“Food was great though filet mignon not cooked to requested temperature. Still delicious but over cooked. Service was very attentive but extremely rushed. Dinner reservation was for 6:30. 2 rounds of cocktails, apps, dinner, espresso with sambucas and desserts and the check delivered with dessert done by 7:40. Restaurant was not packed so not sure what the rush was. $370 for 2 people to feel rushed kinda a turn off. Very surprised as we have dined here before and never felt rushed even when restaurant was at capacity.“

“Went to The Tiki Bar for my cousins birthday on Saturday. Had an amazing time. Drinks were great, hospitality was spot on. The live music was just an extra layer that made the night even more enjoyable.Tiki bar is great place for good food/drinks, dancing, fun and of course picture perfect spot to see the sunset. “My first time there, of course I didn’t know what to expect. The woman behind the counter let me know she’d be right with me since I had been waiting in line while she was busy preparing other’s food. I appreciated that. It’s obviously a family-run business and that’s very admirable. It was so cute seeing the little toddler daughter behind the counter interacting with her mother. Anyway the food was very tasty and the woman did not skimp on anything, not even the oxtails. The prices are on the high side, but the portion sizes are respectable considering that. She couldn’t remember what toast I ordered and the potatoes were soggy and when I said something about it, she just walked away when she could have offered a replacement. “My first time in Patchogue. Saw this place as I was walking up and down Main Street. They were offering a multi-hour Happy Hour from noon-6pm. Who does that? They do. But, unfortunately I went after the happy hour, which is fine. I sat at the bar and was greeted right away. Like always, I knew was I was ordering. I went with the deviled eggs and the short rib croquettes. Both were pretty good. Im a snob when it comes to deviled eggs. These weren't top notch, in my opinion. But, they weren't terrible. There was some sort of unique flavor in the mixture, but couldn't figure out what it was. The croquettes were pretty good. Perfect crispness from the breading. The short rib provided it's own flavor, nothing more was needed. The horse radish sauce was perfect. I was pleased, overall. Only one real complaint was that it was really cold inside.“
