“The food and price are unmatched. For ONLY 8 dollars I got lamb over rice AND the meal included a free soda! The halal carts around my neighborhood stopped the free soda and hiked up the prices YEARS AGO. I HIGHLY recommend the place! Also, the man working the halal cart has a nice flirtatious charm to him! Tip the man!“

“During our recent stay in Flushing Queens, NY, we were in desperate need of finding a halal food place, and ZAIQA Halal Food cart was an absolute lifesaver! The food was not only authentic but also incredibly flavorful. We tried their chicken over rice and lamb gyro, and both dishes were cooked to perfection, with generous portions and fresh ingredients.
The service was quick, and the chef was friendly, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the area and looking for delicious, affordable halal food, ZAIQA is the place to go. It truly saved our day, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!“

“Good food reasonably priced.“
“Time and time again, Shah’s Halal cart has been my go to halal cart in all of NY. I’ve tried halal carts from LES, UES, UWS, Flat Iron, Financial District, 53rd and 6th, Astoria, Bayside, etc, and I still come back to Shah’s. I moved to Florida 6 years ago and when I come back to visit family, you bet I’m paying a visit to Shah’s.“

“Great new Halal place in the neighborhood that sells delicious Halal over Rice or pita as well as Tikkas, Koftas and Falafel. These are large portions as well. In addition they have wings, burgers, wraps, milkshakes, ice cream, and kulfi.
The inside is very clean and they have a good amount of seating.
I recently got the Chicken Kofta over Rice and Salad and a bit of pita. Really delicious and a large portion. I saw a couple of people there who were eating the Halal Chicken over rice, and the Falafel over Rice. It seemed like a large portion. The cooks and the grill is behind a glass window near the entrance, where you can see them making it, as well as the toppings and sauces you want to add to your meal.
I think this is my new go to Halal spot in the neighborhood.“
