“We were luck to have found this gem early in our move east from California. Even living 1.5 hours away, it is well worth the trip for a great meal. Everyone there treats you like family and the atmosphere and food make it a regular must stop on our highway of life.“

“One of my favorite places in the whole Hudson Valley. The Dutchess Biercafe brings delicious bites and sips in virtually every single of their menu items. Too many things I like here to describe but I’ll give you my top 2:

The poutine is to die for and if you add a runny egg on top it’s somehow even better. The pretzel is perfection. It’s warm, soft, and the beer cheese they give you with it is perfectly balanced.“

“Very good Korean food, a surprise to find this far north. The service and ambience are quite nice and homey, it wasn’t too busy so the food was quite quick. The menu is surprisingly large so I’ll have to come back to try the other Korean and Japanese options. The kimchee pancake was extremely crispy, the crispiest I’ve had, but quite good if you don’t mind the fried-ness. The Yukaejang was also quite good and traditional tasting. The squid bibimbap was also quite good.“

“7 of us popped in on a Thursday evening without a reservation. We were kindly greeted and promptly seated. We each enjoyed our meals and appetizers - delicious food, large portions. I opted for the half portion of Chicken Sandoval. The half portion was plenty and the dish was tasty! A great spot to eat in the Village and even re-connect with with an "old" friend.“

“This is my favorite sushi restaurant. The fish is always very fresh and always consistent top quality. The special rolls are delicious too. They have a great lunch special deal for many different types of food/sushi. They are extremely friendly and treat me like family. The hot green tea is very healthy. The restaurant atmosphere is relaxing and chill. I visit this restaurant many times each week as it a healthy option for me to eat out at regularly.“

“While looking for a place to eat we happened upon this restaurant and was greeted by a lovely young woman Jen, she showed us to a table outdoors, friendly, accommodating, patient while taking our orders because we couldn’t make our minds up, that’s how cool the menu offerings were. We were astounded by the quality and freshness of the food…all we did was moan and groan over each tasty bite. The best was when we ordered desserts, as I watched my sister-in-law clean the plate of her Spice Cake with Cream Angliese. NOt sure I spelled that right lol. The experience dining there was so much more than the incredible fare and service. We were not rushed, yet catered to, we had a thoroughly calm, enjoyable time at the FT Bistro. I hope anyone who is in that vicinity, take the time to be completely wowed and satisfied. It is not often I come away from a restaurant feeling like I can’t wait to come back. Thanks to the awesome chef and Jen who greeted us with a smile, and by the time we left, hugged each other. Seriously Amazing. I hope they may offer holiday service. “My experiences in the past with Dominos have been poor, in two key areas. One, delivery time, and two, screwing up the order, particularly adding mushrooms when the order said NO mushroom several times.

However, I digress. The food was hot, and the delivery was prompt, rather then the norm of waiting several hours, or having to call up asking where my food was, or contacting customer service because they screwed the order up. Although the delivery charge was eight bucks plus an optional tip this is definitely a step in the right direction, and I may order more often. Kudos to the manager.“

“The customer service is horrible, the front desk "warden" is very nasty. If you ask her a question she ignores you, all she is focused on is the money and not her customers. They raised their prices and took away the senior discount. The food is good although not always hot, they have a good variety. Whenever they have crabs you better bring your own utensil to crack them with or have a great set of teeth. They have a limited supply of crab crackers and ignore you when you ask for one. I am not particularly happy with the way they allow children to serve themselves. They should inform adults that they must accompany children to the servers. I actually saw a child eating out of the servers, wiped her nose with her hand like some children do and proceed to get food. its useless to bring it to the attention of the workers, they did nothing. Food good, service not so good. I waited months between visits...no change. Years ago it was a pleasure to visit.“
