“I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.

Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)

“Samurai is a great go to spot. We normally do take out. Portion sizes are much smaller when taking out, at least when it comes to habatchi.

The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs were accessible. Staff were so great with our four kids“

“A great dining experience here. Loved the handrolls, homemade Udon noodles (!!), unique and interesting appetizers, fairly big portions for Japanese food, good service and minimalist decor. The dessert special on weekdays is amazing but they're huge, hope you saved room!
I'm going to deduct 1 star for the mediocre Sashimi over rice, which isn't quite chirashi but also not as flavorful as poke.
They also have a ton of non-alcoholic beverages and byob (wish we knew that before going tho.) Also, there doesn't need to be 2 different pork katsus (pork loin vs pork tenderloin), why not replace one with something new or inventive? But yes, they're delicious regardless. Can't wait to come back.“

Prices reflect food quality. Be prepared to pay for the best all around Japanese food in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

They run it like fine dining, not like a casual sushi bar. So they have strict rules around noise, noisy kids, and cell phones. Don't expect to bring your kid and set him up with an ipad with the volume on. Seems reasonable. No outside food, no exceptions. Seems reasonable.

“Came here to eat in New Year’s Day. Miso soup was so good. We ordered many hand yolks between two people. There was one tool I didn’t like too much I can’t remember the name now but all the rest were fresh and delicious.

All staff are very friendly, and the delivery is fast and correct. They have great lunch specials with rolls, but I've had dinner there before, too which is just as good. Although it was a 30 min drive from home we decided to try our luck. When we arrived, to surprise it was jammed packed however they say us down and we had drinks while we waited. The hostess was very attentive during our wait and even provided edamame on the house because the wait was quite extensive due to 3 birthday celebration which were lagging at each table. Once we were seated the food was made fairly quick and my partner and I enjoyed our meals. The noodles were a bit salty but overall my I really enjoyed my meal and my partner even told me my pick was a great choice! I will be back soon!“

Although it’s a seafood restaurant, they offer a variety of delicious Korean dishes. Our favorites are 김치찌개, 돈까스, and 한치회무침—which almost tastes like 물회, just without the soup. All the rolls are fantastic as well. Highly recommend!“
