The servers were so friendly, professional and engaging with our family…their personalities are perfect for their jobs….thank you so much. The food was outstanding….first time we had the stuffed mushroom and they were amazing. All our appetizers, The London broil, turkey and pasta salad were just perfect. My guests were very happy. “I was looking for a new karaoke bar to attend. I found out Shillelagh Tavern is an active venue for shows, open mic jamm sessions and karaoke. I went there on a Saturday night on karaoke night. It's starts a bit late. At 11:30 pm you can start picking your songs. I like the crowd. There were a lot of good singers. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The bar itself is also
great. They have a great selection of beers and well drinks. All the bartenders I dealt with were
professional and quick to attend to me. I recommend this lovely little off the beaten path watering hole. They don't sell food there, but they hold the menus for several take out places on the block. You can order from the menu and they will deliver it to you.“

The portions were great, and the food was very high quality and worth the wait. Which was not long. I had the jalapeno burger and the cod fish and chips and both were very fulfilling. The cod especially was high in taste quality. One of the best i've ever had. And the fries are really perfect. Their fryer must be clean and they must do a great job preparing. Staff was friendly and attentive, food/drinks arrived promptly, prices are reasonable, music volume is great as you can carry on a conversation without need to shout, decor is good. The lighting, while cozy and contributing to the atmosphere, it is quite dim, making it difficult to read menus.
