind despite it and helped this issue and made me a new order for half off. They were extremely kind and caring and I apologized over and over for my mistake as I also didn’t realize it was a separate location. They were so kind and so helpful I really appreciate their help as well as how this was handled.“
