Parking: Being at a gas station, there is a lot of traffic and sometimes parking can be at a premium.“

“The hotel itself is an older earlier HI Express and it shows. It’s due for an upgrade but stayed in much worse. The staff is very friendly. Pool was closed. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again but it will need overhaul in the next couple years.“

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“Came into Dunkin on Monroe Ave 4/10/2024 at approximately 11:47am. The wait wasn’t long at all, sat down with 2 of my friends and we watched a young woman cleaning the walls, lower walls and the tables. She took her time and apologized to us, as we were eating. We didn’t mind, considering she was cleaning and she did such a good job! Thank you to her for keeping the area where everybody eats clean well organized! Attached are before and after photos! “I took my 3 kids in for donuts and iced drinks. While getting to my car, I was juggling a large frozen chai, a dozen donuts and my baby in his infant carrier. I dropped my drink, the cup cracked and it went all over the blacktop. Shaylynne (I am sure I spelled that wrong) made me a replacement free of charge. She made my crappy day a whole lot less crappy. Thank you for having compassion for a stressed out Mama of 3!“

“I stop at this location about once a week. Ordered on the app for drive-thru pickup as usual. Service was good. Was disappointed with the quality of food and beverage this time due to no fault of the employees but due to Dunkin products. Ordered the Chocolate Chunk Cookie that was on special and was disappointed to find it's a prepackaged cookie. Also ordered a chai latte with the unsweetened vanilla flavor shots. I get the chai frequently, but this was my first time trying the vanilla flavoring. It totally ruined the drink. I do NOT recommend it. I will continue to go to this location but will not order either of these items again.“

“Every time I go they are so nice and friendly. Last time in the drive through we dropped some of my change and she immediately gave me more even tho I told her it was totally fine. I bring my dog with me and they are always so happy to see him. Just nice and friendly and a good way to start the day.“
