She brought us drinks, then came back 5 min later saying the cook is ready to start cooking if we would like to eat early, so we did. “What I loved most about this Applebee's is how attentive the manager on duty was. Not sure his name, but he made rounds to the tables himself checking on guests. “Overall a delicious meal. We went on a Saturday which was steak night and a three source set menu. The steak was a little tough even when cooked at medium rare but tasted great. “There was quite a line when we walked in and the manager, Amanda, always had a smile on her face the entire time. She greeted each customer with a cheerful welcome and treated each person with kindness and respect. She also walked around and asked everyone if everything was good. Amanda is a fantastic manager at the Horseheads, NY Dairy Queen!
