“My son has severe dairy and egg allergies. We have been searching for an ice cream shop that truly cares about kids/people with allergies. They TRULY care & as soon as I mentioned allergies I could tell her attentiveness got even more aware & alert! I was able to get a safe ice cream (strawberry & mango dole twist, and an oatmilk strawberry) WITH SPRINKLES! We will definitely be back, thank you for being aware of allergies & bringing an option ❤️“

“Best tasting custard I've ever had! It's the closest thing to soft serve ice cream from back home that I've found. Although they seem to be a bit pricey, it's worth it. Black Raspberry, Cake Batter, Cotton Candy and their Banana Splits are some of our favorites! Friendly staff willing to help you out as well 😊 Owner is EXTREMELY nice, willing to take orders for you ahead of time and have them ready to go. Absolutely recommend Abbott's in Brighton! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Rochester locals range from snacks to big ice cream, which tastes like ice cream but is smoother and more mellow, sweet but not greasy, with crushed nuts in the middle. There are individual cups, small family buckets, sundae crusts are made on site, and birthday cakes of two sizes. Because it requires freshness, unlike other stores that have many flavors, there are only a few basic flavors, and usually "taste of the day" is launched every day. There are many branches in Luocheng, and the branch in Lakeside Park always has long queues in summer. Seeing the scene of parents bringing their children to patronize, and then happily bring them in the car or sit and eat on the spot, and you can see people walking along the riverside by the lake. Abbott's is not just an ice cream shop, but a place where Luocheng people grow up. The sweet taste is a part of life. If you visit Rome and you are lucky that they are opening in summer, don't miss this experience. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.“

“We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! “What a neat little spot. The hazelnut gelato was delicious, and the folks behind the counter were polite and jokes around about the ducks outside. The ducks were a little pushy about food, but honestly, the gelato was good enough its hard to blame them ;-) Absolutely perfect end to a savory meal elsewhere in the area!“

“Wonderful experience, got some late-night sammies at the counter, our sub maker Chris was a hilarious and chill worker with excellent customer service skills, also another worker who made one of the sandwiches was incredibly polite and patient with me while making my sandwich (I believe his name was Jim or John). Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone wondering where the primo place for midnight bites in Farmington is. Absolutely amazing five stars.“
