There seems to be a good fluidity between various order prep and order taking tasks. I’ve been three times during busy periods with no wait time over 1 minute unlike other Dunkin locations which can struggle balancing kiosk and in person ordering fulfilment. Items were fresh (donut and coffee) and delivered as ordered. Make sure you get a paper receipt and note your four digit order number.“

Early today I placed an order threw the dunkin app but it glitched so I was charged but the order never got received by the store. I explained the situation to the manager, showed proof that I was charged, and without hesitation he made my order within 4 minutes and was extremely nice about the whole thing. “Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them.
