The flavor and stickiness of the ribs and the deliciousness of the rice. Loved that the rice is never oily yet full of flavor. They are also very flexible and willing to customize many of the pairings for the dish which has been outstanding for my low carb endeavors every so often.“

“I've been here three times with three different groups of friends and they've all loved this place. I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again.“

“Staff here is very friendly. I got the chicken katsu bento and it was...just ok. Chicken was perfect, but the rice was super mushy. The miso soup was obviously from a ready mix and had those tiny little completely uniform freeze-dried tofu pieces. Ebi Mayo/rock shrimp was better, but tiny portion. Kani salad had more lettuce than crab and didn't have crunchy panko on top. They're also really cheap with the sauces here. Overall it'll satisfy your cravings, but don't expect to be blown away. I honestly feel they're overpriced for the quality served.“

The sesame noodles are a ginormous portion, the buns and chicken were great, the chicken was big white meat pieces, the mango in the mango tuna roll could have been sweeter but its not in season so makes sense.“
“Def 5 stars for the fantastic sushi place. Kaji's food and ambiance was very nice with a large full bar and we always enjoyed our family dinner there. Kaji is the only one spot in GC that my family and I will go for Japanese food for years and years. They have a pretty decent lunch menu and catering platter. Su & Sa for 2 or su for 2 are very fresh and great presentation which came with 2 special rolls. All lunches and entree come with soup and salad. Over all, we always had great service and the best sushi ever at kaji. Highly recommend to others. “Maybe I am living in 2019 but I found the food prices to be rather high. Portions were not overly generous, either. But what we did get was excellent. Wonton soup was the best I have had anywhere. Scallion pancake tasty but not too greasy, as it can be elsewhere. Chicken and broccoli, orange beef, and lo mein had the rest of my party raving. The dining room was clean and bright (not too bright) and the service impeccable.“

“Great place. We lived in Long Beach for 3 lovely years until the rent became exorbitant. This was our only sushi hangout. Small, hole in the wall joint but the food...o so sublime. We live 20 miles away now but still go regularly. Rolls are fantastic, their unagi Don is delicious. Everything is great. Highly recommend. Friendly, personal service.“

“First of all, I wanna say the only reason why I ended up going to dinner there was because of the naruto picture on the front of the menu. I am a naruto fan and walking in there it had a great naruto feel to it. Now, the food the food was amazing. I only got 2 dishes because I never been there before and I went simple fried rice and some chicken and the rice was amazing. The chicken was crispy and delicious. I can't wait to go back to try the other dishes. I do not try the ramen and we all know Naruto is known for ramen. Trust me I will be going back to try the ramen. I will update as soon as I can ?“

It’s too thick, should be lightly coated, half meat and half batter. Outside is very crispy. The sauce is a bit sweet than I like.Thai Curry Chicken - 5/5. I usually don’t like this dish, my wife loves it. But with this dish, I couldn’t stop eating it. Flavor is 5/5, one of the best I had so far. Sauce is thicker than usual but I think it works for this dish, more flavor instead of the liquidity sauce other takeout places make it.Egg rolls. 4.0/5. Very crispy on outside. Flavor is 4.5/5. What makes this dish rated poorly is the filling, it’s mushy. Had far worse egg rolls but wish it wasn’t mushy. Flavor is certainly there.There are 3 tables for dine in, two 4 seaters, one 2 seater.If you dine in, you’ll get thick Dixie/Walmart generic quality disposable plates, not the flimsy pizza paper plates or styrofoam plates like many other places serve. “I went to visit my brother and mom, and we decided to try this place for the first time, we had take out, the food was very good but the shrimp in the entrées were small. We expected the shrimp to be larger especially for an entrée. I would recommend changing the entrée dishes to larger shrimps, and the portions were generous. I would go back and try other dishes.“
